Abstract:
Traditional collecting methods of lotus root are mainly artificial shovel digging and water punching,with bad working environment,high labor intensity,low production efficiency and high cost of labor,which seriously restricts development of lotus root industry.Research and development of labor-saving and efficient lotus harvesting machinery is fundamental way to promote industrial scale development.On basis of summarizing research status of lotus harvesting technology at home and abroad,structural principles,functional characteristics and shortcomings of existing lotus digging machinery were expounded.At the same time,according to planting environment,growth cycle and distribution characteristics of lotus root in the Yellow River Delta,an intelligent,labor-saving and efficient self-walking lotus root digging machine suitable for lotus root planting pattern in the Yellow River Delta region was put forward.This machine is development direction of lotus root collecting machinery in this area.

Abstract:
In response to needs of development of fine agricultural production management and intelligent agricultural equipment,a grain flow sensor device was developed based on impulse theorem and piezoelectric sensor detection technology.A yield monitor system based on CAN bus for impulse grain flow combine harvester was developed by using CAN bus technology.Through test and data analysis,impulse grain flow sensor static detection accuracy was stable,accurate,with fast dynamic measurement and accurate.Designed grain flow yield monitor system had advantages of real-time performance,small measurement error and stable transmission combined with characteristics of CAN bus,such as stable operation and strong real-time performance,grain measurement error within 8%,grain flow monitoring was timely and accurate,grain yield prescription chart drawn from grain flow was credible and practical.

Abstract:
In order to improve commodity value of Korla fragrant pear,grading of fragrant pear is a common method.A pear grading equipment based on weight index of fragrant pear was presented with a weighing module that made up of pressure sensitive transducer and AD converter,and executive module was made up of pneumatic pendulum bar to realize classification of fragrant pear.By using tapered roller with turnover ability and high-speed motion ability as the pallet of grading line,it met demand of high-speed classification,and also would provide a platform to extract image based on identification of external quality of fragrant pear.Experiment proved that accuracy of weight of grading line was within 0.4 g,average error rate was 0.4 %,and precision met commercial process requirement.When motor operation was above 15 Hz,classification accuracy was close to 100%,which met production requirements.
Process Conditions Uptimization of Low Sugar Vanilla Angel Food Cake

Abstract:
Low sugar vanilla angel food cake formula was studied,with maltitol instead of sugar,and adding the vanilla powder.Amount of egg protein,malt sugar alcohol content,low gluten flour addition and baking temperature were studied by single factor experiments,with sensory evaluation score of cake as the basis.And effect of various factors on quality of cake was further analyzed by orthogonal experiment with four factors and three levels.Experimental results showed that effect sequence of four factors was maltitol content > baking temperature > low gluten flour addition > egg amount.The optimum formula of low sugar vanilla angel food cake was egg protein 110 g,maltitol 40 g ,low gluten flour 60 g,butter 20 g,corn starch 2 g,vinegar 1 g,vanilla powder 6 g,salt 1 g,and baking temperature 160 ℃.The low sugar vanilla angel food cake was oily,plump appearance,the inner core of fluffy,superior flavor and was suitable for all ages.

Current situation and countermeasure of agricultural product supervision at the base level were introduced from view of Food Safety Law.In combination with supervision of agricultural authorities,main problems in production and planting of agricultural products were considered.At the same time,shortcomings of quality supervision departments,industry and commerce and agriculture departments in jointly managing circulation of agricultural products were analyzed,and challenges faced by grass-roots agricultural product quality and safety supervision after promulgation of the new Food Safety Law were introduced.Quality supervision level of basic agricultural products under this policy was studied,and great efforts to implement cooperation of grass-roots agricultural and food supervision departments were paied.

Abstract:
Through percolation and water intake tests of annular capillary drainage infiltration pipe,vertical capillary drainage infiltration pipe and common PVC infiltration pipe,water harvesting ability and filtration efficiency of the three kinds of infiltration pipes under different filter layers were compared.Results showed that under condition of single homogeneous filter layer,the vertical capillary drainage infiltration pipe could took both water collection and filtration performance,of which water intake achieved the best.Capillary drainage infiltration pipe could be used for infiltration gallery water intake project near river was proposed firstly.Study results could provide theoretical and design references for application of capillary drain belt in infiltration gallery water intake projects.
Comparison of Different Water Production Functions of Grape with Delayed Planting

Abstract:
In order to explore optimal allocation of irrigation water for delayed cultivation of grape plant,according to data of water consumption and yield relations under water stress treatment under different growth stages of plant in 2013—2014,adaptation of Stewart model,Blank model and Jensen model were analyzed on facilities delayed cultivation of grapes.Water sensitivity index of different growth stages of different growth stages were calculated.Results showed that water sensitivity index of delayed grape was the largest in period of fruit enlargement period,which was a critical period for water demand.Embryonic period was the smallest,and moderate loss of water in this period had a positive effect on yield improvement.Stewart model and Blank model were established as suitable water production function model for delay in facility cultivation of grapes.Under condition of limited irrigation water,it should be taken to bud moderate water deficit,irrigation water to fruit enlargement period of irrigation water allocation,in order to get the best economic benefits in a reasonable deployment of irrigation water.

