Development of Handheld Continuous Bagging Machine for Fruitlet

Abstract:
Bagging of fruitlet is an important measure to improve quality of fruit.A handheld continuous bagging machine for fruitlet was developed to solve problems of bagging labor and labor intensity.Bagging machine had advantages of compact and light structure,it also had functions of bag taking,bag supporting,bagging,bag sealing and resetting.In testing,handheld continuous bagging machine for fruitlet could complete bagging operations of 5-6 young fruit per minute,which was able to greatly reduce labor intensity of operators,and effectively improve bagging efficiency and reduce cost of work.

Abstract:
Aiming at problems of high labor intensity and low efficiency of traditional manual transplantation of cabbage,according to agronomic requirements of cabbage planting,2ZS-3 flexible disc cabbage transplanter which could replenish water for cabbage nude seedling transplantation was developed.The trajectory of seedling movement in process of seedling planting was analyzed and suitable seedling range was selected.The key components such as seedling feeding device,flexible disc device,ditch opener,earth covering and pressing device were designed and design parameters were determined.After field test,it was found that all indexes met standard requirements.

Abstract:
The CF-3.5 disease prevention and control machine was designed by ozone sterilization technology,and performance test was carried out.Results showed that application efficiency of disease prevention and control machine was 92.3%,ozone diffusion was uniform and safety was high,and all est indicators were consistent.This equipment could meet needs of greenhouse disease prevention and control.

Design of Water Quality Monitoring and Early Warning System Based on Grey Model

Abstract:
In order to address increasing severe water pollution issues,as well as allowing relative technician better knowreal time water parameters information,a water monitor system was put forward,which was developed base on Python Flask,a microframework for website and apply grey model theory,a water parameters early warning model was established.System was able to collect real time water parameters′ data via wireless sensor network,then upload collected data into OneNet cloud.Web system was deployed on a local server,programed to access the cloud periodically,with the propose of downloading cloud data to do initial treatment and store it into local database.All these processes were transparent to users.Users could access the data by accessing system′s website,according to users′ option,system will extract relevant data from its database,then applying grey model to run early warning algorithm,so that the system could calculate water parameters′ short-middle term variation trend,and demonstrate to users in diagram,if predicting data was out of safety range,system would automatic send a warning e-mail to users,make sure that users could better prepare for potential risks.After several days of field testing,result showed that system could operate properly,demonstrate high practical value.

Abstract:
Aiming at important influence of greenhouse temperature and humidity on safe production of vegetables,a hardware,software design and system test of greenhouse temperature and humidity monitoring system based on 51 single chip microcomputer was proposed.Temperature and humidity monitoring system used STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer to process data collected by the temperature and humidity sensor in real time,and used optocoupler temperature and humidity relay to control temperature and humidity in the greenhouse.Current information of temperature and humidity could be accurately displayed on 1602 LCD screen,and could accept mobile phone terminal.The instructions sent to complete exchange of information with mobile phone.Automatic monitoring and control of temperature and humidity has been realized,which has effectively improved automation management level of greenhouse monitoring.

Vegetation Cover Analysis of Lincang Based on NDVI

Abstract:
Lincang city of Yunnan province was selected as the research area.The Tiff remote sensing images synthesized by MODIS China vegetation index from 2001 to 2015 were used.The images were subdivided and statistically analyzed by arcgis software.By analyzing the monthly,seasonal and annual changes of the vegetation normalization index,the variation trend of vegetation cover in Lincang city was obtained.Then,by comparing digital elevation image and night light index in the study area,it was found that the distribution of vegetation in Lincang city has certain distribution rules.Based on the regional statistics of Lincang city,the normalized vegetation index of each district and county was obtained,and the correlation analysis was made with industrial and social conditions.

