Abstract:
Based on analysis of technical characteristics of dual-purpose self-propelled boom sprayer in paddy field and dry field in Japan and South Korea,development of related technologies and models in China was introduced.Through comparison,technical problems and the gap between them were pointed out,and development trend of related products was pointed out.The aim was to improve technical level of dual-purpose self-propelled boom sprayer in paddy field and dry field in China.

Abstract:
Mechanized production status of vegetable potato in Shandong province was discussed.Some problems of mechanized production were pointed out from planting scale,pattern and planting equipment.In order to solve these problems,according to characteristics of potato planting,combined with existing mechanized production equipment and actual situation of production,based on experience of many demonstrations,a set of reasonable solution of potato mechanization production was put forward.This solution covered some key technical points and corresponding usage of supporting equipment.This program was of great significance to enlarge potato planting scale and promote healthy and sustainable development of potato industry in Shandong province.

Abstract:
Development history and classification of foggers at home and abroad were introduced.Concepts of fog,atomization and secondary atomization were analyzed,and influencing factors of atomizing droplets were also analyzed.Through analysis of combination of smog machine and other technologies,three core challenges faced by smoke machine were combed,including intelligent informatization,environmental protection and working environment,and countermeasures were put forward,so as to provide reference for further development of smoke machine.

Research and Application of Image Recognition Technology for Litchi Diseases and Insect Pests

Abstract:
Litchi is one of Guangdong Lingnan characteristic fruit industry and one of Guangdong top 10 speciality crops.Although modern production technology of litchi has been greatly improved in recent years,climate conditions in Guangdong are easy to cause pests and diseases,which has a serious adverse effect on yield and quality of open-air growing litchi in Guangdong,which hinders development of litchi industry and income of growers.Therefore,it has great practical significance to promote development of litchi brand industry and increase income of litchi growers.Research and application of image recognition technology for litchi diseases and insect pests were carried out by using convolution neural network algorithm.It mainly included two aspects:one was to discuss image recognition technology for litchi diseases and insect pests;the other was to explore construction of a new type of meteorological defense system of diseases and insect pests based on Guangzhou intelligent agrometeorological service platform.In other words,it not only provided Litchi growers with intelligent identification service of litchi images,but also provided them with knowledge of diseases and insect pests as well as prevention suggestions.It also constructed“personal space”for growers to realize targeted early warning,and gradually built a personalized litchi base disease forecasting and early warning model to explore litchi disease forecasting and diagnosis combined service model.Therefore,innovation of this paper was to explore how to realize image recognition technology and to study stereoscopic defense measures.
Design of Egg Weighing and Sorting System for Micro Egg Poultry Breeding Industry

Abstract:
An egg weighing and sorting system for micro egg poultry breeding industry was designed.The system based on single chip microcomputer as core and six curved pallets as the mass bearing surface,by key module set weighing weight level,using parallel hole 6 double cantilever beam measuring strain sensors corresponding to curved surface in the tray.The weight and grade of each curved surface tray were displayed by LCD.The system was compact and easy to use.Compared with egg distribution mode of one person and one scale,efficiency of egg separation was greatly improved.For the large-scale assembly line egg separation mode,the cost was greatly reduced and flexibility was relatively high,which was suitable for egg rapid weighing and sorting in the micro egg poultry breeding industry.

Abstract:
Epidemic prevention and control is one of the most important work in pig farms.Effective measures should be taken to cut off spread of pathogens.It is better to establish decontamination and drying stations for transport vehicles in pig farms.Combined with advanced technical experience of foreign countries and current situation of domestic industry,as well as development needs of disinfection and epidemic prevention in pig farms,process flow of high efficiency standard was formulated,and classification,characteristics,selection and application of equipment were described in detail,so as to provide certain theoretical basis and practical reference for facilities and equipment of detoxification and drying of transport vehicles under construction.
Simulation Study on Ammonia and Hydrogen Sulfide Absorption in Livestock and Poultry Yard Based on Response Surface Method

Abstract:
Based on response surface methodology,a self-developed cage gas absorption device was constructed to simulate emission characteristics of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide in enclosed large-scale farms.Taking pH value of phosphoric acid absorption solution and concentration of sodium carbonate modified activated carbon impregnation solution as design factors,relevant mathematical model was established,and response surface model was obtained to obtain optimal process parameters.Results showed that absorption rate of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide was affected by concentration of activated carbon impregnation solution more than by change of pH value of phosphoric acid.Mathematical model and response surface of ammonia absorption rate and hydrogen sulfide absorption rate were reasonable(correlation coefficient was 0.9910 and 0.987 1 respectively).Optimum process parameters were as follows:pH value of phosphoric acid absorption solution was 5.25,concentration of impregnation solution of activated carbon modified by sodium carbonate was 6.3%.Under this condition,absorption rate of ammonia gas was 98.978%(relative error was 0.005%),hydrogen sulfide absorption rate was 90.837%(relative error was 0.006%).
Influence on Soup Cooking Pot on Flow Field Distribution of Food Stewing Process

