Abstract:
Combing statistical data to study and judge development situation and trend of agricultural mechanization could effectively serve development of agricultural machinery industry.Statistical indicators with great changes in 2018 were collected and sorted out,which could be divided into planting,harvesting and others,including 3 fields and 11 directions,development of each indicator and its related indicators were analyzed in recent years.According to comprehensive study and judgment,in addition to existing quantity of traditional rice direct seeding machine and growth of potato harvest mechanization may slow down,other relevant indicators were expected to maintain rapid growth in the medium and long term.That would effectively improve agricultural mechanization operation area and level.
Application Effect of Third-party Evaluation in Performance Evaluation of Agricultural Machinery Purchase Subsidies

Abstract:
In order to ensure objective and fair evaluation results,third-party evaluation as an external check and balance mechanism had become a common means of performance evaluation of agricultural machinery purchase subsidies.In order to quantitatively study effect of third-party evaluation on implementation effect of agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy,one-way analysis of variance was used to compare results of six qualified agricultural machinery purchase subsidy information disclosure columns.Results showed that the significance P value was 0.007 and less than 0.05.According to study,in the case of evaluation by a third-party organization,there was a significant difference in the mean value of qualification rates of each item,and third-party evaluation method promoted implementation of tagricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy.

Abstract:
In order to solve problems of low drying efficiency and lack of cleaning system in existing sesame dryers,a new type of sesame dryer was designed.Structure and system composition of dryer were introduced,dryer were composed of frame system,drying system,cleaning system and power system.Main characteristics of dryer were analyzed,that had advantages of high drying efficiency,convenient storage,convenient cleaning,assistant impurity removal and easy to move.

The project of roof full-open arched multi-span membrane greenhouse was selected.As an example,structure design of roof full-open arched multi-span membrane greenhouse was discussed in detail.The air outlet was close to the top of greenhouse,which greatly improved ventilation area.It could quickly remove high temperature and humidity air in the greenhouse,and achieve effect of rapid air exchange.At the same time,it provide natural light for crop growth.
Investigation and Analysis of Production and Discharge of Rural Domestic Source Water Pollutants in Hanzhong City

Abstract:
In order to study characteristics of domestic water pollutants of rural residents and pollution load to environment in Hanzhong city,discharge coefficient of rural residents' domestic sewage was measured.Results showed that discharge coefficient of domestic water pollutants in different areas of Hanzhong city were different due to factors such as geographical features,daily water consumption per capita,economic status,age composition,and number of daily meals.Village treatment facilities had significant effects on COD,BOD5,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen,and total phosphorus removal rate,but removal efficiency of animal and vegetable oils was not obvious.Survey could provide data support for first calculation of rural domestic water pollutant discharge in Shaanxi province,and further improve information database of domestic pollution sources.

Safety Quality of Compressed White Tea

Abstract:
In order to prove quality and safety of compressed white tea,the main quality safety indexes of compressed white tea with different years and colors were determined by national standard method and evaluated.Results showed that no pathogenic bacteria was found in compressed white tea with different years and colors,and mould was found in 1 sample.Pesticide residues meet GB2763-2016 food pollutant limit requirements.Heavy metal detection results were that Pb content was 0.229-0.819 mg/kg,As content was 0.071-0.205 mg/kg,Cd content was 0.006-0.036 mg/kg,Cr content was 0.111-6.522 mg/kg,Cu content was 9.892-23.399 mg/kg,Al content was 126.717-668.417 mg/kg,Hg content was 0-0.024 mg/kg.The results of heavy metal detection met requirements of pollutant limits in food.Results showed that water content was 4.6%-10.5%,ash content was 4.6%-5.7%,the water extract content was 30.2%-40.1%,and the tea stalk content was 0.8%-4.5% by physical and chemical testing.Quality of compressed white tea was safe and reliable.
Effects of Rest on Texture Properties of Dough

Abstract:
Tensile and compression properties of dough in calendering direction and vertical calendering direction at different rest times and temperatures were studied to determine effects of dough rest on texture properties of dough.Tensile and compression were detected on dough with rest times of 0,15,30,45,60 and 90 min and rest temperatures of 25,35 and 45 ℃.Results showed that when rest temperature was 25 ℃,with extension of dough rest time,anti-elongation displacement of dough increased and tensile strength decreased.When rest time was 30 minutes,with increases of dough rest temperature,tensile strength of dough decreased,and anti-elongation displacement of dough increased firstly and then decreased,and the maximum adhesion force of dough significantly increased.When rest temperature was 45 ℃,horizontal anti-elongation displacement of dough was significantly reduced,and the maximum adhesion force of dough was more than twice that at 25 ℃.To sum up,it could reach obvious rest effect when rest temperature was 35 ℃ for 30 min.Effects of rest time and temperature of dough on texture properties of dough were obtained.
Research and Application of Continuous Compaction Monitoring System Based on BDS

Abstract:
In order to solve problem of traditional construction quality control method could not enough to meet increasing demand for high dam construction technology in dam rolling construction process at present.Real-time monitoring technology of dam rolling construction quality based on Beidou Navigation Satellite System(BDS)and Geographic Information System(GIS)was studied.Data was collected by loading equipment and vibration sensors installed on rolling machine,and integrated software was used to process and record rolling construction process of rolling machine to realize full-time and fully automatic real-time monitoring of rolling process.Study results were applied to roller compaction construction of Pingqiao Reservoir face rockfill dam.Application results showed that system could effectively monitor compaction quality parameters during rolling construction process,which could provide guarantee for high quality and high strength construction of dam and provide convenience and basis for project management.

