Abstract:
As an important component of modern chemical fertilizer reduction and efficiency increase key technologies,precision variable-rate fertilization can fully balance fertilizer application amount according to local conditions.It has important significance to the development of grain production safety and high-efficiency agriculture.Considering requirements for application of precision variable-rate fertilization machine,the overview of precision variable-rate fertilization technology was illustrated.The technical features and application statuses of variable-rate fertilization machines were analyzed.Development suggestions of precision variable-rate fertilization technology were expected clearly based on requirement of sustainable agricultural development,which provided some references for related research.

Abstract:
It is necessary to stop machine to continue action of bundling and unloading,after winding of round baler,which results in high fuel consumption and low work efficiency. In order to solve these problems,system function analysis method and causal analysis method in TRIZ theory were used to analyze the problems and find out causes. Innovate design of round baler was carried by using matter-field model and physical contradiction tools,and design schemes to improve working efficiency of round baler,that of without stopping,were put forward.

Through electro-hydraulic control,transmission of Hi-Lo powershift tractor is controlled by electronic button mounted on the main transmission without cutting off power.Speed of tractor could be increased or decreased within a certain range,so as to improve work efficiency and adaptability.Foreign development history and domestic situation of powershift tractor were discussed,application characteristics of Hi-Lo clutch of powershift tractor were analyzed,results could provide a theoretical reference for development of Hi-Lo mechanism powershift tractor.

With large-scale popularization and application of mulching cultivation technology,waste agricultural film in soil has increased year by year causing serious damage to soil structure,crop growth and rural environment,and sustainable development of agricultural production is facing serious threat.Pollution status of residual film in Shandong was analyzed,representative models and their advantages and disadvantages of film harvesting before,during and after autumn was summarized.Policies and measures related to recycling of domestic residual film pollution were described.Suggestions for adapting to treatment of residual film pollution in Shandong were put forward.It could provide ideas for sustainable and healthy development of agriculture in Shandong.

Abstract:
Modern agriculture requires that agricultural production can achieve mechanization,scale,automation and intelligence.Facility agriculture,as a high-end agriculture in modern agriculture,has a leading role in the development and application of technology and equipment.Water-saving irrigation is a key technology in facility agriculture,and it is also one of the important technologies that the country has been advocating.Sprinkler irrigation machine is used to irrigate plants regularly and quantitatively,requiring the least amount of water to irrigate larger plants as much as possible.Traditional sprinkler irrigation machine is not highly automated,and can′t realize automatic transfer between spans with manual assistance and can′t selectively irrigate.In order to improve the automation of sprinkler irrigation machine in greenhouse,reduced labor cost and improve work efficiency,an automatic transfer sprinkler irrigation machine was developed by summarizing the structure and characteristics of foreign automatic sprinkler irrigation machine.The sprinkler irrigation system introduced RFID radio frequency module,which could automatically identify span tags by radio frequency signals,and quickly read the data in the tags to identify different span and initial positioning.The main machine of sprinkler irrigation machine adopted transfer device to transfer automatically across lines.In order to prevent interference from abandoning proximity switch and photoelectric switch,Hall switch was used as signal detection and judgment,and Siemens 200CUP226 was used as main controller.By inputting parameters such as the number of sprinkler irrigation and the time of sprinkler irrigation on the touch screen,the machine could automatically perform the task of sprinkler irrigation,while the use of high-speed counter saved the time in the transfer process.The storage unit stored the number and time records of sprinkler irrigation,which facilitated the later data query and digital conversion of experience.

In order to improve real-time and effective monitoring of environmental indicators in greenhouses,a set of mobile monitoring software for intelligent greenhouse based on mobile internet was designed.Software adopted C/S architecture design,Axure prototyping,Socket and SOAP layering data transmission,and JSON data exchange format,that effectively improved software development efficiency and data transmission timeliness.Practice showed that using of intelligent mobile terminal monitoring software could effectively improve scientific management of greenhouses and agricultural production efficiency.

Combining advantages of all kinds of fruit grading equipment on the market,the development and design process of an intelligent fruit appearance quality detection system was proposed,which could provide reference for theoretical analysis of intelligent fruit appearance quality detection.On-line fruit grading device was mainly composed of feeding structure,conveying structure,machine vision system,pneumatic sorting structure and electrical control part.Machine vision system included industrial control computer,CCD camera,light source,light box,image acquisition card,trigger,I/O card.The pneumatic part included solenoid valve,air compressor and jet nozzle,and the electrical control part included PLC and solid state relay.

Abstract:
Huangshui River Basin was most concentrated multi-ethnic gathering area in Qinghai province.It was an important industrial and agricultural area in Qinghai province,an important base for the development of western region and plays a leading and central role in Qinghai′s economic development.However,environmental situation had also attracted much attention.After control of point source pollution in basin remarkable results were achiered,non-point source pollution had been paid more and more attention.Water and soil environment in Huangshui River Basin,especially water quality status of the Huangshui River Basin,situation of pesticides and fertilizers and situation of livestock and poultry breeding were analyzed.Finally,it proposed to reduce application amount of pesticides and fertilizers,promote soil testing and formula fertilization,and design reasonable and effective irrigation quotas and irrigation systems,excrement of livestock and poultry farming,and other measures to reduce occurrence of agricultural non-point source pollution.

