Abstract:
After more than ten years of rapid development,agricultural UAV has already been playing a vital role in agricultural production.In order to promote high-speed and healthy development of agricultural UAV industry in China,some suggestions were put forward to improve development and application mechanism of agricultural UAV,such as strengthening policy support,improving industry standards,strengthening technical training,and building a social service system based on current development and application status and existing problems in agricultural UAV industry,such as unclear functions of regulatory authorities,technical defects,imperfect standards and norms,imperfect social service system and dominance of traditional agriculture.Study results could serve a reference for governmental agencies and industrial practitioners.
Development Trend of Agricultural UAV Technology Based on Patent Analysis

Abstract:
In recent years,global patent applications of agricultural UAV technology have continued to grow at a high speed every year.In the global ranking of applicants,the top 10 are all Chinese applicants with Chinese companies and universities far ahead.Patents applied are mainly for operation management,which is closely connected with application scenarios of agricultural UAV.In order to study development trend of agricultural UAV technology,patent applications after 2009 in field of agricultural UAV technology were analyzed.Characteristics of patent activities of agricultural UAV technology were revealed from perspectives of overall trend,geographical distribution,main competitors,and technical composition,and development trend of agricultural UAV technology was revealed from patent perspective.Resulted showed that agricultural UAV technology was in stage of technological development,and prospects were promising.In the next few years,number of patent applications related to agricultural UAV technology and number of applicants will still maintain a high growth trend.Overseas deployment,raising awareness of patent protection has become the focus.Study results could provide reference for development of agricultural UAV industry.

Abstract:
Agricultural development is attached great importance in Shandong Province.Manufacturing and use of agricultural machinery are among the top in China.With realization of full mechanization of wheat,corn and rice,it will promote transformation and upgrading of agricultural machinery equipment industry to high-quality development.The total output of fruits and vegetables in Shandong Province ranks first in China,which has important impacts on economic and social development.With current shortage of labor,demand for mechanization is strong.Use of machinery in each link of fruit and vegetable production in Shandong Province was analyzed,existing problems were discussed,and suggestions for development of fruit and vegetable machinery were put forward,which was able to contribute to enhancing market competitiveness of fruit and vegetable products and promoting sustainable development of machinery industry.
Operation Performance Test and Analysis of 4GQ-1C Sugarcane Harvester

Abstract:
4GQ-1C sugarcane harvester was designed to solve current problems that large and medium-sized sugarcane harvesters were in low adaptability in sloping land,small row spacing and small plots of areas sugarcane harvesting.In order to verify adaptability and reliability of 4GQ-1C sugarcane harvester,field tests were carried out compared with existing models.Results showed that 4GQ-1C sugarcane harvester has good operation performance of lower impurity rate and loss rate of sugarcane,stronger harvesting adaptability in small row spacing areas and more convenient in collecting sugarcane comparing with sugarcane harvesters with power of 132 and 194 kW.Furthermore,4GQ-1C sugarcane harvester is compact and flexible with good adaptability and good harvest effect in sugarcane growing area with small and medium-sized planting scale,it is worth popularizing and applying in sugarcane harvest.
Multi-camera Synchronous Acquisition Method in Potato Dynamic Grading System

Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of synchronous image acquisition in potato dynamic grading system,a synchronous acquisition method based on Gigabit Ethernet was proposed.Three cameras were used for synchronous acquisition from three directions of potato to be tested.LM358 was used to design a primary in-phase voltage amplifier circuit to amplify the PWM signal generated by STM32 to control synchronous operation of three cameras.Secondary design and development were carried out on Visual Studio 2013 with C++ to realize functions of synchronous acquisition and image storage of three cameras.Experimental results showed that synchronous frame rate of three cameras reached 12 frames/s,which could meet requirements of image acquisition in potato dynamic grading system.

Abstract:
Agricultural product quality traceability platform plays an important role in agricultural product quality supervision and food quality assurance.Quality supervision of agricultural products involves a wide range of fields and various aspects,and the lack of participation of farmers and enterprises in process of quality supervision leads to poor reliability and low accuracy of some information in collection process.To solve above problems,a quality traceability system based on alliance chain was proposed by starting from core technology of blockchain and drawing on experience of existing enterprises in quality traceability.

