Abstract:
Mechanized harvesting of corn grain is a key to realize full mechanization of corn.It involves some relevant links and departments such as variety breeding,cultivation management,agricultural machinery,grain acquisition and drying.In this system engineering,the close cooperation of all links,departments and researchers is needed in order to better realize the full mechanization of corn.According to present situation and existing problems of grain mechanized harvesting in Yili valley,some corresponding solutions were put forward through systematic analysis and consideration of all relevant links,departments and researchers in the system.So that they can cooperate closely and develop together.It would help to realize full mechanization of corn to provide protection,and it would accelerate process of full mechanization of local corn.

Abstract:

Abstract:
A kind of intelligent orchard system was designed and developed combined with current demand for intelligent management in orchard.Real-time crop growing environment information were obtained by use of wireless sensors based on MQTT remote control technology.Video and image information and crop parameters such as crop disease,insect condition,seedling condition were obtained by unmanned aerial photography technology,data analysis method was used to realize disaster warning and forecast analysis of crops,that could provide users with scientific planting guidances and suggestions.Intelligent planting and integrated irrigation of water and fertilizer were realized through intelligent control of robot and solenoid valve.Function of intelligent orchard system was rich,and operation was simple,which had realized orchard intellectualized management more efficiently.

Comparison on Temperature and Light Performance of Three Kinds of Solar Greenhouse in Winter in Qinghai

Abstract:
In order to master the thermal and lighting performance of newly designed solar greenhouse,taking traditional brick-concrete structure solar greenhouse in Qinghai province as a reference,environmental parameters such as air temperature and light intensity in the greenhouse during overwintering production of facility vegetables were continuously monitored.The thermal and lighting performance of three kinds of solar greenhouses were compared.Results showed that C-type greenhouse has better heat preservation ability in autumn and winter,and better light environment;A-type greenhouse takes second place;B-type greenhouse has worse heat preservation performance and poor light environment when the average temperature was lower and the external temperature was lower.
Experimental Investigation of High-pressure Fogging System Applied with Natural Ventilation in Large Span Greenhouse

Abstract:
In order to increase land use efficiency and operation space of solar greenhouse,a new type of long-span greenhouse with north-south trend was designed.When planting crops in summer,the indoor temperature of the greenhouse is higher,especially in sunny days.Even if ventilation vents are fully opened for natural ventilation,temperature in the greenhouse at noon can be as high as 40 ℃.In order to reduce temperature in a large span greenhouse,a high-pressure spray cooling method was proposed.The high-pressure spray device consisted of a filter,a storage tank,a pipeline,a high-pressure pump,a controller decompression valve and a sprinkler.According to previous research theory,spray volume of greenhouse was calculated to be 0.27 g/(m2·s),the nozzle was cone shaped,nozzle diameter was 0.3 mm,droplet diameter was 0.02~0.03 m,nozzle flow rate was 1.3~2.4 g/s,and nozzle mounting density was 0.3 /m2.During the test period,3 spray operation modes,60 s opening 300 s off,90 s 300 s off and 120 s opening 300 s off,were set up,and spray cooling experiments were conducted on typical sunny days in summer.Test results showed that temperature of experimental greenhouse was 3.0,5.1 and 6.0 ℃ lower than that of control greenhouse respectively under three operation modes of spray device,and relative humidity of air increased by 10.2%,20.1% and 23.8% respectively.Spray evaporative cooling efficiency of three spray operation modes was 26.3%,39.4% and 47.2% respectively under outdoor environment approaching condition.Combined with cooling effect of greenhouse,relative humidity of air and efficiency of spray evaporative cooling,cooling effect of 120 s intermittent 300 s spray system was ideal.It was concluded that this study provided a reference for regulation of summer cooling in large-span greenhouses in North China.

Abstract:
Black membrane biogas digesters was characterized by anti-seepage,leak-proof and easy-heat absorption of HDPE membranes.They formed a confined space through welding,and aquaculture waste water was subjected to anaerobic fermentation to achieve dual effects of sewage treatment and biogas production.It has low construction cost,convenient management and wide application range.Characteristics,process flow,scale design and construction technology of black membrane biogas digesters were introduced to provide reference for construction of black membrane biogas tanks by farmers and construction workers.

