Abstract:
In order to meet the demand of quality control for farming mechanical subsoiling,a ploughing depth online detection system for hanging subsoiler was designed,and a remote monitoring platform for agricultural machinery working was established,based on Beidou satellite position technology,communication technology and Internet of Things technology.Field trial results indicated that the system was stable and reliable,and could adapt to working environment of deep loose operation,it could obtain real-time information of deep loose operation and statistics of working area in real time.The depth measurement error was within ±1 cm,and the accuracy of working area was higher than 99%,which could meet actual needs of remote monitoring and management of deep loose operation.
Determination of Cd Content in Soil Using Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy Couple with Chemometric Methods

Abstract:
Heavy metal pollution in soil affects agriculture and food safety,and rapid detection of heavy metal pollution is an urgent problem to be solved.Laser induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS)couple with chemometrics methods were employed to conduct quantitative analysis of Cd content in soil.First,soil samples with 15 concentration gradients of Cd were manually made up.Then,the LIBS emission lines of all soil samples were collected.Preprocessing methods were used to eliminate errors and noise of spectral data.Then,characteristic lines and spectral regions of Cd were determined based on LIBS spectra.Quantity regression models based on partial least squares regression(PLSR)and back propagation-artificial neural network(BP-ANN)were set up and results were compared.As a result,models based on non-linear methods(BP-ANN)offered a promising results than linear methods of PLSR.Probable reason was that non-linear methods had an advantage to deal with matrix effects of soil automatically.Results indicated that LIBS coupled with multiple chemometrics methods could finished the detection of heavy metal Cd,which provided a brand-new analysis approach for heavy metals accurate detection in soil,and could offer theoretical foundation for development of heavy metal testing equipment.
Multi-channel Priority Control System for Greenhouse Rolling Machine

Abstract:
In the daily management of the greenhouse rolling machine,there is frequent a low working efficiency and an emergency cannot be solved due to its single control mode.A multi-channel priority control system of greenhouse rolling machine based on singlechip was designed.The system consisted of hardware terminal and remote server.The hardware terminal utilized STC15W404AS controller,using RXB8 superheterodyne receiving module to get the signal from the remote controller.GPRS module was applied to realize communication between hardware terminal and remote server.The system contained four control signals:manual key control,wireless remote control,limit switch control and remote server control.Processing signals was done with priority decision circuit so as to achieve priority control of the rolling machine.Experiment results demonstrated that response time of remote server command was 1.7 s and the packet loss rate of wireless remote control and remote server control was less than 4.5%.The remote sever software achieved remote monitor and control of rolling machine stably and rapidly.Moreover,this system could not only realize multi-channel priority control of rolling machine,but also meet requirement of intelligent management of greenhouse rolling machine effectively.

In order to solve file information management confusion of tobacco machinery enterprise,tobacco machinery drawing file management system based on C/S and B/S was developed and designed.Starting from design purpose of tobacco mechanical drawing file management system,key technologies such as drawing file encryption technology,Flash interface,Excel interface and system electronic registration technology were selected and analyzed,and whole structure of system,function module and database were designed and realized,aiming to promote management of tobacco machinery enterprises.

Abstract:
Cotton is grown in large quantities in China,as the major cotton producing areas in China,Xinjiang cotton planting area and yield accounts for more than 60% of our country.Subsequently,abundant cotton straw resources are produced.Cotton straw has high development and utilization value,but the utilization rate of cotton straw is low in Xinjiang,and the main treatment method is crushing and returning to the field.With the increase of comprehensive utilization of crop straw and the improvement of its level,as well as the realization of mechanized harvest of cotton straw with low cost and high efficiency,the economic and ecological benefits of comprehensive utilization of cotton straw are highlighted.Based on analysis of relevant literature,the economic and ecological benefits of comprehensive utilization of cotton straw in Xinjiang were analyzed,and the feasibility and economy of using cotton straw in soilless culture substrate production were put forward,which provided ideas for deep utilization of cotton straw and improvement of quality and efficiency of cotton production.