Abstract:
With 190 households of Shuigaozhuang village in Tianjin as the research object,the mode of living garbage souring,disposing were practiced.Results showed that amount of waste generated per capita 0.75 kg/person·day.Living garbage composition was mainly of compostable,accounting for 74.77% of the total garbage.Plastic waste accounted for 10.33% of the total garbage.The mode of“two bins and one net cage” and“two stages”reached the garbage simple landfill reduction of 93.5%.Using the static aerobic fermentation process in facility,garbage disposal cost was 110 yuan/t.Garbage comprehensive treatment cost was 322 yuan/t.Garbage treatment per capita fee was 0.24 yuan/d.The related indicators of compost were in line with the national standards.

Suitable Technological Parameters of Mulched Drip Irrigation of Corn in Northwest China:Irrigation Frequency and Drip Line Spacing

Abstract:
In order to explore suitable technical parameters of mulched drip irrigation in semi-arid region of northwest China,spring corn was taken as test object,Minqin county in Weiwu city was taken as typical test area,field tests from March to September in 2017 were conducted,and interaction combination effect of irrigation frequency(P1∶5 d,P2∶7 d,P3∶9 d)and drip line spacing(J1∶0.9 m,J2∶1.1 m,J3∶1.3 m)on soil water and nitrogen distribution,spring corn physiological characteristics,yield and water use efficiency were analyzed.Results showed that,when drip line spacing was the same,width of wet zone was smaller,fluctuation range of soil water and nitrogen content in each soil layer were smaller when irrigation frequency was higher,and average soil moisture content of low and medium frequency treatments at the same soil depth were higher.When irrigation frequency was the same,treatment with larger drip line spacing had more moisture to deep soil.When irrigation frequency was the same,yield and water use efficiency under smaller drip line spacing treatments were higher.When drip line spacing was the same,yield and water use efficiency under high and medium frequency were higher.Yield of P1J1 treatment was the highest,which was 16 485.25 kg/hm2,followed by P2J2 treatment yielded 16 292.21 kg/hm2,which had the highest water use efficiency,reached 3.66 kg/m3.

Agriculture is the lifeblood of the national economy and closely related to development of Chinese economy.Development of modern agriculture is inseparable from farmland water conservancy project.Strengthening construction of farmland water conservancy projects has practical significance for agricultural development.However,relying solely on government′s fiscal expenditure to build farmland water conservancy projects can not meet needs of agricultural development at this stage.In face of funding gap,it is urgent to enter social funds.PPP model is applied to farmland water conservancy projects,and investors are involved in project construction and operation,effectively alleviating.Government has insufficient funds,and at the same time,it has improved quality of farmland water conservancy projects and promoted construction of a new socialist countryside.

Investigation of Heavy Metal Pollution in Soil Around Sanqiao Town in Xi’an City

Abstract:
Field survey was conducted around Sanqiao town,Xi’an city,according to sampling layout specification,sampling layout was carried out.Soil samples were collected,and then dried and ground,contents of polluting elements in soil samples were detected.Results showed that,soil around Sanqiao town was contaminated by heavy metals and As in different degrees,Cd and Hg had the most pollution level,the other 4 elements were slightly contaminated.Soil element pollution was evaluated by pollution index method and potential ecological risk index method,severity degree of potential environmental harm was in order of Cd、Cu、Hg、As、Pb and Zn.

Aiming at present situation that height adjustment of cutting platform in silage harvester mainly depended on driver′s manual control of hydraulic oil circuit and visual experience,a control device with fixed height for header was designed. Angle sensor was used to obtain height information of cutter.According to requirements of operation,height of cutter can be adjusted intelligently with one key.A reliable and detailed control process was developed through field test and combining with actual requirements of users.The device had simple structure and safe control process.And it can effectively reduce workload of operator,reduce labor intensity and improve operation efficiency of silage harvester.
Design of Automatic Unloading Driving Mechanism for Material Box of Ensilage Harvester