Analysis of Texture Properties in Cerasus humilis Based on Puncture Test

Abstract:
Quality evaluation after current picking of Cerasus humilis has not been established.Basic physical parameters of five kinds of Cerasus humilis were determined and effects of different varieties and puncture orientation on texture characteristics of fruit puncture were studied.Editing force-time puncture analysis method was established to establish four puncture parameters to characterize fruit texture.The analysis showed that basic physical parameters of different varieties were significantly different (P<0.05); the variety and puncture orientation had significant effects on peel hardness,peel rupture depth,peel toughness and average hardness of pulp (P<0.01).Main affecting factors were puncture orientation and variety.Results indicated that there were differences in texture characteristics between Cerasus humilis varieties,which enriched quality evaluation of Cerasus humilis,also provided technical reference for mechanical harvesting and machining of Cerasus humilis.

Law of Moisture Content of Semi-dry Noodle under Hot Air Drying

Abstract:
As a new flour product,semi-dry noodle has some advantages such as great taste,long shelf life and so on.Dehydration and drying is one of the most important processes in production process of semi-dry noodle,the selection of drying methods and conditions directly affects quality of semi-dry noodle.The constant temperature and humidity drying system designed by hot air drying method has good drying effect by setting parameters such as temperature,humidity and wind speed.In this experiment,the moisture change curves of three specifications of semi-dry noodle(1.0×570,1.5×360 and 1.7×510)were obtained by dehydrating and drying under different drying conditions.It could be seen that when the drying time is about 22 minutes,the water content of each specification could reach 22%~26% after data comparison and analysis.The conclusions showed that when the diameter of semi-dry noodle of each specification was approximate,the shorter specification semi-dry noodle could achieve water content requirement in a shorter drying time under the same drying conditions.So,by exploring the change rule of moisture content of semi-dry noodle,the experiment provides certain reference significance for semi-dry noodle production.
Processing Technology of Freeze-dried Fruit Moon Cake

Abstract:
In order to solve shortcomings of traditional fruit moon cakes with low fruit content,high use of additives and destruction of nutrients,vacuum freeze-drying technology to make fruit moon cakes was firstly applied,and then freeze-dried fruit moon cakes were developed.Based on single factor experiments,freeze-dried pulp addition,butter addition,milk addition and ice skin formula were chosen as four influencing factors.Four-factor and three-level orthogonal experiments were carried out to determine optimal process parameters of freeze-dried fruit mooncakes,and the nutrient characteristics of freeze-dried fruit mooncakes were analyzed.Results showed that when freeze-dried pulp 1 500 g,butter 28 g,milk 8 g,ice skin 3 310 g(ice skin powder 1 550 g,maltitol 600 g,canthaxol 650 g,white cream 500 g,thickener 10 g),the product could reach the highest sensory score.The primary and secondary order affecting sensory score of the product was freeze-dried pulp>normal temperature ice skin formula>milk>butter.The verification results showed that the sensory score of the product under the process was 96.2,of which fructose 5.8 g/100g,β-carotene 1.34 mg/100g,vitamin A 30.5μg/100g,vitamin C 4.62 mg/100g,vitamin E 2.042 mg/100g.The product has high nutrient retention rate during processing and also has the advantage of low fat content(6.3 g/100g).At the same time,the acid value and peroxide value of the product are much lower than the national standard of moon cake.Freeze-dried fruit mooncake is a high fruit content,nutritious and healthy mooncake.
Alternating Processes of Distribution of Grain Size over Barchan Dunes:A Case Study of Accumulated Sand-belts of Oasis Edge of Hexi Desert Area of Gansu Province