Coreopsis tinctoria is an annual herb with important medicinal value,which has been gradually developed and utilized in recent years,and it had a broad market prospect.Container plant factories has a high degree of automation and are limited by external environment,so it can realize continuous annual production of crops,which is one of inevitable trends of agricultural development in the future.Some related technologies of matrix culture and nutrient solution cultivation of Coreopsis tinctoria in Xinjiang were summarized.It included sterilization of seedling tray and hydroponic tank,selection and circulation of nutrient solution,seeding,planting and management.The purpose was to provide technical theory for the modernization of Coreopsis tinctoria industry.

An atmospheric plasma discharge device was built by atmospheric sliding arc discharge technology.The effects of type and power of discharge gas on the bactericidal effect of Staphylococcus aureus were studied.Results showed that the technology has the best bactericidal effect when discharge power was low and discharge gas was oxygen.
Effects of Different Drip-line Layouts and Dripper Discharges on Soil Water-nitrogen Distribution and Spring Wheat Yield

Abstract:
In order to find out the suitable drip-line layouts and dripper discharges of spring wheat in northwest arid area,field experiments of wheat under drip irrigation had been conducted at a farm in Minqin county,Gansu province.Drip irrigation experiments had set up two kinds of dripper discharges(2.2 L/h and 3.1 L/h)and three kinds of drip-line layouts(one drip-line for 4,5 and 6 rows of wheat,respectively).By analyzing soil water-nitrogen distribution,spring wheat water consumption,physiological indicators and yield of different irrigation parameters,the results showed that:horizontal water transport of 3.1 L/h dripper discharge in soil was larger than that of 2.2 L/h,while the vertical water transport was smaller with the same irrigation amount in the loam with the same irrigation amount;when the dripper discharge was the same,the soil water content at 1/2 drip-line spacing decreased with the drip-line spacing increased.After fertilization,the accumulation of nitrate nitrogen in 0-40 cm soil layer was increased with the dripper discharge increased,while that in 40-60 cm soil layer showed different tendency with the dripper discharge increased.Accumulation of nitrate nitrogen beneath dripper increased with the drip-line spacing increased.With the same dripper discharge,total dry mass and yield of the treatment of one drip-line for 6 rows of wheat were significantly lower than that of the treatment of one drip-line for 4 and 5 rows of wheat,but there was no significant difference between treatment of one drip-line for 4 and 5 rows of wheat.With the same drip-line layouts,compared with 2.2 L/h dripper discharge treatment,the 3.1 L/h dripper discharge has the higher total dry mass and yield.Considering the yield,cost and other factors,it was recommended to choose the drip layout figuration that one drip-line for 5 rows of wheat with 3.1 L/h dripper discharge.

Abstract:
In response to State Council′s request of delegating power,improving regulation,and optimizing service,ministry of water resources carried out a series of reforms measures related to different aspect of soil and water conservation for production and construction projects.Based on experience of practical work,related laws,regulations and other papers were analyzed,and some proposals on strength the soil and water conservation work for production and construction project in the new period were put forward.Five management measures were proposed:①implemented systems of registered soil and water conservation engineer as soon as possible;②strengthened application of remote sensing and UVA technology in verification of soil and water conservation work for production and construction projects;③increased management and punishment of the third party organization in the self-acceptance;④implemented unannounced visits system during supervision and law enforcement on soil and water conservation;⑤implemented industry integrity and blacklist systems.Results could provide useful information for water administration department and technical personnel engaged in soil and water conservation work for production and construction projects.
Comprehensive Early Warning System of Cultivated Land Protection in Xinxiang City

