Abstract:
Buckwheat is a kind of small miscellaneous grain,which is planted in a large areas in alpine regions or hilly areas in China.But mechanized harvesting level of buckwheat is low,available machines are less,and harvest quality is poor.In order to improve mechanized harvesting level of buckwheat in China,dominant planting area and mechanized harvesting characteristics of buckwheat in China were introduced,problems existing in mechanized harvesting technology were analyzed,and corresponding suggestions and countermeasures were put forward.

Abstract:
At present,moderate scale operation of land was vigorously promoted,intensive,large-scale and mechanized level of agricultural production had been significantly improved,the equipment structure had been continuously optimized,and the cooperation situation had been rising in Shandong.Focusing on how to better promote large-scale agricultural production in Shandong,a survey in some farmers′ professional cooperatives in Shandong was conducted.It was found that there were some problems in the regional level of mechanization development,such as imbalance,insufficient supply,insufficient supply of professional talents,and poor agricultural development environment.Through in-depth analysis of current situation and problems of large-scale agricultural production in Shandong province,some specific suggestions from aspects of promoting mechanization of weak links and weak industries,optimizing development environment of large-scale operation organizations,and standardizing internal governance of large-scale operation organizations were put forward,so as to promote large-scale agricultural production in Shandong province.

Abstract:
In recent years,subsoiling as conservation tillage has been widely applied throughout the country. In view of the site conditions such as slopes,tea gardens and greenhouses that conventional tractors can not go to due to the limitation of terrain and agronomy,several experiments had been carried out on the power,walking mechanism and subsoiling shovel of the narrow mini loosening machine,and a new mode of subsoiling operation with 7.35 kW miniature diesel engine and rubber track walking mechanism had been explored. Field experiments showed that qualified rate of subsoiling depth,qualified rate of adjacent row spacing and lost tillage met relevant industry standards of subsoiling operation quality. It provides an important reference for further research on narrow width mini loosening machine and promoting deep loosening operation in hilly and mountainous areas,tea gardens and greenhouses.

Abstract:
Weeds in orchards are one of important factors affecting yield and quality of fruit trees.Research status of typical orchard weeding machines at home and abroad were expounded,structural characteristics,working principles and application scope of several typical orchard weeding machines were summarized,and existing problems and development trends of mechanization of orchard weeding in China were pointed out,that could provide a reference for development of full mechanization of orchard in China.

Based on analysis of current market of mower and control system of intelligent mowing robot,a set of intelligent mowing robot control system was designed,which combined sensor detection technology,DC motor drive technology,PLC control technology,GPS positioning technology and touch screen human-computer interaction technology.It had characteristics of stable operation,safety and reliability,fast response,and greatly improves the efficiency of mowing.At the same time,positioning accuracy error of intelligent mowing robot was reduced,mowing efficiency was greatly improved,and degree of intelligence was also greatly improved.

Abstract:
The related work done in satellite remote sensing by scholars both in China and other countries were briefly reviewed.The main contents of this paper included satellite remote sensing data,image processing and revision,recognition of ground targets,crop yield prediction,development of satellite remote sensing,establishment of satellite remote sensing database,establishment of prediction model,precipitation monitoring,ground temperature monitoring and freezing,soil monitoring,disaster monitoring,gas monitoring,satellite cloud image application,and the integration of different types of satellite remote sensing technology.Application status of satellite remote sensing technology in meteorological services for agriculture were analyzed on the basis of introducing monitoring principle of satellite remote sensing technology.It was urgent to strengthen application of satellite remote sensing technology in meteorological services for agriculture.And the application of satellite remote sensing technology in agroclimatic regionalization,crop planting planning,monitoring and management of crop growth period,pest control,disaster prevention,crop yield forecast,fire prevention and benefit assessment of agrometeorological service were discussed.It was emphasized that application of satellite remote sensing technology should be strengthened,and satellite remote sensing data should be developed and utilized to greatest extent,so as to make satellite remote sensing technology play a greater role in agricultural production practice.

Abstract:
In order to avoid or reduce impact of high temperature heat damage on booting stage of rice,a heat damage probability prediction model was established,and the chi-square test method was used to determine its fitness.Results showed that degree of fit between predicted temperature value and actual temperature value was high.The model can effectively predict probability of occurrence of heat damage in rice fields and classify risk level of high temperature heat damage.

