Abstract:
In order to solve problem of single-grain sowing technology of fresh-eating maize,sowing test of 2BMQE-2C air-suction precision seeder was carried out with 4 varieties of fresh-eating maize were selected from the point of agricultural machinery and agronomic integration.Results showed that sowing effect of 2BMQE-2C air-suction precision seeder could meet requirements of agronomic planting index,single grain rate of 4 varieties of fresh-eating maize were all more than 98% and survival rate were more than 90%.2BMQE-2C air-suction precision seeder is suitable for direct seeding of fresh corn in Beijing and could be promoted and applied in actual production.

Abstract:
In recent years,a standardization of livestock and poultry large-scale breeding was vigorously promoted in China.But some problems were brought for large-scale breeding,such as pig manure and urine cleaning.Pig manure is main source of air pollution in pigsties.If the excrement is not cleaned timely,the excrement and urine is easy to decompose and produce NH3,H2S,CH4 and other harmful gases that are very harmful to human and animal health,as well as breeding bacteria,which is easy to induce respiratory diseases and infectious diseases.In order to ensure a healthy environment for growth of pigs,it is necessary to clean up the piggery regularly.Therefore,it is a feasible and effective way to carry out in-depth research on relevant technologies and supporting equipment of manure cleaning and gradually improve modernization and mechanization level of manure cleaning technology.Research status of technology and muck cleaning machinery both in China and other countries were introduced,and future development trend and suggestions were put forward.
New Mechanized Tillage Techniques in Paddy Field

Abstract:
In order to solve tillage problems of traditional tillage machine operating in paddy field,improve quality of direct seeding and mechanized transplanting of rice,improve rice-planting mechanization level,enhance mechanical tillage efficiency and reduce tillage cost,new mechanized tillage techniques in paddy field were put forward.Technical contents and characteristics,operation quality requirements,main technical route,set of machinery,existing problems and development directions were discussed.Through adoption of new mechanical tillage technology,surface flatness was good and straw stubble on surface was less,that could meet agronomic requirements.New mechanized tillage techniques could also increase tillage efficiency by 30% and reduce tillage costs by 30%,the technology has a good promotion value.

Experimental on Production of Bio-based Fuel from Jatropha Oil by Hβ Zeolite

Abstract:
In order to explore characteristics of Hβ molecular sieve in the cracking reaction,better quality bio-based fuel oil can be obtained while reducing energy consumption and improving economic benefits,effects of different temperatures and mass space velocities on oil-gas catalytic cracking of Paulownia curcas were analyzed.Hβ molecular sieve with a ratio of silica to alumina of 25∶1 was used as a catalyst,and Jatropha oil was used as a raw material.The laboratory-made catalytic cracking fixed bed device was used to carry out the research on catalytic cracking of vegetable oil,and the different temperature and weight hourly space velocity were explored.Results showed that when catalytic temperature was 475 ℃ and the weight hourly space velocity was 8.72 h-1,the conversion rate was the highest,reaching 27.88%,and the acid value of liquid product was 9.49 KOHmg/g,the density was 0.862 1 g/cm3,and the liquid product were mainly composed of aromatics.

In order to solve problems of feed utilization difficult to apply,small-scale,difficulties of collection and immature industrial development of grain corn straw at present,model of picking up and bundling in Yanqing district and model of straw expansion in Huairou district of Beijing were taken as research objectives.Operation process,mechanical matching and economic benefits were analyzed.Existing problems in industrial development were pointed out,and relevant suggestions were put forward,which could provide reference for development of feed utilization of corn straw in other areas.

Abstract:
Livestock and poultry manure and crop straw are important agricultural waste resources.Biogas production based on agricultural waste is most important use of current agricultural waste.A field survey and comparative analysis of Jindongtai model and Mazhuang model was conducted.Results showed that Jindongtai model mainly used livestock and poultry manure for biogas production,and its economic,social and environmental benefits were significant.However,this model had high requirements for capital,technology and geographic location and was limited in promotion.Social and environmental benefits of Mazhuang model were significant,but economic benefits were poor.Under dual background of promoting rural centralized living and rural waste disposal,Mazhuang model had strong promotion potential.Results of this paper could provide valuable reference for development of other large and medium-sized biogas projects in northern Jiangsu and surrounding areas.

Abstract:
At present,intelligent processing equipment and technology represent productivity,which is the material basis for improving production efficiency and transforming development mode.The intelligent equipment technology in the processing of livestock and poultry could ensure stable and reliable production,and have significant economic benefits.Therefore,it has become the focus of the international equipment technology industry.The advantage of smart equipment is that it improves the manual work environment,replaces the heavy,boring and manual labor of the workers,improves product quality and the production efficiency,and reduces contact cross-contamination.Application of intelligent equipment in the processing of slaughtering,segmentation and grading of livestock and poultry was summarized,intelligent techniques including machine vision,spectrum detection,multi-technology fusion,X-ray CT imaging and ultrasonic imaging were concluded,current problems that intelligent equipment was not systematic and intelligent technology was not immature on the processing of livestock and poultry were aralyzed,and the future of intelligent equipment technology in livestock and poultry processing was prospected:standardizing and diversifying equipment type;improving level of equipment integration;and promoting development trend of technology convergence.By comparing research progress and development bottlenecks of different technologies,the next research direction was proposed.It can provide relevant information and reference for research and development of intelligent equipment technology on livestock and poultry processing.

