Abstract:
A cleaning device was designed for sunlight greenhouse plastic greenhouse,which was to solve problems of cleaning,low transmittance and affecting growth of crops.3D modeling was carried out based on computer aided design software Solidworks.Overall structure and key components were designed and simulated,and then experimental prototype model was built.Experimental results showed that film transmittance of greenhouse was greatly improved under condition of pure tap water and cleaning agent,highest from 51.6% to 78.3% by 26.7%,and from 51.6% to 80.6% by 29.0%.Cleaning device has a reasonable structure and obvious cleaning effect.It could meet purpose and requirements of users.

Abstract:
In order to improve quality of rape seed sowing in Beijing area,experiment of rape seed sowing machine under two kinds of tillage and land-leveling methods of driving rake and stubble rotary cultivator was carried out.Results showed that,compared with driving rake,stubble rotary cultivator had better operation quality,with high operation efficiency and good performance,but a little more fuel consumption.Considering seed quality of rape planter,driving rake tillage was more suitable for rape planter,under set operation conditions of planter,seed homogeneity variation coefficient of driving rake tillage was 25.5% lower than stubble rotary cultivator,consistency variation coefficient of seed quantity was 1.3% lower,seed quantity was 0.45 kg/hm2 higher,and operating speed was 0.09 hm2/h lower.

Abstract:
In 2017,agriculture ministry demonstration project of main crop production full mechanization was organized in Yongchuan district of Chongqing city.Through careful organization and implementation,all construction tasks of project were completed and desired results were achieved.Through implementation of project,rice production in demonstration area has been mechanized in key links of cultivated land,sowing,plant protection,machine harvesting,drying and straw treatment.Economic,social and ecological benefits were obvious.Comprehensive mechanization level of rice production,cultivation and harvest reached 98.5%.A set of suitable Yongchuan region rice production mechanization technology model and agricultural machinery equipment configuration model was formed.

Abstract:
In view of problems of low water and fertilizer utilization rate and poor fertilizer uniformity in domestic agricultural production,a set of precision variable water and fertilizer integration equipment were developed.It regarded requirements for nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and trace elements in growth stages of crops as a variable.PLC collected soil moisture and flow information,and controled opening of proportional solenoid valve.HMI as an operator interface,which could not only display soil moisture information and liquid fertilizer flow,but set fertilizer ratio and irrigation time.By field test,the device had advantages of accurate formula fertilization,simple operation and good stability.

Abstract:
Chemical composition of pesticide products is highly corrosive and toxic,transportation cost of pesticide is relatively high in midwestern and northeastern agricultural area,accidents due to pesticide transport occurs frequently.To meet requirement of pesticide safety transportation,a set of safety transportation monitoring system based on CAN bus was developed,multi-data fusion method combining with 3G communication,Beidou positioning technology and so on were adopted to system,that could monitor internal environment parameters in car including temperature,humidity,pressure and odor concentration and vehicle operation parameters including speed,acceleration and location.Corresponding tests were carried out,results showed that,relative error of measurement was less than 7%,level of standardization and informatization of agricultural transportation was improved.

Abstract:
Normal growth of crops was affected by soil environmental parameters of greenhouse.Therefore,it needs to be monitored for a long time.For existing fixed greenhouse soil parameter monitor,sensor ends are widely buried in soil for a long time,which leads to shorter service life of sensor.A soil parameter monitor based on Arduino was introduced.Instrument could be used to detect soil parameters regularly.It provided real-time and accurate reference data for ratio of soil nutrients required for plant growth and time irrigation.After data acquisition was completed,probe position of sensor was automatically cleaned and maintained. Electrochemical corrosion caused by long time contact with soil was slowed down,and service life of sensor was improved.This monitor lays a foundation for development of intelligent network system for intelligent greenhouse environment monitoring.

Aiming at problem of how to effectively use massive data information of China′s current agricultural website to serve China′s agricultural production,combined with relevant theories and knowledge of data mining,HTML text extraction technology was introduced to extract Web agricultural data information,so as to build a data warehouse after data mining process for data mining was processed and designed.Finally,above data mining model was verified by taking a vegetable web as an example.Research results showed that data mining algorithm was consistent with actual information in aspect of agricultural product price and other information mining.At the same time,validity of data processing and mining methods constructed was verified.It would provide reference and reference basis for current agricultural information service.