Technology and Test of Grain Yield Monitoring System for Wheeled Grain Harvester

Abstract:
By installing grain yield monitoring system in wheeled harvester,data records could be provided to farmers for farm management,and agronomic,remote sensing,weather and soil data could be combined to provide data support for variable operation,so as to realize smart agriculture.Basic principle of grain yield monitoring system was introduced,calibration and debugging tests were carried out,and finally field measurement was carried out.Results showed that error between monitoring system and actual measurement data was-3.3%,which could meet actual production requirements.Grain yield monitoring system is beneficial to reduce input of pesticides and fertilizers,improve grain yield and quality,and ensure food security.

Abstract:
In order to determine practical significance of meat complex project,technological design and production process of meat complex of storied house in Neixiang County,Nanyang City,Henan Province were analyzed.Results showed that animal husbandry economy in Neixiang County has realized development from factor driven growth to economic innovation.Through construction of meat complex,security of economic development elements of Neixiang County has been strengthened,bottleneck problem of regional economic development in Neixiang County was preliminarily solved and new development trend of modern pig industry was determined.

Abstract:
In recent years,with rapid development of all walks of life in China,output of agricultural waste in China is booming.Composting is one of the main ways to effectively use agricultural waste.The planting industry and breeding industry are main ways to produce agricultural wastes.It is one of development trends of waste treatment to combine two wastes for resource utilization through composting technology.From angle of saving resources and protecting environment,technology of joint composting of plant and breeding wastes and its advantages and limitations were discussed.
Moisture Detection of Fresh Walnut Kernels Based on Hyperspectral Imaging Technology

Abstract:
In order to realize rapid prediction of fresh walnut kernel moisture during shelf period,hyperspectral technology was used to collect spectral data of walnut green peel and moisture content of walnut kernel was measured.Eleven characteristic wavelengths were extracted by continuous projection method(SPA)to establish partial least squares(PLS),multiple linear regression(MLR),least squares-support vector machine(LS-SVM)model.Results showed that the LS-SVM modeling effect was the best,correlation coefficient RP of the prediction set was 0.800 7,and root mean square error RRMSEP was 2.189 7.Studies have shown that the use of hyperspectral technology could achieve rapid prediction of moisture of fresh peel walnut kernels during shelf life,providing guidance for storage,transportation and marketing of fresh peel walnuts.
Sterilization Mechanism of Bacillus subtilis by Gliding Arc Discharge Plasma

Abstract:
Gliding arc discharge plasma is a kind of discharge phenomenon in atmospheric environment,during which active particles have good bacteriostatic effect on various foodborne harmful microorganisms in environment.Sterilization effect of discharge treatment time against bacillus subtilis was studied and inactivation mechanism of gliding arc discharge plasma was revealed by surface morphology,electrical conductivity and confocal microscopy by taking bacillus subtilis as treated samples.Results showed that nitrogen discharge plasma had better bactericidal effect,whose main bacteriostatic mechanism was to destroy cell membrane of bacteria,leading to cell necrosis.

Abstract:
As an irrigation mode with water-saving,yield increasing and quality improving,regulated deficit irrigation is widely used in agricultural production.Effects of water deficit regulation on sunflower growth pattern,photosynthesis,water consumption pattern,yield and quality were summarized,current problems faced by sunflower were analyzed,and solutions were proposed.The results could furnish a basis for further enriching theory of regulated deficit irrigation of sunflower,and guide formulation and implementation of regulated deficit irrigation scheme of sunflower more scientifically.
Greenhouse Sensor Fault Recognition Based on Model Optimization Prediction and Temperature Field Analysis