Abstract:
In order to obtain high quality walnut oil,pilot experiment of shell breaking,separation and low temperature screw cold-pressed technology was carried out by taking“Xinxin 2”as research object.Effect of material granularity on oil yield,and effect of squeezing parameters(outlet diameter and pressing shaft speed)of cold-pressed extraction technology on residual oil rate and crushing efficiency were studied,optimum process conditions were obtained as:walnut kernel grain size was 10 mm,pressing temperature was 35 ℃,squeeze moisture content was 8%,pressing shaft speed was 60 r/min and outlet diameter was 6 mm,oil extraction rate could reach 40% at optimum process conditions.Integrate cold pressed device with walnut shell breaking and shell kernel separation production line,that form a low-temperature and cold-pressed walnut oil production line,which could provide a solid foundation for industrial production of cold pressing walnut oil.

Abstract:
Yeast cell was immobilized by sodium alginate as the carrier.The technology optimization of immobilized continuous fermentation of cornel-grape wine was studied.The optimum immobilization conditions were determined as follows through orthogonal experiments,based on this,the optimum continuous fermentation conditions were selected.Results were as follows:concentration of carrier was 2%,concentration of calcium chloride was 3%,immobilizing time was 2 h,continuous fermentation temperature was 23 ℃,filling rate was 30%,dilution rate was 0.01/h.There was no significant difference between traditional fermentation and continuous fermentation in main physicochemical and sensory indexes.

Abstract:
In the semi-arid region of the Loess Plateau,there are less precipitation,more evaporation,fewer water resources,and extremely fragile ecological environment.With rapid development of social economy and population scale,economic resources and ecological environment in the region are facing more pressure.Most rivers are seriously polluted and have lost their ability to repair and purify themselves.The underground water level has dropped sharply,causing serious drinking difficulties for people and livestock in cities and rural areas.Taking Fenhe River Basin as an example,the water environment and water ecological status of the basin were analyzed in detail,and comprehensive improvement measures were put forward:in the semi-arid region of the Loess Plateau where the ecology was fragile,the concept of water conservancy development in the new era of people-oriented and ecological priority must be adhered to,traditional concept of water conservancy projects focusing on industrial and agricultural water use should be completely abandoned,and the water conservancy projects of people's livelihood should be taken as the starting point for large-scale construction and large-scale development,so as to comprehensively solved the urban and rural water diversion,water supply and drainage projects,drinking water safety projects and sewage treatment projects and give priority to ensuring the drinking water.

Domestic and foreign maize harvesting modes were studied,and advantages and disadvantages of ear distribution device used in mainstream maize harvester on market were analyzed.In view of ubiquitous unequal ear distribution,which would lead to uneven load of each peeling channel in next process and cause unbalanced degree of peeling roller wear in each group,finally would reduce reliability of whole peeling device machine,a new type of ear distribution device was designed by adopting TRIZ theory for innovative design.

Abstract:
Due to the quality of cinnamon was affected by residue of surface peel,in order to improve value of cinnamon,method of polishing surface peel with flower head was studied.An experimental platform was established by lathe of HM5-L3.The experimental data was collected,saved and processed in real time by the LABVIEW platform of data acquisition.The load and output voltage were linearly fitted by the least square method combined with MATLAB.The maximum relative error of fitting was 5.31%.The accuracy met measurement requirements.Therefore,feasibility of the method was verified by analyzing polishing data.The relation between feed and maximum load in the range of 3-5 mm was given,and maximum relative error was 1.98% when the diameter of cinnamon was 55-65 mm.

Kazakhstan is one of the most important countries in agriculture production of Central Asia,and a significant exporter of agricultural products in the world.It has great potential for enhancing soybean planting with abundant agricultural resources.China is the largest consumer and importer of soybean,which mainly imports from Brazil,United States and Argentina.Due to the constraints of resources to expanding soybean production,meeting soybean consumption through imports will continue for a long time.However,uncertainty and risk of soybean imports have increased,as negative changes of trade environment.To ensure stable supply of soybean,it is important to accelerate diversification of soybean imports.The characteristics,constrains and potentials of agricultural production conditions,soybean supply and demand were summarized and predicted,at the same time,future developments of soybean industry in Kazakhstan were analyzed,future cooperation between China and Kazakhstan in the soybean industry was proposed.