Simulation Analysis and Experiment of Combing Pluck of Cerasus humilis

Abstract:
In mature period of Cerasus humilis,fruiting branches lodging rate reaches more than 80%,leading to mechanized harvesting difficulties.To solve problem of lodging branches,a new method of fruit harvesting was put forward,which mainly included comb brush part and motion mechanism.Comb brush part lodges leaned close to ground,lifted lodging branches,and fed them into clearance of comb.Width of tooth gap was between diameter of fruit and diameter of branch.Fruit rised with comb brush part and separated from branches at the same time.Mechanical mechanism that needed for harvesting process was designed,and dynamics simulation and finite element analysis of mechanism were carried out to check strength of mechanism.Test results showed that interstitial clearance was set to 10 mm,which could satisfy branch feeding and separation of fruit at the same time.Picking rate of field test prototype was 80.6%,picking rate of comb brush part was over 95%,breakage rate was less than 1%.Picking rate of collecting device was related to track of comb brush part.
Development and Experiment of PJZ-1 Type Wine Grape Vine Pruning Machine

Abstract:
China wine grape culture area has increased year after year.Wine grape need pruning work before entering the winter which is mainly by artificial.Artificial pruning is high labor intensity,low efficiency and high cost.A kind of mechanization pruning machine for wine grape pruning operations before winter was devised,which included frame,automatic obstacle avoidance device and hydraulic rotation type pruning device.A field experiment at cabernet sauvignon grape vine was carried out to test factors of cutting knife rotation rate and operating speed.Test results proved that cut off rate achieved 98.3% at 3.0 km/h operating speed and 2 000 r/min cutting knife rotation rate.Cut off rate achieved 100% if cutting knife rotation rate was greater than 2 500 r/min.Cut off rate also achieved 100% when cutting knife rotation rate was 2 000 r/min and operating speed was from 1.0 to 2.0 km/h.Reliability test showed grape vine pruning machine time utilization ratio was 86.4% and average efficiency was 0.05 hm2/h.Performance of grape vine pruning machine achieved its design goal which could adjust height and width of pruning efficiently and have good function of automatic obstacle avoidance.High efficiency region was at cutting knife from 2 000 to 3 000 r/min and operating speed from 1.0 to 5.0 km/h.

A 7 ton models of drive axle housing was used as a object of research,using finite element static analysis and dynamic analysis theory as the basics,combined with CAD software CATIA and finite element processing software,whole process of vehicle driving axle housing from 3D modeling to structural strength analysis was completed.Research showed that,through modal analysis,static analysis and dynamic analysis of driving axle housing,stress distribution of driving axle housing could be fully understood,and design model was convenient for design requirements of strength and stiffness.
Design and Test of Unattended Solar Automatic Grain Drying Equipment

Abstract:
Farmers generally prefer solar drying for agricultural products drying when weather conditions are allowed.However,traditional artificial solar drying(TASD)has many problems,such as easy to be affected by the weather,rainy mildew and germination;high labor intensity(need to pave and furl in the morning and evening,and tedding frequently during drying);lots of requirement to sunning ground(farmers have to choose road to dry for sunning ground limited,and then cause to traffic safety,vehicle rolling loss,and secondary pollution risk of emissions from cars,and benzene volatilization from asphalt road).To solve above problems,a set of unattended solar automatic grain tedding and drying equipment(USAGTDE)was developed.USAGTDE adopts a soft waterproof type drying bag with zipper or pulling rope for fast grain gathering.It greatly reduce the risk from sudden raining.And it can be used as temporary sunning ground in paddy field after harvest,and then effectively solve the problem caused by drying on the road.Two sets of air bags are used in USAGTDE,assist with it automatic grain tedding system powered by solar,it greatly save labor inputs and improve the efficiency of drying.A prototype of USAGTDE was built and a relevant test between USAGTDE and TASD was conducted.Test results showed that water loss rate of USAGTDE was increased 39.3% compare with TASD.It proved feasibility and actual application effect of proposed USAGTDE,and also indicated that proposed USAGTDE has widely prospect in actual grain drying applications.

Hebei province is an important agricultural production base in China.Green agricultural resources management operation mechanism and green agricultural production marketing strategy management system has become inevitable path of agricultural comprehensive sustainable development in Hebei province.It could solve problem of production scale and marketing strategy of green agricultural production fundamentally,and achieve a win-win effect in economic and social benefits.Consumption market of green agricultural products in Hebei province was briefly analyzed,and problems and optimization strategies of green product marketing strategy in Hebei province were discussed,aimed to provide reference for future research.

Abstract:
Based on survey samples of 125 households in Liquan county of Shaanxi province,influence of individual endowment of farmers on response of conservation tillage was studied,and its policy implications were discussed.Results showed that promotion and improvement of farmers′ response to conservation tillage should take into account influence of main characteristics.Government should provide more guidance and financial support for conservation tillage promotion activities and technology research and development.

Abstract:
Key factors that affect consumer′s cognition and purchase intention of traceable characteristic forest fruit products were analyzed by using logistic regression model through a survey of 280 consumers in 3 districts of Beijing.Results showed that,consumers had commonly concern about quality and safety of fresh fruits but limited knowledge about traceable characteristic forest fruit products.

Abstract:
Rural road was an important part of development of agricultural economy and an important direction of rural infrastructure investment.What’s more,it was an important way to support the development of agriculture.It was of great theoretical and practical significance to improve scientific decision-making of rural road maintenance project.Standard system of rural highway maintenance project decision was proposed from the economic criteria,engineering standards,risk criteria and other aspects,and TOPSIS method was applied to the decision-making of rural highway maintenance project.Finally,protection mechanism of rural highway maintenance was put forward from establishing accountability mechanism of rural highway maintenance decision,establishing consultation mechanism of rural highway maintenance decision and establishing scientific management mechanism of rural highway maintenance.