Abstract:
In order to explore exothermic characteristics of four inorganic phase change materials of CaCl2·6H2O,Na2CO3·10H2O,Na2SO4·10H2O and Na2HPO4·12H2O under different environmental conditions,the experimental conditions were set between cold water and air.The phase change temperature and supercooling degree of four phase change materials under different media and temperature conditions were tested in 5,10 and 15 ℃ temperature solidification.Experimental results showed that phase change temperature of CaCl2·6H2O was about 30 ℃,it could not condense and release heat at 15 ℃;the phase transition temperature of Na2CO3·10H2O is about 31 ℃,the heat release of Na2SO4·10H2O was unstable,the latent heat of phase transition was small,and the secondary heat release phenomenon was obvious at 5 ℃;the phase transition temperature of Na2HPO4·12H2O was about 33 ℃.Supercooling degree of phase change materials in air environment was lower than that in cold water environment by comparing supercooling degree under different environmental conditions.With the increase of temperature,the supercooling degree of CaCl2·6H2O decreased gradually,while that of Na2CO3·10H2O increased gradually.The supercooling degree of Na2SO4·10H2O and Na2HPO4·12H2O had no obvious change.The degree of supercooling was related to thermal conductivity of heat transfer medium in cooling environment.The stronger the thermal conductivity (the thermal conductivity of water was stronger than that of air),the shorter the continuous heat release time in the phase change solidification process.

Abstract:
According to current situation that domestic tomato picking methods are still relatively single and manual picking is mostly adopted,tomato picking technology was studied.Starting with tomatoes itself,the mechanical analysis of tomatoes was carried out.Tomatoes with vines were used as experimental materials,and precision micro-control electronic universal testing machine was used for shear and compression tests.Statistical software was used to analyze mechanical parameters of tomatoes and vine at each stage,and maximum compressive elastic strength of tomatoes was 0.017 MPa,its modulus of elasticity was 8.33 MPa,and the minimum shear force of tomato vine was 233.05 N.The compressive properties of tomatoes and the parameters of tomato vines under shearing provide some reference for the design of tomato harvesters in the future.

Abstract:
In order to explore disinfection technology of alkaline electrolyzed water for living tilapia,effects of pH value,salinity of alkaline electrolyzed water and treating time of tilapia in alkaline electrolyzed water on bacteria reduction rate of tilapia epidermis by using fresh tilapia were evaluated.On basis of single factor experiment,response surface method was used to optimize sterilization process,and optimal process conditions were obtained: 10 of pH value of alkaline electrolyzed water,8‰ of salinity,and 60 min of treating time of living tilapia in alkaline electrolyzed water.Under these conditions,bacteria reduction rate of tilapia epidermis was up to 94.1%,indicated that alkaline electrolyzed water has a stronger bactericidal effect on living tilapia.

Desertification is a serious world-facing environmental problem,in land degraded ecosystems,vegetation restoration is the first work of restoration ecology,and vegetation restoration is an important approach to protest of desertification.Mechanical barrier were set up and artificial drought-resistant plants Haloxylon ammondendron were planted in Xiaoquanzi Desertification Control Station in Linze,and soil water content,growth dynamic and effect of windbreak and sand-fixation around its root system were studied.Results showed that,Haloxylon ammondendron of desertification in northwestern arid and semi-arid region has a good growth momentum.In the region,study of typical sand dune in different grade of sand dunes,it was found that with help of mechanical sand-fixation,Haloxylon could grow better,and accumulation of stem and root growth showed an increasing trend,plants Haloxylon could has a better windbreak and sand-fixation effect on the typical dune,with developed of root and stem,its sand-fixing effects would be gradually enhanced.

Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that length of seeding tube affects performance of seeding arrangement,a pressure balance device with grooved wheels was designed.Seed inlet of the device was connected with upper end of seed tube,seed outlet was connected with lower end of seed tube,and length of upper end of each line was the same.Experiment results showed that variation coefficient of total displacement stability was 0.56%,variation coefficient of each row displacement consistency was reduced from 12.79% to 2.12%,and seed damage rate was 0.38%,that could meet requirements of relevant standards.

With increasingly severe stress in environmental situation,application research of biomass pellet fuel and equipment has become important in solving environmental pollution and energy problems.At present,diseases,insects,and weeds affect agricultural productivity,resulting in a reduced crop yield and quality.However,long-term use of pesticides and uneven artificial applications of pesticides has brought a huge pollution to soil and groundwater resources.Flame insecticide rotary tiller and biomass particle combustion were studied through an innovative theoretical design of flame disinfection rotary cultivator.This design provided a new research idea for application of biomass pellet fuel.

Abstract:
Considering influences of installation error,support conditions and gear load deformation,a new method based on finite element method for calculating system error of involute helical gearbox was studied.Using gear space meshing theory,systematic error and human error of each gear pair were obtained,and calculation formula of gear comprehensive error was given.Building a real involute helical gear intersecting interference gear pair model,the tooth profile stress change of gear and distribution of tooth contact area were compared and analyzed based on standard gear and intersecting interference gear.Calculation results showed that contact stress of point contact and line contact increased when gear pair considered installation error.Line contact state only changed by 10.8%,and contact stress point-line contact changed by 46.4%.It was indicated that helical gear point-line contact was more sensitive to gear comprehensive error than line contact.

“Agricultural industrialization”has drawn wide attention from academic researchers in early 1990s.Since the reform and opening up,the pace of development of China′s socialist market economy gradually accelerated agricultural industrialization to promote traditional agriculture industry development,and gradually to the modern new agriculture transformation,improved agricultural economy,increased the basic income the peasants of our country,effectively met requirement of construction of new rural construction and overall well-off society.