Abstract:
Barchan dunes is a common dune type.There are a lot of barchan dunes at accumulated sand-belts of the oasis edge of Hexi desert area of Gansu.Characteristic of grain size were analyzed by comprehensive investigation and sampling in the Hexi Corridor desert area,and repeated sampling and determination in Minqing desert area.The surface layer of crescent dunes and crescent dunes was mainly composed of fine sand and medium sand at 0-5 cm depth.The sand grains in Gulang sandy area were finer and grain sizes were quite different from those of Jinchang,Linze,Jinta and Minqin dunes.The grain size of the main wind direction (NW) process from the bottom of windward slope to the top of dune changes from coarse to fine; the bottom of windward slope has the most coarse sand,followed by the middle of the windward slope.The grain size of reverse wind direction (SE) process from the bottom of the windward slope of dune to the top of dune changes from coarsening to fining and then to coarsening.The bottom of windward slope has the most coarse sand,followed by the middle of windward slope.The standard deviation and variation coefficients of dune grain size in the main wind direction process were larger than those in reverse wind direction process.The two processes of main wind direction and reverse wind direction lead to the alternate change of grain size in each part of the dune.Because of the different of seasons observed,two different conclusions about the distribution of grain size of windward slope of crescent dune were drawn.

Abstract:
A dual-drive small multi-rod tooth-turning machine was designed to meet needs of small and medium-sized farm waste disposal.Main structure and working principle of turning machine were discussed.Design of walking system,turning system and control system were studied.Walking chassis was driven by double-reduction motor,and turning system adopted structure-optimized toothing.Control system adopted form of PLC and sensor combination.Test showed that machine runed smoothly,flow was even and smooth,production was efficient,and processing capacity could reach 150~200 m3/h.It was widely used for disposal of manure waste and organic fertilizer in small and medium-sized farms.

Abstract:
Design rationality of cutting and crumbing device is a main factor affecting cutting quality,working performance and balance of straw cutting and kneading and bundling machine.Through research on density and arrangement of crushing cutter of cutting and crumbing device,simulation analysis of crushing cutter and cutter shaft by using SolidWorks Simulation analysis software,maximum stress of crushing cutter was got with 20.7 MPa,showed that crushing cutter has enough strength to support cutting of straw,modal vibration diagrams of cutter shaft were also got,that showed that actual working speed of cutter shaft is much lower than its minimum critical speed,which could meet needs of practical work.

Abstract:
Effects of different plant growth regulators,illumination intensity,pH and additional nutrient on induce,proliferation and rooting of adventitious buds were studied by taking stem segment of Ardisia gigantifolia Stapf as explant.Results showed that the optimal proliferation medium for Ardisia gigantifolia Stapf was WPM with 2.0 mg/L BAP、0.2 mg/L NAA and 0.2 mg/L 2,4-D.The optimal pH was 6.0,plantlets grew well when illumination intensity was 100 μmol/(m·s).1 g/L peptone,50 g/L coconut juice and 50 g/L banana were good for cultivating strong seedling,and 50 g/L banana was the best.The best rooting medium was MS medium supplemented with 2.0 mg/L IBA and 0.5 mg/L NAA,rooting rate reached 93.3%,Ardisia gigantifolia Stapf grew well with a survival rate of 95% when transplanted into mixed matrix of coconut tree branny:river sand=2∶1.

Effects of different concentrations of gibberellic acid solution on the fruit setting rate,single fruit weight,coloring and yield per unit area of Cangzhou Jinsi jujube jujube trees were studied.Results showed that when the flowering of jujube trees in Cangzhou Jinsi reached about 30%,spraying 12 mg/kg gibberellic acid solution could significantly improve the fruit setting rate,single fruit weight,coloring and unit area yield of Cangzhou Jinsi jujube trees.

Rural socialization,marketization and organization are an organic unity and are linked with each other,dependent on each other and promoted by one another.Promoting structure of agricultural supply side and guiding farmers to participate in structural reform of agricultural supply side will contribute to economic growth.Taking Jinping county of Guizhou province as an example,situation of rural socialization,marketization and organization were investigated and current situation of development of rural socialization,marketization and organization were analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to promote‘Three-zations’reform and lay foundation for rural revitalization.

Abstract:
At present,China′s e-commerce platform development is developing rapidly.And some supporting peripheral enterprises also ushered in the development opportunity.It realized an advantage development mechanism of the industry promoted each other.Rural e-commerce platform in the stage of active development and construction in China was studied.Together with logistics enterprises,it formed a comprehensive platform for rural e-commerce logistics enterprises.Basic structure construction process of logistics service capability system of the platform was analyzed,and an empirical analysis was made.
