In order to meet requirement of high stalk crop field management,different kinds of agricultural high frame field operation vehicles were designed and developed in Italy,the United States,Canada and other countries.Research of vehicle technology was developing fast in foreign country.China had also conducted research and development of this kind of vehicle.Technology development of domestic and foreign agricultural high frame field operation vehicle was summarized and structure of main machine,performance characteristic and main parameters were analyzed.At last,existing problems in research and application and future development direction of high frame field operation vehicle technology were pointed out.
Input-output Efficiency of Agricultural Mechanization in Hubei Province Based on DEA

Abstract:
In order to measure input-output efficiency of agricultural mechanization in Hubei province in recent years,data envelopment analysis (DEA)was used,using investment of agricultural machinery,input of agricultural machinery employees,and total power of agricultural machinery in Hubei province in 2001—2016 year as input indicators.Then output and value of crops were as a measure of output.Technology efficiency,pure technology efficiency,scale efficiency of input and output of agricultural mechanization each year were analyzed.Results showed that half of year′s agricultural mechanization input and output was efficient,while half of years were in non-resource allocation efficiency,but actual value was very close to ideal value.Overall,word of agricultural mechanization in Hubei province was completed well and input-output ratio was reasonable.

PWM modulation is one of the ways to control proportional solenoid valve.By using proportional electromagnetic valve to connect double PWM modulating module,the accuracy and stability of tractor in automatic driving process can be improved.The dual PWM modulation module uses dual PWM modulation to control proportional solenoid valves.Double PWM modulation means that in the 1 PWM cycle T,second modulations are added to reduce current ripple of proportional electromagnetic current,thus impact of proportional solenoid valve is smaller,which could effectively increase service life of proportional valves and increase control accuracy of proportional solenoid valves.

The pH value and water level of water were important factors affecting growth of crops.Simple water regime detection system could effectively realized real-time detection of water level and pH value,which have high precision and low cost.The system consists of 5 parts,power module,main control module,sensor module,display module and voltage detection module.It was based on Arduino board control,using dry battery or USB interface to supply power to system.Through sensor module,pH value and water level signal were transmitted to Arduino board for signal processing.Output voltage was measured by voltage detection module.It was convenient to use and timely control.

Existing traverse measurement method of traditional plane map has problem of large measurement error ,low efficiency and limited application range,so a land mobile monitoring and measuring system based on GPS technology was designed.Framework of system and design scheme of functional modules and abnormal points and drift errors of GPS land measurement and calculation method were introduced and optimized.TQ210 Android open platform ARM Coretex-M3 architecture and Microsoft Visual C++ design were used as technical support to complete design of vehicle terminal,handheld terminal and host computer software.Vehicle system and handheld terminal integrated GPS receiving module and SIM900A SMS module,which could obtain and transmit GPS land measurement information in real time.PC software completes video decoding and real-time map display of land survey data.It could provide effective support for real-time positioning,automation and precision monitoring of land surveying targets.

Abstract:
In order to realize automatic identification of female and male of fragrant pear,characteristics of calyx and shape of fragrant pear were used for classification.Image of fragrant pear was collected by camera,and image was preprocessed with gray,segmentation,rotation,edge processing,contour extraction and so on.Characteristics of roundness at calyx and short and long axis of fragrant pear were obtained.Classifier model was obtained by neural network training,which was used to judge female and male of fragrant pear.The method could effectively extract characteristics of fragrant pear,and quickly identify male and female of fragrant pear,accuracy rate could be 92%.

Abstract:
In order to ensure hydropower station has more stable development of generation,ecological and social benefits,and optimize transformed unit operation combination,based on analysis of existing problems and runoff water energy calculations after water transfer capacity by water diversion project form Hongyan River to Shitou Rvier,installed capacity and turbine type of Wulixia hydropower station were confirmed.Application showed that better technological transformation scheme obtained by comparison and selection could better match daily running hydropower indicators of power station.Capacity and numbers of unit had good adaptability to flexible adjustment of wet,normal and dry year water intake,water utilization and conversion efficiency had been comprehensively improved,and abandoned water had been reduced,which could achieve a good technical transformation effect.

Abstract:
Cavitation characteristics and stress characteristics are powerful guarantee for stable operation of axial flow pump.It is of great engineering significance to study stress characteristics under cavitation conditions.Taking axial flow pump as research object,through sequential fluid solid coupling method,CFD analysis results of steady cavitation flow in axial flow pump were taken as main mechanical boundary conditions and finite element method was adopted,stress characteristics of impeller under cavitation,cavitation initial cavitation and severe cavitation were analyzed.Results showed that maximum equivalent stress of axial flow pump impeller occurred at blade root near outlet edge.Without cavitation and cavitation initiation,stress distribution was basically the same.Maximum equivalent stress was about 36 MPa.When cavitation was serious,high stress region was smaller than the first two cases.Stress distribution in the blade was analyzed by taking different sections.It was found that there was a high stress area at two ends of pressure surface area and it decreased to middle of blade when cavitation was serious,and suction surface only has a high stress area on side of exit side.Distribution of stress along intersection of blade pressure surface root was similar to that of cavitation,but distribution on intersection of suction surface root would change from approximate linear distribution to parabolic distribution.

Abstract:
Arming at loss sowing phenomenon for Giant Juncao planter and in order to improve quality and anautomation level of seeding machine,a type of leakage seeding system based on STM32 was proposed.System used photoelectric sensor to monitor leakage seeding and used encoder to meter seed sowing device’s speed.When monitoring miss seeding,microcomputer would drive step motor to carry out action of resowing.If planter encounters a unsolvable problem,system would give a alarm.To verify reliability of system,a prototype with sowing resow system was tested.And test results showed that when seeding rate at 1~6 km/h,seed leakage rate was low and resowing rate was high,which greatly improve seeding quality of Giant Juncao planter.

Effects of Temperature and Light on Growth and Development of Quinoa Seedlings

Abstract:
Quinoa seedlings were cross-treated with two different light periods(8 and 12 hours)and two different temperatures(10 and 25 ℃).Effects of temperature and light on germination rate,fresh weight,dry weight,water content,plant height and root length,root activity and chlorophyll content of quinoa seedlings were studied in order to provide basis for high yield planting.Results showed that fresh weight,dry weight and plant height of seedlings were the highest at 25 ℃ for 8 h,but there was no significant difference with other treatments.Chlorophyll content and root activity were highest when seedlings were exposed to 12 h light at 10 ℃.It could be seen that low temperature prolonging illumination time was conducive to later growth of quinoa,and quinoa was suitable for planting in cold areas.

In recent years,China′s economy has developed rapidly,and process of urbanization has been accelerating.However,there are still some areas where economy is relatively backward and people′s living standards are relatively low.To improve this situation,government has launched a series of poverty alleviation programs to help poor areas out of difficulties.Taking Sixdingshan area in Dunhua city of Jilin province as an example,integration and development of rural tourism and precision poverty alleviation were discussed.

Abstract:
With improvement of people′s living standards,rural tourism has become focus of research,however,hot rural tourism also brings about sustainable development of rural tourism resources.Aiming at sustainable development of rural tourism resources,combined with relevant theories and methods,an AHP evaluation model of sustainable development evaluation system from four aspects of economy,society,development and environment was constructed.Finally,taking Huma county of Heilongjiang province as research background,the model was tested by empirical method.It was concluded that environmental and social factors had a greater impact on sustainable development in rural tourism development of Huma county.