High-quality hybrid rice seeds are important guarantee for high yield of rice.Seed germination rate is one of the factors directly affecting the yield of hybrid rice.Drying process has the greatest influence on quality and germination rate of hybrid rice seeds for breeding,so choosing a reasonable drying technology is an important means to ensure germination rate of seeds.Research status of rice seed drying characteristics by domestic and foreign scholars were discussed,common drying techniques were compared and analyzed,in order to provide a basis for selection of reasonable drying plan for hybrid rice seeds for breeding.

Food is basis for human survival and development.Food security has now been incorporated into national strategy.Under new situation of world trade frictions unceasingly increase,ensuring national food security is a long-term and arduous task.Present situation and existing problems of grain production in China and some countermeasures against problems of grain quantity and quality were put forward.Countermeasures such as strengthen protection of cultivated land and environmental governance,establish a tracking system for grain processing supervision,deepen reform of grain research institutes,build a coordinated,complementary and efficient system of coordinated innovation in grain science and technology,and continuously promote adjustment of grain varieties and regional structures were proposed to steadily increase our ability to ensure food security.

Design Simulation and Performance Test of Air-sweeping Seed Metering Device

Abstract:
Fluent software was used to analyze three working conditions of air-sweeping seed metering device,and experimental research was carried out.Effect of flow field in process of cleaning and filling seeds and the periodic disturbance of self-flowing seeds by flow field while promoting the flow of seeds were obtained to prevent overhead,and the qualified rate of seeding reached 95.05%.Results showed that reasonable chamber design could effectively improve seeding efficiency.

Abstract:
A digger of peanut harvesting with a simple structure and good properties of soil breaking was designed,in order to improve quality and efficiency of peanut harvesting in hilly area of Pingdingshan.Main parameters were optimized and analyzed.Analysis result was that vm=0.64 m/s,δ=120°,l=0.45 m,h=0.2 m,b=0.5 m,and θ=15°.The analysis would provide theoretical foundation for improving quality and efficiency of peanut harvest.
Design and Test of 2BDG-2 Millet Seed Essence Small Amount Electric Seeder

Abstract:
In order to solve problems of large amount of seeding and large workload of seedling thinning in scattered small plots of Hilly and mountainous areas,the 2BDG-2 electric seeder with small amount of millet sperm was designed and manufactured according to requirement of small amount of millet sperm seeding.The seeder was mainly composed of electric drive system,power transmission system,inclined disc precise small amount of seeding device and other parts,which could complete ditching,precise small amount of seeding and covering at one time.Soil and repression and other sowing operations.According to national standard of grain sowing,the performance of seed metering device and uniformity of seeding machine were tested.Results of seed metering performance test showed that coefficient of variation of consistency of row displacement and stability of total displacement were not greater than 1.27% and rate of seed damage was less than 0.08% under different rotational speeds and theoretical hole spacing.Results of sowing uniformity test showed that qualified rate of hole spacing was not less than 86.81% under different operating speed and theoretical hole spacing,and variation coefficients of replaying rate,missing sowing rate and qualified hole spacing were not more than 7.40%,7.28% and 6.97% respectively.All parameters met requirements of national standards for grain sowing.This study can be used for small amount of millet sperm sowing in scattered plots in Hilly and mountainous areas.
Design and Experimental Study of Garlic Full-automatic Combine Harvester

Abstract:
In order to solve existing problms of garlic harvester,like high labor intensity,high cost of garlic harvest and low degree of current mechanization and automation of garlic harvest in our country,a full-automatic combine harvester of garlic was designed.Whole structure and working principle of each part of garlic full-automatic harvesting machine were described and key structures,profile locating cup and floating flexible spring cutter were further researched.This harvester could realize garlic excavation,gripping transport,variable row transmission,rhizome removal,automatic bag collection of garlic,and so on.The three-dimensional model was established by UGNX10.0 software,and working parameters of important parts of automatic garlic harvester were calculated by field experiment and statistical data analysis.The calculated harvesting efficiency was 0.04 hm2/h,which was 87.5% higher than that of manual harvesting.

Abstract:
Writing of English academic thesis is an essential link in the process of postgraduate training.How to improve the ability of graduate students to write English academic thesis is a difficult problem that needs to be solved in English teaching.In recent years,many universities have offered related courses.Although great progress has been made,there is still a lack of systematic analysis of reasons that lead to the poor writing ability of English academic papers of master′s degree postgraduates in agricultural engineering.Combining with specialty characteristics of agricultural engineering postgraduates,some problems and countermeasures of postgraduate English academic writing from three aspects were put forward,some problems existing in postgraduate English academic thesis writing and countermeasures have been put forward in order to construct training mode of English academic thesis writing ability for postgraduates of agricultural engineering.

Effects of Different Sowing Dates on Growth and Development of Maize in Jinzhou City

Abstract:
In order to identify optimum sowing date for maize in Jinzhou,and discuss relationship between leaf area index(LAI)and dry matter of maize under different climate conditions,two different maize varieties of Nonghua 101 and Danyu 39 were selected to conduct stage seeding test with eight sowing dates,and date of maize growth period,LAI,dry matter and growth rate were observed.Results showed that early planting of maize did not necessarily advance growth period.During whole growth period,in case of Nonghua 101,more later sowing date was,LAI was more higher,it had better dry matter accumulation and maximum growth rate at 7th sowing date.LAI,dry matter accumulation and growth rate were relatively low of both early and late sowing date of Danyu 39,it had higher LAI,best dry matter accumulation and maximum growth rate at 4th~6th sowing date.
