Abstract:
Problems of 4 kinds of agricultural machinery,such as tractor,baler,green forage harvester and sprayer,with excessively high subsidy ratio were analyzed,and suggestions on adjustment of subsidy distribution were put forward.Through reviewing evolution history of fixed quota subsidy and fixed ratio subsidy,current problems of subsidies and their causes of agricultural machinery with excessively high subsidy ratio were analyzed,and approaches of optimizing subsidy grading mechanism were summarized.
Development Status and Trend on Harvesting Device of Giant Juncao

Abstract:
Giant juncao harvesting is one of the most labor-intensive work in juncao indusstry.There is few research on giant juncao cutting and so it has no cutting device to cut giant juncao stalks effectively at present in China.Firstly,some mechanical properties of giant juncao such as stalk stretching,compression and bending,as well as some affective factors about tensile and compressive strength of giant juncao like diameter and rate of water content were summarized.By comparing the research status of different stalk cutters,it concluded that reasonably matching structure and movement parameters of disc cutters could reduce heavy cutting and leakage cutting.Meanwhile,the combination of cutting clearance and cutting blade had great influence on the shear force,as for the cutting speed of reciprocating cutting,it had little influence.Secondly,it was pointed out that virtual simulation technology could provide a new technical method for exploring cutting device,which was also a new technical field relatively.At last,it was put forward that problems of giant juncao harvesting currently and the view that cutting devices should be developed to intelligence and multi-function in the future.
Model Selection of Small Vegetable Transplanter

Abstract:
Transplanting is an important link in vegetable production.At present,transplant works are almost done by manpower in Beijing suburbs,manual transplanting has characteristics of labor intensity,low production efficiency and high production cost,it is not commensurate with requirements of large-scale,intensive and efficient planting of vegetables,which seriously restricts healthy and sustainable development of vegetable industry in Beijing suburbs.To solve this problem,research on model selection of small vegetable transplanter was carried out.3 kinds of small vegetable transplanter which have been successfully tested and demonstrated in recent years were chosen as experimental objects.Based on field experiment and application investigation,technical indexes such as working quality,operation efficiency and operation cost were analyzed to select suitable transplanter for vegetable transplanting in Beijing suburbs.Results showed that,transplanting effect of 3 transplanters could all reached agricultural requirements of transplanting.Large-scale transplanting in parks with large area,efficiency of pull-type transplanter was the highest,and had the best income.Transplanting in greenhouses with low and steel frame,electric self-propelled transplanter had the best operation effect,and electric self-propelled transplanter only need one person to operate,which was very suitable for smaller parks.Iseki transplanter had good operation effect,and it could well complete transplanting of small seedlings of lettuce and other seedlings with 192 holes,it was suitable for parks that needs transplanting small seedlings or requires higher transplanting effect.Research results could provide reference for vegetable farmers to choose suitable vegetable transplanter.

Abstract:
In the management of ratoon sugarcane planting,shovel and broken ridge are especially important.Mechanization is an inevitable trend of modern ratoon sugarcane planting.Model 3CP-460 ratoon sugarcane shovel breaking machine was a new model developed for the ratoon sugarcane shovel and broken ridge.Experimental results showed that indexes such as rate-breaking rate,depth of spatted stump and width of ridge reached agronomic requirements of planting and management of perennial sugarcan.

Abstract:
In view of current time-consuming and laborious methods of potato defect detection,expensive equipment and high magnetic field,an electrical resistance tomography method to detect potato defects were proposed and data acquisition method of potato defect resistance image field array was studied.Based on modeling of imaging physics,effects of different electrode shapes on the electrical potential characteristics of object field and isoline,as well as the simulation of shape of excitation electrode,electrode coverage and excitation mode were studied.Finally,the data acquisition mode of object field array was determined,and electrode structure was optimized.