Based on investigation of resources and landscape of hedgerows in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi province,results showed that there were 25 families and 77 species of hedgerows in the area.Among them,33 species of evergreen and semi-evergreen species accounted for 42.9%,44 species of deciduous species accounted for 57.1%,and there were 37 species of foliage trees,40 species of ornamental flowers,16 species of ornamental fruits and 8 species of thorns.Through investigation of application of hedgerow resources and landscape analysis of current situation,there was a problem that hedgerows were not highly diverse and create similar landscapes.They also had extensive management of landscaping and poor landscaping.Ecological priority was given to strengthen application of native tree species,appropriate use of exotic species,and vigorously develop the local wild resources to enrich plant diversity.The use of hedging landscapes should adhere to principle of diversity and unity,coordination and contrast,balance,rhythm and tempo,and cultural connotation so as to enhance landscape heterogeneity.By strengthening training of practitioners and raising level of management skills to enhance ornamental value of hedgerow landscape.

In order to meet needs of Chinese-style fine cigarette and improve processing quality of threshing and redrying new line in Zunyi factory, threshing and redrying process parameters and tobacco lamina quality data at Zunyi factory was analyzed.And 3 key parameters were selected,process parameters of threshing and redrying new line at Zunyi factory were optimized by means of multi-index weight analysis and orthogonal design method.Research results showed that it could obviously improve cured tobacco quality when process parameters with 80 °water-added initiation at the back end,second-dozen electric motor 34 Hz and 30% of moisture regain mixing water .

Level of seed corn harvest mechanization was low that had always been artificial in our country at present.In order to solve this problem,a header of corn-harvester was designed,orthogonal experiment based on three factors and three levels which included rotating speed of snapping roll,header height and harvest speed was conducted.Experimental results showed that header of seed corn-harvester had good harvest effect.Relationship between three factors and performance indicators were analyzed.Effect of indicators was best when speed of snapping roll was 800 r/min,harvest speed was 5 km/h and height of header was 600 mm.

In order to solve problem that common field equipment could not adapt to field environment with varied ridge spacing and plant height,multi-functional hydraulic driven field operating platform was designed and developed,which could meet demands of field operation with varying row spacing and height,and could improve adaptability of platform.Multi-functional hydraulic driven field operating platform was driven by hydraulic drive mode,through mechanical analysis,power demand of whole machine was determined,and suitable engine,hydraulic pump,hydraulic motor and other hydraulic components were selected,power matching of operating platform was completed.Mesh generation and loads applying were applied to adjusting bracket that was a key part of multi-functional hydraulic driven field operating platform by using ANSYS Workbench simulation software,static analysis of adjusting bracket was carried out,strength and stiffness were checked,that met design requirement.Full load climbing experiment of multi-functional hydraulic driven field operating platform was carried out,results showed that power matching of whole machine was reasonable and met requirements of design and application.

Regeneration system of Pholidota cantonesis Rolfe. was studied by taking Pholidota cantonesis Rolfe. legume as explants.Results showed that impregnation with 0.1% HgCl2 for 8 min was beneficial to asepsis seeding for Pholidota cantonesis Rolfe. legume and had low pollution rate.When seed germination medium was MS+0.5 mg/L BA+0.05 mg/L NAA+7 g/L agar,germination rate of 72%,PLB color was green and agglomerate.When induced proliferation medium was MS+0.1 mg/L ZT+30 ml/L coconut+0.05 mg/L NAA+7 g/L agar,induction rate of 70%,maximum increment coefficient was 4.11.When seed germination medium was 1/2MS+50 g/L potato+50 ml/L banana juice+1 g/L peptone,strong seedling effect was the most obvious,maximum width of seedlings was 3.54 mm,and plants were relatively thick.

Biocontrol Bacillus cereus BQ-4 strain which screened form the soil of plant rhizosphere was used as material and it′s fermentation medium was investigated by using single-factor and Box-Behnken design.The effects of sugar,patoto powder and (NH4)2SO4 were evaluated.Results showed that optimal concentrations of sugar,patoto powder and (NH4)2SO4 were 21.67、39.80 and 19.95 g/L.In this condition,endospore yeild of BQ-4 strain was 29.36×108 CFU/mL.

China is hometown of tea,tea resource is rich,and a unique tea culture has been formed.In recent years,tea and tourism featured towns were constantly emerging.Taking Fenghuang town of Chaozhou,Guangdong as an example,current situation of development of tea culture characteristic town were expounded,conditions for developing Fenghuang town characteristic town were analyzed,and some development ideas for planning and development for characteristic town of tea tourism in Fenghuang town were put forward.

Abstract:
Industrial integration is a new mode to break through traditional industrial development,which is a new form of tourism and also an inevitable stage for development of China′s tourism industry.Current situation and existing problems of leisure agricultural tourism under background of industrial integration were studied and corresponding countermeasures were put forward,that could provide theoretical reference for better development of leisure agricultural tourism.