Abstract:
Choosing proper pot to cook soup to reduce energy consumption and ensure high quality of soup is current concern of food scholars and people.Based on this,numerical simulation method was used to perform finite element analysis on the stew pot of purple sand and stainless steel.Fluid-solid coupling method was used to simulate flow field.It was analyzed in two sides of field distribution and energy efficiency.Characteristics of stewing process in pot with different material were discussed.Results showed that purple casserole had slow heating and stratification in velocity distribution,which was suitable for cooking for a long time of more than 105 minutes.Stainless-steel pot had a stable pressure distribution and ingredient in soup was easy to be heated.It was suitable for short cooking of less than 45 minutes to stew.When soup time was more than 2 hours,heating efficiency of purple clay pots was 19.09% higher than that of stainless-steel pots,which was more energy-saving.

Abstract:
Land drainage can remove excess soil water,reduce water table and control soil salinity.Among different land drainage solutions,subsurface pipe drainage has proven in many countries around the world to be the most effective practice suitable for large-area applications.With advance of technology,implementation of drainage project has evolved from manual installation to large-scale fully-mechanized implementation,and the on-grade depth control is realized with laser/satellite positioning system,resulting in substantial increase in working efficiency and accuracy.However,large-scale application of such technology is constrained by its higher lump-sum investment.In this context,the best suitable method should be deliberated by reviewing limitations and advantages of different installation method and availability of installation machinery.Further efforts should be made to explore a complete set of procedures for implementation of subsurface pipe drainage systems and to develop new implementation practices and new materials,in a push to cut down construction cost,reduce investment risk,and improve capacity,efficiency and performance of various installation machines and equipment.Moreover,technical training and international cooperation are indispensable to draw experiences and learn lessons from leading countries for smooth extension of the technology in the saline-alkali areas scattered across China.In the end,the saline-alkali land can be improved on a larger scale and at a reasonable cost so as to stop or reverse worsening ecological environment for a sustainable development of agriculture and forestry industry.

Abstract:
The No.1 Central document in 2019 and 2020 continued to focus on issues of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and proposed to comprehensively push forward reform of collective commercial construction land access to market and accelerate establishment of unified urban and rural construction land market.Based on actual questionnaire data from three survey points in Xuzhou,difficulties in operation of construction land and causes of the dilemma from mid-term and later stages of transfer of collective management construction land in rural areas in Xuzhou were analyzed.From perspective of laws,regulations,government,collective and individual,five suggestions were made to determine the subject,method and price of circulation,and to establish reasonable income distribution mechanism.

Abstract:
China is a big country of sweet potato planting,and automatic harvesting machine plays an important role.Sweet potato transportation and separation mechanism is an important mechanism in sweet potato harvester,which has a crucial impact on rate of damaged and exposed potatoes.Through discrete element simulation,impact damage and soil fragmentation effect of sweet potato were analyzed,and optimal parameters were obtained.According to this,design and manufacture of prototype was carried out,and field test was carried out to verify simulation results.According to the TRIZ theory,innovative design of classification collection mechanism was carried out to solve problem of poor classification efficiency.
Optimization Design of New Buckwheat Seed Metering Device

Abstract:
Sequence and optimal factor combination of rotation speed of seeding shaft of buckwheat seeding device,number of single-row resisting sleeve holes and speed of seed bed belt on uniformity variation coefficient of sowing amount and average number of seeds in the interval were determined.By designing orthogonal experiment and using extreme range method to analyze orthogonal experiment results,influence degree and optimal combination of various factors on coefficient of uniformity of sowing volume uniformity and average number of seeds in the interval were determined.Using range method to analyze orthogonal results of coefficient of variation,RA=51.74,RB=2.95,RC=12.03;analyzing orthogonal results of average number of grains,RA=5.71,RB=1.25,RC=3.14.The order of variation coefficient affecting uniformity of seeding rate was number of single-row holes in seed-resistance sleeve,speed of seed bed belt and rotation speed of seed shaft.The order affecting average number of particles was number of single-row holes in seed-resistance sleeve,speed of seed bed belt,and rotation speed of seed shaft.Under condition that number of single row holes in seed resistance set was 12,speed of seed bed belt was 5 km/h and rotation speed was 160 r/min,uniformity variation coefficient of sowing rate of buckwheat seeding device reached 20.89%,was the best indicator.
Design and Experiment of Seedbed Inoculating Spraying Fertilization Machine

