Abstract:
In order to systematically analyze research frontiers in field of international agricultural machinery and provide support for science and technology planning and science and technology decision-making in this field,a bibliometrics method combined with qualitative literature study and review,and an expert consultation was applied to reveal research frontiers on agricultural machinery in perspective of basic research and engineering technology research respectively.It was concluded that research frontiers were mainly focused on:①agricultural sensors such as wireless sensor networks,sensor system algorithms and software;②navigation control,optimization and tracking of path planning,attitude control and related algorithms of agricultural robots such as autonomous agricultural machines and wheeled mobile robots;③unmanned aerial vehicle navigation,guidance and control;④remote sensing technology and geographic information systems.Informatization,automatization and intelligenatization significantly oriented development of future agricultural machinery and equipment technology.Core papers were mainly from the United States,Italy,China,Australia,Spain and Denmark.

Abstract:
A kind of automatic separator of fly larvae based on negative phototaxis was designed,which could realize automatic feeding,layer scraping of feces and automatic drop of flies.The separator has high separation rate,low energy consumption and simple structure,so as to solve technical bottleneck in industrialization of biological transformation of fly maggot in livestock and poultry,and reduce cost of maggot dung separation. Social,economic and ecological benefits were significant,while promoting sustainable development of livestock and poultry and aquaculture,reducing pollution of agricultural and rural areas,was of great practical significance for promotion and development of modern ecological recycling agriculture.

Abstract:
Cotton is a kind of strategic material that affect national economy and people′s livelihood,while cotton fiber is one of the most combustible of all kinds of natural fibers.According internal combustion mechanism of unginned cotton stack,factors of smoldering warning and monitoring of cotton stack were analyzed and selected,smoldering warning and fire control equipment based on multi sensor array for temperature,humidity and CO concentration monitoring were developed,a mobile computer data monitoring program based on LabVIEW was also developed.Test results showed that system could monitor internal temperature and humidity of cotton stack and monitor information of CO gas in real time,which could provide an important basis for evaluating internal state of cotton stack and determining safe state of smoldering of cotton stack.

Abstract:
In order to effectively improve information and intelligence level of leaf vegetables industry,ensure land production efficiency and product quality safety,standardize industry chain of leaf vegetables supply.Based on technology of intelligent combination monitoring of precision equipment in leaf vegetable production,respective traceability informations for consumers and professionals were determined.A leaf vegetable production monitoring and tracing system based on Internet of things was constructed and application of this system has realized full track on production line from a seed to sales so that products were available in time to avoid buying expired and substandard food.

Abstract:
In view of current agricultural greenhouse vegetable planting information and automation needs,a wireless sensor of greenhouse vegetable temperature and humidity acquisition system has been designed using internet of things technology.In this regard,in order to obtain velue of temperature and humidity,the system was constructed from hardware and software respectively.In terms of hardware,vegetable greenhouse has many sensor nodes,so using temperature and humidity sensor nodes and wireless RF module to retrieve and transfer data automatically.In terms of software,software of master computer has been developed using integrated development environment of IAR.Finally,through test of some functions,feasibility of above development scheme in agricultural vegetable greenhouse was verified,which provided a reference for development and promotion of modern agriculture.

The industry defines precision agriculture as agricultural management which ADAPTS to crop variability.In order to effectively implement precise agriculture,it was necessary to collect data from growing area in an automated manner at a low cost.A flexible and maneuverable small robot was used as precision agricultural implementer to reduce influence on soil compaction in process of movement.By integrating camera with the GPS receiver,a set of basic behavior of a complete coverage of check the crops in the field of autonomous mobile robot,path planner for the field profile and crop types as reference substance to determine the optimal inspection line.Through the experiment,proposed robot changed action required,and proved that method could realize precise operation of crop.

Mechanical Properties of Apple Picking Damage

Abstract:
In order to reduce apple damage of extrusion and collision caused by machine during apple picking,mechanical damage law of apple was studied.A compressive test was carried out on precision micro controlled electronic universal testing machine with red Fuji apple at mature state as test material.Through analyzing mechanical characteristics of apple compression,mechanical model was established.By calculating,compressive elastic modulus of apple was 2.091MPa,maximum elastic limit was 0.130 MPa;and when apple was compressed,elastic modulus of compression remained at the scope of 5~7 MPa.When stress value of apple reached its yield limit 0.125 MPa,deformation of apple was accelerated.This study can be used to make a reasonable prediction of mechanical damage of apple.

A proposed groundwater source area in Kuancheng county,Chengde city,Hebei province was taken as research area.Agricultural water is one of the largest water users in research area,which occupies a large proportion in production process,which restricts development of economy and agriculture.Resource evaluation and comprehensive evaluation of water quality will play an important role in water conservation planning and water resource utilization.Hydrogeological conditions,chemical characteristics of groundwater and other basic conditions were fined out.Follow objective law,according to actual field exploration to obtain hydrogeological data to determine parameter values,hydrogeological model was established.Groundwater resource was calculated and evaluated by natural recharge water balance method,and recoverable groundwater resource evaluation was calculated by mining experiment method to calculate.Groundwater quality in the study area was evaluated by results of actual water samples.Finally,some suggestions for construction of groundwater source were given,and basis for development of local social economy was provided.

Design and Test of Cotton Straw Spiral Compression Bagging Machine

Abstract:
Xinjiang,as the country′s main cotton production area,is rich in cotton straw resources but has low utilization of cotton straw resources.Since comminuted cotton straw can be used to feed for cattle and sheep,how to bag comminuted cotton straw has certain practical significance for solving problem of feed for cattle and sheep and promoting commercial development of cotton straw.Therefore,it is very necessary to design a cotton straw spiral compression bagging machine.Structure and principle of whole machine of cotton straw spiral compression bagging machine were introduced.Its main components were designed and its productivity and power consumption were determined.Through finite element simulation of variable pitch spiral of its key components,reliability of variable pitch helical structure strength was verified.Finally,according to prototype′s specific power consumption index,indoor bagging tests were carried out.Results showed that the greater the speed at critical speed,the higher the transmission efficiency and the greater the amount of feed without causing clogging,the higher the delivery efficiency.

In order to further explore anti-drought ability of seabuckthorn,Caragana korshinskii and oriental arborvitae,two-year-old cutting seedlings of seabuckthorn and two-year-old sowing seedlings of Caragana korshinskii and oriental arborvitae were selected to study photosynthetic and hydropathic indexes of three tree species,drought resistance of three species were further analyzed.Results showed that oriental arborvitae had better drought resistance than that of seabuckthorn and Caragana korshinskii,arborvitae water content,irreducible water and free water ratio and critical saturation loss value of oriental arborvitae were the largest at same period.So oriental arborvitae of three tree species had more drought resistant barren capacity,use of oriental arborvitae should be given priority in afforestation of Huzhu county.

Abstract:
With rapid development of social economy,consumers have put forward higher requirements for packaging of agricultural products.Packaging is a new industry that has only appeared in recent years.Emergence of packaging industry was to meet consumer demand for packaging,thereby promoting sale of agricultural products.In order to break fixed mode of agricultural product packaging,packaging of agricultural products should be innovated to promote development of market economy.Therefore,innovative design research of portable packaging for modern agricultural products was elaborated.