Abstract:
Fuzzy PID control technology was applied to the spray volume control of sprayer sprayer,and corresponding control system was designed to improve effect of crop spraying.Firstly,the basic principle of crop spray control system was analyzed.Secondly,the software and hardware system of fuzzy PID control system,and fuzzy control logic table were designed.Finally,simulation of spray volume control was carried out.Simulation result showed that fuzzy PID control system could achieve better spray control effect and higher control accuracy.

Abstract:
With the increasingly prominent problems of environment and energy,the development and utilization of renewable resources has become the focus of attention.As a kind of green renewable energy,corn straw is widely used in agricultural production,industrial manufacturing and other fields.Practical significance of extracting cellulose from corn straw was discussed.Several methods of extracting cellulose from corn straw were introduced,mainly described how to extract cellulose from corn straw by high-pressure cooking,and explore the best process conditions of extracting cellulose from corn straw by high-pressure cooking.Through single factor experiment,the effects of different reaction time,pressure and sodium hydroxide solution content on the cellulose extraction from corn straw were discussed,which provided reference for industrial extraction of corn straw cellulose.

Abstract:
Green ecology is a new connotation given to land remediation in the new era.Ecological construction of land remediation project can make up for the“ecological shortage”.In view of the special landform characteristics of Guizhou hilly and mountainous area,the spatial framework of the field road for land remediation was expounded from the spatial dimension by using the comprehensive analysis method.Four areas of ecological intervention along the field road caused by project construction were analyzed: section and extension area of the foundation,structural area of rigid materials,joint area of cross buildings(structures),and damaged area of construction soil.Some strategies of ecological construction of field road engineering were optimized to locate its function,building materials and reconstruct environment.Results showed that ecological construction of field road engineering could realize integration of landscape,ecology and practicality.

Abstract:
In order to avoid impact of seed fertilizer on seed quality and inhibition of chemical fertilizer on seed biological activity when traditional seed fertilizer was mixed,and avoid phenomenon that fertilizer was scattered and distributed when seed fertilizer was applied vertically,and utilization rate was not high because there was no specific seed,a no-tillage precision seeder was designed for directional hole sowing of corn.The equipment could realize high-efficiency no-tillage precision sowing and fertilization of corn with fixed quantity,distance and hole. Seeds and fertilizers could meet requirements of hole forming and separate application.Location distribution and thickness of soil layer between two caves could meet requirements of agricultural technology.Moreover,adjustment between sowing amount and fertilization amount is independent,and at the same time,the cost is reduced,the yield is increased,and the soil is protected.

Abstract:
Aiming at problems of low film forming,uneven coating and high rate of seed damage,a new type of seed coating machine based on air suspension was designed according to national requirements for seed coating operation.Through the introduction and redistribution of updraft and tangential airflow,seeds were kept in the state of floating and rotating,resistance of movement and seed wear were reduced.Quantitative dosing of metering pump and tangential spraying of nozzle ensured a stable seed ratio.The coating machine can complete functions of coating,drying and conveying at one time,so as to ensure high quality of seed coating and uniform film coverage.

Abstract:
Existing hot blast stove has some problems such as low thermal efficiency,incomplete combustion and environmental pollution and so on.In view of these problems,an environmental protection and energy-conservation hot blast stove was designed,which mainly included design of feeding system,combustion system,heat exchange system,dust removal system,box and control part.This new type biomass hot blast stove could continuously supply clean hot air which was constant temperature,constant pressure and dustless,and discharge pollution-free waste heat gas.The design could be used for drying and heating,and which has a broad application prospect.

The present situation of export market of agricultural machinery in China was analyzed.Reasons why export-oriented agricultural machinery did not conform to international agricultural machinery trade market were analyzed,and the necessity of optimizing design of export-oriented agricultural machinery was deduced.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to synthetically evaluate design optimization of export-oriented agricultural machinery in China,which was typical of combine harvester.Relevant strategies and key evaluation system of design optimization were obtained.