Abstract:
According to principle of bionics and friction inoculation of tobacco Mosaic virus,a minimally invasive inoculating device was designed.The motor was used to drive 800 abrasive cloth strip,and abrasive cloth strip was used to perform minimally invasive friction on smoke seedling.In order to avoid serious damage to delicate smoke seedling,the width of abrasive cloth strip was determined by the test to be 3 mm,and the speed of minimally invasive roller was 70 r/min.In order to facilitate daily management of tobacco vaccine,a tobacco inoculating spraying fertilization machine was designed with functions of inoculation,fertilization and drug spraying.The inoculating spraying fertilization machine was composed of frame,minimally invasive mechanism,control system,drug supplier and walking system.The mobile phone APP developed based on Eclipse was used as upper computer and STM32 as lower computer.Transmission of control instructions between the upper and lower computer was realized via Bluetooth,and conversion of three functions of spraying,fertilization and inoculation as well as control of the advance and turn of all-in-one machine was realized.Experiment showed vaccination rate of that seedbed inoculation spraying fertilization machine reached 87.3%,and index was excellent.Compared with tobacco Mosaic virus artificial inoculation method applied in production,this all-in-one machine achieved multi-purpose,broke through limitation of traditional artificial inoculation method,was minimally invasive and more adaptable,and improved working efficiency to a great extent.

Research Progress on Detoxification and Virus Detection Technology of Pepino Melon

Abstract:
Pepino melon has characteristics of strong adaptability,high nutritional value,high yield and high benefit.It has been promoted throughout country since its introduction,and it plays an important role in strategic adjustment of modern agricultural planting structure.The use of plant stem tip detoxification technology and tissue culture factory seedling breeding technology is the key technology carrier to promote development of large-scale,high-quality,high-efficiency,low-cost,and annual production of pepino melon seedlings.Detoxification and rapid propagation technology of pepino melon were systematically sort out.Research progress of 3 detoxification technologies and 4 virus detection technologies for three major virus diseases of pepino melon,TMV,PMV and CMV,were introduced.Seedlings of pepino melon in China were analyzed.Specific problems and shortcomings in research of virus-free and rapid propagation technology were analyzed.Compared with research progress in related fields abroad,some suggestions were put forward for future research direction of virus-free and rapid propagation of pepino melon seedlings in China,with a view to help Chinese agricultural,scientific Biotech workers and agricultural technology companies provide references.

Empirical Research on Relationship between Fixed Assets Investment and Economic Growth in Agricultural Reclamation System

Abstract:
Current situation of fixed asset investment and economic growth in agricultural reclamation system was analyzed from perspective of total amount and structure,and it was found that there was a high synchronization and consistency between fixed assets investment and GDP.Based on the time series data of the Statistical Yearbook of Agricultural Reclamation of China from 2004 to 2017,a simple linear model and a Cobb-Douglas production function model containing only capital were used to empirically test correlation between fixed asset investment and economic growth.Results showed that there was a significant correlation between fixed assets investment and economic growth.For every unit of fixed asset investment increased,the GDP would increase by 1.292 units.Main factor promoting economic growth of agricultural reclamation system was capital factor represented by fixed asset investment,whose capital contribution rate to economic growth was 67.9%.

Abstract:
Based on field investigation of Xinjiang Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture,Shawan county and Aksu prefecture of Tacheng district,practice and exploration of Xinjiang rural collective property rights system reform were expounded from five aspects:stage,operation process,equity dividend method,reform path and reform effect.Combined with different practices of rural collective property rights system reform in southern and Northern Xinjiang,three equity dividend modes,namely asset dividend,asset expansion and asset protection,and three paths of self-development,government guidance and mixed development,were analyzed and concluded.Problems that need to be solved were found out.Countermeasures were put forward to provide valuable experience for reform of rural collective property rights system in northwest minority areas.

Abstract:
Taking Yunnan province as an example,using SPSS 21.0 and AOMS 17.0,through structural equation model,based on planning behavior theory of psychology,impact model of farmers′ information cognition on transformation of modern agriculture was constructed.According to statistical results,behavioral attitude(AB),subjective norm(SN)and perceptual behavior control(PBC)of three dimensions of farmers′ information cognition had significant positive effects on agricultural modernization,and behavioral attitude(AB)as an intermediary variable was also affected by main factors.Influence of SN and PBC was different.Therefore,identity of farmers should be paid more attention,and their knowledge and technology capabilities should be improved,vital interests of modern information agriculture to farmers should be paid attention.Farmers were encouraged to rely on their own autonomy to promote transformation of information-based modern agriculture.
