In order to improve the whole mechanization level of Astragalus membranaceus production,a field cultivation experiment was carried out in Dangchang county of Gansu province.Through applicability evaluation of machines and tools in key production links,machines and tools suitable for key links of Astragalus membranaceus production in the region were obtained.Finally,the prospect of promoting whole process mechanization of Astragalus membranaceus production was put forward.

Abstract:
In order to determine main reasons for change of agricultural machinery total power,according to relevant statistical data of Jiangxi province from 1994 to 2018,five main indicators affecting total power growth of agricultural machinery in Jiangxi province were selected,including planting structure,grain output,per capita disposable income of farmers,proportion of employment in the primary industry and total financial income of Jiangxi province.By using method of stepwise multiple regression analysis,main factors influencing change of rice agricultural machinery total power in Jiangxi province were explained as planting structure(i.e.ratio of rice planting area to total planting area of crops)and proportion of the first industry employees.Combined with actual situation of Jiangxi province,some specific countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,such as stabilizing grain planting area,creating a good farming environment,comprehensively considering policy factors and technical factors,and formulating reasonable subsidy policies according to local conditions.

Abstract:
In order to solve problems of high intensity,low efficiency and high cost of manual work,cultivation of sweet potato in Miyun district had been dominated by manual weeding,experiment of 2TD-S2 cultivator was carried out.Results showed that this sweet potato cultivator could eliminate weeds and cover soil in furrow in one time,and it could effectively solve problem of soil ridge collapse in field management.80% of weeds could be removed in the gentle seedling stage of sweet potato within 10 cm of ridge and slope height.If grass damage was serious,it could be used for many times in intertillage to eliminate weed damage.Labor productivity of this machine had been greatly increased compared with manual transplanting,and production cost was lower.This machine was suitable for transplanting potato seedlings in the suburbs of Beijing,the utility model could be popularized and applied in practical production.

Abstract:
Under background of“smart food”,a set of bulk grain container monitoring system with the core of STM32F407 was developed.The system relied on wireless sensor networks,and combined with some new technologies,such as low power consumption,multi-source information transmission,narrowband Internet of things,GPS/Beidou Positioning.The system used Lora communication technology to transmit and receive data,process data by distributed sensors at different nodes to remote monitoring center,and took DTU(data terminal Unit)as signal transmission medium in the cloud.The system could monitor temperature and humidity of bulk grain container in real time,and send data to remote monitoring terminal by DTU.The system was stable and reliable,which was suitable for the mode of combined transportation of railway and water,and effectively improves safety and automation level of grain circulation.

Natural vulnerability of agriculture is reflected in strong dependence on weather,and change of weather determines yield income.Agricultural production is faced with meteorological and other natural disasters as well as risk of market prices.How to effectively prevent and disperse meteorological disaster risks of agricultural production is a key issue to be studied in development of agricultural economy.Doing a good job in meteorological early warning and forecasting services could effectively prevent risks of meteorological disasters,and agricultural insurance is an effective means to spread risks,among which meteorological index insurance is one of key points of agricultural insurance exploration in recent years.Based on example of Guangzhou vegetable meteorological index insurance platform,strategy of constructing meteorological index insurance platform was deeply discussed.In order to realize intelligent monitoring of meteorological data by platform through joint action of Web system and WeChat client,and assist insurance companied to quickly dispose of claims business.At the same time,with platform as the carrier,meteorological departments,insurance companies and vegetable growers jointly built a new meteorological disaster prevention system.

Abstract:
With development of rural society and economy,rural water consumption and waste water volume are increasing day by day.In order to effectively treat waste water and make it reach discharge standard stably,selection of functional strains from local domestic waste and waste water to strengthen local A/O waste water treatment system were studied.Two highly efficient COD removal bacteria and two nitrogen removal bacteria were screened from local samples and the bacteria were used in secondary A/O wastewater treatment system.Results showed that COD removal rate increased by 6.5% on average,total nitrogen removal rate increased by 11.6%,and amino nitrogen and nitro nitrogen removal rates increased by 33.0% and 26.8%.

Abstract:
Climate warming results in changes of heat resources,which influences on spatial distribution of agricultural production.It is instructive to study change of heat resources to rationally utilize heat resources and adjust agricultural climate index and planting structure.Variation characteristics of Korla temperature and beginning date,ending date and duration of ≥0、3、5、10、15 and 20 ℃ and frost-free beginning date,ending date and duration were studied by using daily air temperature data of Korla from 1961 to 2015,through climate tendency rate and Mann-Kendall mutation method.Results showed that mutation of Korla temperature occur in 1998,annual average temperature rise rate was 0.29 ℃/10 a(P<0.01),1.0 ℃ warmer after mutation than before;average temperature increased by the largest in winter;beginning date of ≥0、3、5、10、15 and 20 ℃ advanced,ending date delayed,crop growing season significantly extended;accumulated temperature of ≥0、3、5、10、15 and 20 ℃ increased significantly,change rates were 80.7、80.2、85.1、69.0、75.6和103.4 d·℃/10 a;non-frost beginning date significantly increased by 4.0 d,ending date significantly delayed by 4.3 d,and number of continuous days significantly increased by 8.4 d.In the past 55 years,temperature in Korla has increased,accumulated temperature has increased,and growth season and frost-free period have been delayed.It has a positive effect on agricultural introduction and variety promotion.It is necessary to re-determine appropriate agricultural climate index and planting zoning according to status of heat resources.

Effects of Conservation Tillage on Soil and Water Conservation

Abstract:
Soil erosion has become a major factor restricting sustainable development of agriculture in China,which seriously reduces soil productivity.Effects of different tillage measures on soil and water conservation was reviewed.By the method of average,experimental data on loess plateau,northeast black soil area and sand in the north area were sorted out.Influence laws of no-tillage straw mulching,deep loosening and traditional tillage on soil moisture content,soil water erosion,wind erosion and soil fertility was analyed.Results showed that compared with traditional tillage,soil moisture content of no-tillage straw mulching and deep loosening increased by 13.6% and 31.7% respectively,water use efficiency increased by 2.26 and 3.82 kg/(hm2·mm)respectively.In the black soil area of northeast China,contents of soil organic matter,available nitrogen and available phosphorus in no-tillage straw mulch and deep loosening increased by 14.8% and 7.1%,10.8% and 8.4%,10.8% and 8.4% respectively.In the sandy soil area of northwest China,no-tillage straw mulching and deep loosening could significantly reduce soil wind erosion rate.When wind speed was 10 m/s,soil wind erosion rate decreased by 90.2% and 85.0% respectively.

Effects of Straw Mulching on Wheat Yield and Farmland Ecological Effect in Northwest Dry Land

Abstract:
In order to clarify mechanism of wheat yield increase in northwest China,on basis of consulting relevant research results,effects of straw mulching on wheat yield and its components were analyzed.It was found that no-tillage straw mulching could increase wheat yield by 10%~20% in northwest regions compared with no mulching,and effect of yield increase was remarkable.Reasons for increase in yield were analyzed,and it was found that mechanism of wheat yield increase lied in effective regulation of farmland ecological effects that straw mulching could significantly increase number of large soil aggregates and improve stability of soil structure,increase soil water content of 0~200 cm soil layer,adjust ground temperature to avoid severe temperature fluctuations,increase soil microbial community and soil fertility,and improve soil enzyme activity.Effects of straw mulching on wheat yield and farmland effects were mainly summarized,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for wheat straw mulching in northwest China.