Design and Test of Self-propelled Corn Emasculation Machine

Abstract:
In order to realize mechanical emasculation of main maize cultivar in China,a 3XZG-8YA self-propelled corn emasculation machine was designed and developed by combining method of independent research and development with benchmarking model.Field experiments were carried out on different planting modes of different varieties and emasculation performance tests,and the results showed that operating efficiency of the machine was ≥1.0 hm2/h,and emasculation rate was 84%,meeting needs of main producing areas of hybrid corn seeds in China.
Dynamic Simulation Test and Analysis of Cerasus humilis Lifting Branches Based on ADAMS

Abstract:
Lifting branches is the key work link of Calcium humilis harvesting.In view of the problem of lodging of Calcium humilis branches during harvesting,a dynamics simulation model of lifting was designed and established to find the best working parameters of lifting device based on the growth characteristics of Calcium humilis branches.The elevation angle,lifting speed ratio and fingers distance were taken as influencing factors.The lifting height was taken as evaluation index.The results of orthogonal test showed that the order of main factors affecting height of lifting was elevation angle,lifting speed ratio and finger distance.The best combination of parameters was elevation angle at 50°,lifting speed ratio at 8 and fingers distance at 160 mm.According to simulation test and bench test,the lifting height was 591.4 mm and 570.9 mm,respectively,with a relative error of 3.5%.This study can provide reference for design and optimization of Calcium humilis harvesting machinery.
Design and Experiment of Ejecting-clip Pneumatic Picking-up Seedlings Device

Abstract:
In order to solve problems of manual seedling collection,high labor intensity and low efficiency of semi-automatic transplanter,a ejecting-clip automatic picking-up seedlings device was designed,which was suitable for leafy vegetables and solanaceous vegetables.The actions of the device,such as seedling ejecting,picking seedling,swinging and seedling plate moving,were driven by air cylinder.The longitudinal conveying of seedling tray was driven by motor and scanned line by line with laser sensor to eliminate accumulated error and realize precise positioning.FPGA controller was used to control the orderly action of each cylinder and motor to complete seedling picking process.128 and 200 seedling trays were selected to carry out experiment of transportation,positioning and automatic seedling picking.Results showed that average positioning errors of tray transportation were 0.509 mm and 0.564 mm respectively.The coefficient of variation was 4.08% and 5.20%,which met requirements of tray transportation and positioning.The frequency of seedling collection can reach more than 120 plants/min,and reach efficiency target.
Design of Curved Pendulum Type Three Way Reversing Valve

Abstract:
In order to meet requirement of surge irrigation in the tractor ploughing terraces on the hilly mountainous area for reversing valves,a reversing valve with a cuboid three-way valve body and a umbrella valve supported by a curved pendulum was designed,by combination of siphon principle with lever principle.The results of test showed that maximum resistance of this reversing valve was occurred during the valve opening period.The biggest resistance moment could be reduced by lengthening valve rod,shortening distance from pin shaft to active spindle or improving elasticity coefficient of seal ring materials.It can be concluded that the three way reversing valve with a curved pendulum is easy to satisfy requirement of surge irrigation in the hilly mountain areas for its small resistance and convenience to move.

Abstract:
TIR1/AFBs gene family is a kind of auxin receptor existing in the nucleus,belonging to a small subgroup of F-box protein gene.They regulate gene expression by activating transcription factors in conjunction with related auxins,which is a key part of auxin signal transduction.In order to study the auxin signal transduction mechanism,molecular regulation mechanism of TIR1/AFBs gene family from the discovery and structure of TIR1/AFBs gene family was summarized,the differences of individual expression patterns in the family and the regulation of plant growth and development was summarized,and function of TIR1/AFBs gene family was analyzed.Finally,future research direction of the TIR1/AFBs gene was discussed.
Effect of Exogenous Trehalose on Root Growth of Lettuce

Abstract:
The effects of different concentrations of trehalose on the growth of lettuce roots were analyzed.Results showed that with increase of trehalose concentration,root vitality,root surface area,volume,root tip number,auxin and cytokinin all increased first and then decreased,and total root length and gibberellin showed a gradual decrease.The optimum concentration of trehalose to promote growth of lettuce roots was 15 mmol/L.

Abstract:
Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region put forward strategy of“developing Xinjiang through tourism”in 2018.Sun Island is an important scenic spot of Tarim River and Populus euphratica forest in Xayar county,Aksu city,Xinjiang.Populus euphratica community around core scenic spots has declined due to reduction of water quantity in Tarim River and lack of necessary management of tourists' recreational behaviors.In order to reduce impact of tourism and recreation activities on ecologically sensitive areas,seven planning and design strategies from perspective of wildland recreation were put forward,aiming at current problems faced by scenic spots from aspects of water network habitat optimization,vegetation protection and tour organization,road classification and transportation system organization,habitat optimization,optimization of agricultural industrial structure,management of tourists' recreation behavior in tourist season,and treatment of potential pollutants.Suggestion to promote scenic spots in arid and ecologically fragile areas in Xinjiang and other western region could be optimized from perspectives of location characteristics,climate characteristics,water environment factors,biological characteristics and topography,so as to reduce impact of recreational activities on environment of scenic spots.