Abstract:
In working environment of greenhouse with high temperature and humidity,the sensors are prone to failure,which causes a certain waste of resources for intelligent management of greenhouse.To ensure effective operation of intelligent greenhouse management system,it is necessary to identify faulty sensors in greenhouse in a timely and accurate manner.Through experiments,changes in the indoor field of Yunnan greenhouses under different ventilation conditions in summer were analyzed.Taking large glass multi-span greenhouses in Yunnan as research object,a three-dimensional steady-state CFD model of greenhouses under different ventilation modes in summer was established and combined with experiments.Validity of the model was verified by experiments.According to actual external conditions,internal field of greenhouse was analyzed to predict environmental value at sensor node position,and abnormal position of sensor reading was found by comparing with actual reading.In order to further improve accuracy of fault sensor identification,combined with sensor fault node detection algorithm based on median strategy,it could accurately identify greenhouse fault sensor in time and provide accurate greenhouse environmental data for intelligent management of greenhouse.
Simulation and Experiment of Air Screen Cleaning Device for Cerasus humilis Based on EDEM-Fluent Coupling

Abstract:
In order to solve problem of high impurity rate of Cerasus humilis after operation of Cerasus humilis harvesting unit,a kind of air screen cleaning device for Cerasus humilis was designed.With coupling method of EDEM-Fluent,cleaning process was simulated and analyzed by taking vibration amplitude,frequency and wind speed as experimental factors,cleaning rate and loss rate of Cerasus humilis as evaluation indexes,and cleaning device were tested according to simulation results.Simulation analysis and bench test showed that with increase of wind speed,vibration frequency and amplitude,cleaning rate of Cerasus humilis firstly increased but then decreased,and loss rate always increased.Optimal operating parameter combination was wind speed 10 m/s,amplitude 10 mm and vibration frequency 9 Hz.Under optimal operating parameter combination,cleaning rate of Cerasus humilis was 96.3%,and loss rate was 3.4%.Study indicated that application of EDEM-Fluent coupling simulation was helpful to research of Cerasus humilis cleaning.Study results could provide a theoretical basis for design and optimization of device for Cerasus humilis cleaning.
Optimization Design and Performance Test of Steel Roll Forage Modulator Based on Solidworks

Abstract:
In order to speed up drying speed of forage in the field,a steel roller forage modulator was designed.Solidworks was used to model it,force analysis and parameter setting of steel roller were carried out,and simulation module was used to simulate steel roller,optimized design was carried out.Result showed that when modulated steel roller was made of 45 quality carbon structural steel and spoke thickness was 8mm,it would be subjected to less stress and strain,and safety factor was higher.Results of field experiments showed that flattening rate was up to 94% when a pair of steel rollers were meshed with each other,which met requirements of modulator on performance index of forage harvest and improved design efficiency and accuracy.

Abstract:
At present,domestic sugarcane planter is generally lack of seed supplying device,and taking seeds from seed box by seed arrangement device easily causes problems such as stuck seed block and broken sowing.Therefore,based on principle of material bucket lifting,a sugarcane seed box with uniform feeding function was designed to achieve following effects:through cooperation of bucket lifting device and rotary pushing device,sugarcane seed block could evenly enter connected seed planter in uniform order,which ensured that number of seed supply and seed arrangement was relatively consistent in unit time,and seed blocks were relatively dispersed,so that mechanized precision planting of sugarcane was realized.

Abstract:
In order to solve problems such as delayed harvesting affecting quality of walnut,labor intensity and high personnel cost of walnut picking,a walnut picking device was designed,and its basic structure,working principle,technical parameters and performance characteristics were introduced.Picking test was carried out,and test results showed that walnut picking device has reliable performance,and each performance index could meet design requirements.Hand push type walnut picking machine could reduce labor intensity and was conducive to improving level of walnut harvesting mechanization.

Abstract:
Uncertainty of measurement results of tillage depth of rotary tiller was evaluated.Sources and influence factors of uncertainty of measurement results were analyzed,and expanded uncertainty was obtained.Results showed that average of tillage depth of rotary tiller x=15.795 cm,coverage factor k=2,and expended uncertainty U=0.111 cm.Uncertainty component introduced by repeatability of measurement had a great influence on uncertainty of measurement results in measurement of tillage depth of rotary tiller.