Abstract:
In order to establish integrated early warning system of cultivated land protection based on cultivated land quantity,quality and productivity,the early warning of regional cultivated land comprehensive protection status was carried out.The negative number principle method was used to divide warning threshold.Various models were established to calculate the cultivated land quality and productivity changes caused by various reasons.Several results have been developed.Firstly,the change of cultivated land quantity has different influence on the quality and productivity of cultivated land.Secondly,affected by different causes of cultivated land quality change,the change of cultivated land quality and productivity was not proportional to each other.Cultivated land productivity could better reflect health status of regional cultivated land protection.Thirdly,the construction of cultivated land quality could improve quality and productivity of cultivated land when quantity cannot be balanced.Fourthly,the analyses of early warning results and causes of cultivated land could provide more targeted measures for regional cultivated land protection.In conclusion,the integrated early warning system of cultivated land protection could give scientific early warning on status of regional cultivated land protection.
Design of Chain-type Cotton Field Plough Layer Residual Film Recovery Machine

Abstract:
In the process of large-scale promotion and implementation of cotton film,although the cotton yield and farmers′ economic benefits are improved,the residual film in the cotton field after cotton harvesting is not recycled and degraded in time,which will cause soil environmental pollution and cotton production reduction.This has become a hazard.One of the most serious problems in cotton planting is to solve the problem of residual film residue in cotton field after autumn harvest in southern Xinjiang.A plough layer chain residual film recovery machine combining soil turning device and decimating device was designed.It was composed of turning device,loose soil plate and decimating device.Soil-turning device pulled out soil between 0 and 100 mm on the surface.The soil that was turned out was crushed by loose soil board.Deciduous teeth and scraping membrane teeth in decimating device recover residual film in soil to collecting box.Residual film recycling process was completed,and structural design of each part of machine was reasonable,in line with the design principle of agricultural machinery.
Design of Cleaner for Corn Residue Film and Root Stubble on Ridge

Abstract:
A cleaner for corn residue film and root stubble was designed,in order to study and solve problem of residual mulch and root stubble difficult to recover and so on.Film picking and root digging device could dig corn root stubble,soil and residue film into transposition chain board.Eccentric shaft driven by front ground wheel makes transposition chain board vibrate,meanwhile,film conveyed on transposition chain board was picked up and cleaned into film collection box.Remaining soil and root stubble were crushed into double axis crushing mechanism.Cleaner for corn residue film and root stubble on ridge with working speed of 3~5 km/h and width of 1 100 mm.Corn stubble with 200 mm depth,soil and plastic film with 100 mm depth could be scooped up.Results of ANSYS analysis showed that strength of film and root shovel could meet requirements.The machine could finish cleaning of residual film and root stubble and crushing of stubble,and meet operation requirements.

Targeted poverty alleviation is a major national strategy during the 13th five-year plan period,and the goal is to ensure that the whole country can achieve comprehensive poverty alleviation and a synchronized well-off society by 2020 under the current economic background,there is a structural imbalance between supply and demand,and agricultural supply-side reform has become a new idea and focus to promote economic development and achieve targeted poverty alleviation.Yuelai township of Leshan city has a good foundation and resources in the integrated development of featured industries and rural tourism.Although the current targeted poverty alleviation work is effective,it is still difficult to achieve poverty alleviation.Therefore,taking the agricultural supply-side reform as an opportunity based on itself,the agricultural industrial structure was optimized,“Litchi town” was built,and it would become a new engine for Yuelai township to achieve targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.

Rural revitalization strategy provided an opportunity for the rural a multi-ownerships economic development and policy support,reform of rural sector of economy structure in Shaanxi province was reviewed.Based on mixed ownership reform to promote development of Shaanxi rural economy perspective,development space of mixed ownership economic structure reform in rural areas of Shaanxi under strategy of rural revitalization was analyzed.Innovative development path of Shaanxi rural mixed ownership economy were to support new agricultural operators,develop new rural collective economy,encourage rural enterprises to go public and standardize internal management of rural mixed ownership enterprises.