Abstract:
In order to study relationship between installation position of hydraulic cylinder and driving energy consumption in automatic unloading driving mechanism of silage harvester′s material box,automatic unloading driving mechanism for material box of ensilage ramie combine harvester was as research object.According to minimum energy consumption target,using method of motion dynamics to design and calculation parameters of overturning driving force of material box under given motion conditions,installation position of hydraulic cylinder on frame,installation height of hydraulic cylinder on material box,and maximum working stroke of the hydraulic cylinder.Changing trend of velocity and acceleration of piston rod articulation point was obtained under overturning operation stationarity of material box.Results showed that an isosceles triangular structure with bottom of hydraulic cylinder length and waist of length which from articulation joints of hydraulic cylinder to overturning center of material box could meet minimum requirement of energy consumption,and maximum speed and acceleration under given motion conditions were 0.088 m/s and 0.010 m/s2.This study could provide a theoretical basis for future related research.
Design and Experiment of Wide Finger-wheel Rake

Abstract:
Aiming at situation of small size,slow operation speed,poor structure and performance of rake developed and manufactured in China,wide finger-wheel rake was designed and developed,which was suitable for collecting,turning and ridging of crop straw and forage.Overall structure,finger-wheel,finger wheel adjusting mechanism,gathering hay with adjusting mechanism,hydraulic control system were designed.Performance test of complete machine was also carried out.Experiment results indicated that structure of machine was reasonable,width of gathering grass was 8.5 m,miss raking rate was 1.5%,loss rate of flower and leaf was 2.6%,work productivity was 12.5 hm2/h,all performance indicators met design requirements.

Abstract:
With acceleration of urbanization in China and reduction of rural labor force,broccoli harvest is almost entirely dependent on human resources,so it is urgent to promote automatic harvest of broccoli.There were few studies on broccoli harvesting,and its automatic harvesting is still in experimental stage of treatment theory.CATIA software and ANSYS-Workbench were used to carry out modal and analysis.The suspension bucket for broccoli harvesting was designed,which could realize the semi-automation of broccoli harvesting and reduce labor intensity.This method could increase harvesting efficiency by 2.6 times and save half of labor force.

Abstract:
In view of problem that centralized treatment of kitchen waste in China is time-consuming and laborious,and it is difficult to deal with environmental pollution and waste of resources.A small kitchen waste crushing and dewatering machine was designed.Overall structure of machine and parameters of key components were designed,stresses of key components were analyzed and calculated.Kitchen waste could be degraded in community or courtyard by this kitchen waste crushing and dewatering machine,reduction and harmless utilization of organic waste could be realized.Test results showed that the machine has good grinding effect,diameter of water could be controlled to 10~30 mm after grinding,dehydration rate is higher,which could reach more than 20%,and resources and space could be saved.

Abstract:

According to current situation of economic development in Jingyan county,practical experience of rural revitalization was summarized.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed for problems of marginalization of farmers’interests,lack of talents and low efficiency of social public service facilities faced by the county in rural revitalization.

Abstract:
With continuous rise of new technologies such as Internet,production and management methods of various traditional industries are undergoing important changes.As a part of traditional manufacturing industry,agricultural machinery industry is influenced by objective factors such as policies and economy,and its marketing methods have always had its own characteristics.Under impact of slowdown in industry′s economic growth and emergence of new technologies,transformation of marketing methods is imperative.Combined with literature review and case analysis method,application of community marketing with typical characteristics in new marketing models in agricultural machinery industry was taken as research object,and was analyzed from target consumer group,establishment of specific marketing scenarios and establishment of models with actual consumption environment in application of social marketing,a new trend of precision,scene and diversification model guided by social marketing was concluded,conclusion was expected to provide reference for marketing transformation of entire agricultural machinery industry.

With development of agricultural technology and agricultural economy in our country,agricultural products trading,as an important part of commodity trading,has gradually developed and matured its futures market. In recent years,current situation of China′s agricultural product futures market has performed well,which showed that trading rules of agricultural futures were gradually improving,and proportion of trading volume was gradually rising.However,there are still some problems such as irrational structure of agricultural products,lack of market supervision system,lack of market orientation and peasants′ rights to be deprived in China′s agricultural product futures market.Therefore,existing problems were attempted to be found out from aspects of agricultural products structure,building,deepening the degree of marketization and protecting the interests of farmers in several aspects of China′s agricultural futures market research.