Abstract:
Combining with new requirements and standards of engineering personnel training in colleges and universities,personnel training scheme of agricultural hydraulic engineering was revised in Anhui Agricultural University from two aspects,that was strengthening ideological and political education,and practical education.The new program implemented concept of teaching and education,integrated ideological and political courses,and highlighted cultivation of students′ practical ability.Through specific revision of six aspects of personnel training program,the new methods and modes of applied and innovative personnel training of agricultural hydraulic engineering specialty in teaching and research-oriented universities were explored.It could provide a reference for personnel training methods of agricultural engineering.
Effects of Different Substrate Ratio on Growth and Quality of Potted Coriander

Abstract:
Effects of different substrate ratio on growth and quality of potted coriander were studied with six substrate ratios of T1(peat∶vermiculite∶perlite=3∶1∶1),T2(peat∶vermiculite∶perlite∶organic fertilizer=6∶1∶1∶2),T3(peat∶vermiculite∶organic fertilizer=3∶1∶1),T4(peat∶vermiculite∶perlite∶organic fertilizer=2∶1∶1∶1),T5(peat∶vermiculite∶perlite∶organic fertilizer=1∶1∶1∶1)and T6(peat∶vermiculite∶organic fertilizer=2∶1∶1)were set to plant potted coriander by taking“big leaf coriander”as experimental material.Results showed that,growth indexes such as stem diameter,root length and root volume of potted coriander treated with T4 were better than those of other treatments,and fresh weight of whole plant was relatively big,which was 2.854 g.T4 had a maximum dry weight of whole plant was 0.384 g.Quality indexes such as soluble protein content,vitamin C content and chlorophyll content of T4 were also relatively high,which were 37.78,0.20 and 2.02 mg/g respectively.Therefore,substrate ratio of peat∶vermiculite∶perlite∶organic fertilizer=2∶1∶1∶1 was recommended for potted coriander.
Yield Prediction Method of Litchi in Zengcheng of Guangdong Province

Abstract:
Based on Litchi yield data and meteorological data from 1999 to 2018 in Zengcheng District,Guangzhou City,Guangdong Province,a study on prediction method of Litchi yield in Zengcheng was carried out.Litchi yield was decomposed into trend yield,meteorological-physiological yield and random noise(usually ignored).Trend yield was predicted by means of linear moving average simulation and harmonic weight method.Key meteorological factors which affected Litchi meteorological physiological yield were analyzed,and linear regression equation was established.Results showed that average precision of Litchi yield prediction over the years was 90.52%,average precision could meet daily service demand.Research results could provide reference for government to implement rural revitalization strategy,promote cultivation of strategic pillar industry clusters,promote development of Litchi brand industry and increase income of Litchi growers.

Abstract:
Konjac industry has become new favorite of agricultural economy.Ankang city is the core and advantageous area of konjac planting in our country.Current situation of local konjac industry development was investigated and studied from perspectives of distribution,output,planting area,and output value of konjac industry in Ankang.Study showed that local konjac industry has advantages in resources and quality,but there were still problems such as slow breeding of high-quality seed taro,prominent pest and disease problems,weak product processing innovation capabilities,and shortage of funds for konjac production enterprises.In response to existing problems,countermeasures were proposed such as strengthening breeding of improved konjac varieties,standardizing construction of high-quality konjac planting bases,strengthening scientific research and development of new products,and establishing strategic construction of selenium-enriched konjac international brand,aiming to accelerate transformation and upgrading of Ankang konjac industry to achieve high-quality development.

As the birthplace of the Silk Road,Shaanxi has formed a tea oriented industrial development pattern with its favorable natural ecological conditions and regional industrial structure.At present,tea export scale of Shaanxi Province is not large,and market share is low.With “The belt and Road Initiative”,Shaanxi tea export will have a great potential to other countries along the way.The future will gradually increase.Current situation and existing problems of development of Shaanxi tea cross border e-commerce market under background of “The belt and Road Initiative” were studied.Path of Shaanxi tea develop its cross-border e-commerce was put forward.Development path of Shaanxi tea cross border e-commerce could be expanded,through leveraging cross border e-commerce platform,developing international market,strengthening the brand of green tea,layout of overseas warehouse to solve the problem of export,and improving legal order of cross border e-commerce.
