Abstract:
In order to further improve cleanliness level of cotton processing workshops,strengthen safety and occupational health,current domestic and foreign research status of dust removal technology was deeply analyzed,and present situation,advantages and disadvantages of representative dust removal equipment and dust removal technology in cotton dust treatment were summarized.Based on this,a combined dust removal method was proposed,which could provide a reference for further development of cotton processing dust removal equipment.
Prospect of Agricultural Machinery Experimental Identification and Agricultural Mechanization Technology Extension under New Situation

Abstract:
By comparing similarities and differences between experimental identification of agricultural machinery and agricultural mechanization technology extension,it was proposed that in order to better carry out agricultural machinery experimental identification and agricultural mechanization technology extension,it was necessary to plan agricultural machinery experimental identification and agricultural mechanization technology extension as a whole and deal with results in a unified manner.At the same time,it was also necessary to improve quality of employees,optimize performance of test equipment,improve relevant systems and solidify good practices.

Abstract:
For a long time,predatory development and utilization of black land and traditional high-intensity soil farming have gradually hardened and thinned black land,resulting serious soil degradation.It has an adverse impact on China′s grain production and agricultural development.It is urgent to strengthen protection of black land.It is of great significance to study application effect and popularization strategy of conservation tillage technology in black soil.Advantages of conservation tillage technology were introduced combined with implementation and successful experience of conservation tillage in Jilin province.Role of conservation tillage in increasing crop yield and income,black land maintenance and social benefits was expounded.It could provide reference for promoting better popularization and implementation of conservation tillage in Jilin province.

Agricultural machinery is an important material basis for development of agricultural production.China′s agricultural production has changed from relying mainly on human and animal resources to relying mainly on mechanical power.It has become a large country in manufacture and using of agricultural machinery,but it is not a strong country in agricultural machinery.There were still many gaps with world advanced level in many aspects.Development achievements and existing problems of China′s agricultural machinery industry were introduced.Development suggestions were put forward from policy support,innovative mechanism and demonstration application.
Research Progress and Design of Cowshed Cleaning Robot

Abstract:
Development status of cleaning technology and related equipment of manure in cowshed was analyzed.A cleaning robot for cowshed was designed.Main parameters of cleaning robot were determined.Design of key parts of mechanical structure and control system were completed.Performance of cleaning robot was tested.Test results showed that main parameters of cleaning robot met design requirements,and it could walk in accordance with pre-planned path,when encountered obstacles,could effectively avoid obstacles to continue cleaning,until completion of cleaning task.

Abstract:
Research status of variable rate fertilization and real-time monitoring automatic variable rate fertilization based on prescription map at home and abroad were described.Through analysis of key technologies of speed monitoring technology,fertilization prescription generation technology and fertilizer flow monitoring technology in precision variable rate fertilization technology,advantages and disadvantages of different monitoring technologies and generation methods were compared.In view of existing problems in research of variable rate fertilization technology in China,development suggestions were put forward.

Abstract:
A farmland information acquisition system based on Internet of Things was realized by means of comprehensive utilization of sensor technology and network communication technology.Through the layout and installation of related hardware,real-time acquisition of monitoring information was realized,such as farmland weather,soil,hyperspectral data,video,users were allowed to view field situation at any time on computers and mobile devices.The system provided data support for agricultural production,and had a good application prospect in accurate monitoring and scientific management of modernization farmland information.
Design and Implementation of Intelligent Irrigation System for Rice Field Based on STM32

Abstract:
The rice field intelligent irrigation system was established based on STM32 controller. Taking STM32 main control module as core component of the system,each module was coordinated and controlled. Cortex-M3 processor core could minimize power consumption and achieve faster response speed by using standard interrupt architecture. Wireless ZigBee network connection technology helped the system to achieve intelligent operation. The simulation test showed that the system had low-cost,low-consumption and high-performance and high practical value.
Pollution Classification and Comprehensive Treatment of Environments in Villages and Towns in Multi-dimensional Perspective

Abstract:
On the basis of sorting out main sources of pollutants in villages and towns,pollutions were classified from different dimensions and main characteristics were analyzed.Pollution factors in villages were identified and classified,and a technical index system for environmental pollution classification was constructed.Combined with classification of water and soil relations in China and classification of villages and towns,classification method of environmental pollution in villages and towns was proposed.The main laws and policies for construction of livable villages in China were sorted out,and on this basis,technical paths and models of pollution control were analyzed.This research could provide decision-making reference for formulation of environmental governance policies and supporting measures.
New Method Study on Ammonia Absorption in Henhouse Affected by High Voltage Electric Field

Abstract:
Most of modern broilers are reared in high-density houses,so a large number of toxic and harmful gases will be produced in the houses,which have adverse effects on growth performance,good health of breeder and natural environment of chickens,especially ammonia.Physical and chemical methods were combined to study effect of copper sulfate on ammonia absorption rate under high voltage pulsed electric field,principle was used to simulate ammonia absorption process in henhouse under high voltage pulsed electric field,and the model was constructed to achieve purpose of efficient removal of ammonia,which could provide beneficial help for broiler production.
Effect of Corona Discharge on Gas Environment Index of Henhouse

Abstract:
In view of serious influence of henhouse environment(temperature,humidity and dust)on growth and development of broilers,high-pressure space electric field sterilization was carried out on henhouse environment dust removal,environment monitoring system with single chip microcomputer STM32 as control core was used to monitor broiler farm equipped with high-voltage space electric field.The best distribution position was determined by cluster analysis,and changes of temperature,humidity and dust before and after corona discharge were analyzed.Results showed that,after corona discharge,average temperature in henhouse decreased by 0-3~0-8 ℃,and change rate was 1-20%~2-60%.Average relative humidity decreased by 5%~9%,and change rate was 9-03%~12-81%.Average concentration of dust PM2-5 was reduced by 33-66~98-33 μg/m3,and change rate was 34-56%~57-39%.Average concentration of dust PM10 was reduced by 34-00~54-34 μg/m3,and change rate was 29-39%~36-79%.Corona discharge had a certain effect on humidity and had a very obvious removal effect on dust in henhouse environment.

Gastrodia elata is a famous medicinal and edible homologous plants.It is rich in polysaccharides,flavones,phenols and other compounds,and has various functions.Fresh Gastrodia elata is favored by people because of its good taste,unique flavor,rich nutrition,remarkable health care function and convenient eating and processing.However,the harvested Gastrodia elata is difficult to preserve because of its high water content,strong enzyme activity and high respiratory intensity.The sensory quality of dried Gastrodia elata is poor,quality loss is serious,it is difficult to maintain original flavor,and it is difficult to eat and use it as medicine.Difficulty of fresh-keeping and storage technology has become bottleneck of fresh Gastrodia elata in the market.In order to provide reference for research on preservation and storage technology of Gastrodia elata and promote sustainable development of Gastrodia elata industry,present situation and existing problems of Gastrodia elata preservation research were summarized.
Effects of Different Water and Fertilizer Treatments on Yield and Quality of Pole Bean in Solar Greenhouse in Northwest Plateau of Hebei Province

Abstract:
Taking the“Green Sword”pole bean as research object,a completely random experiment was carried out on double factors of water and fertilizer,setting 2 irrigation levels and 4 fertilizer levels,and taking local irrigation and fertilization habits as the control,a total of 9 treatments were conducted to study effects of water and fertilizer on yield and quality of pole bean in solar greenhouse in northwest plateau of Hebei Province.Results showed that when irrigation level was the same,the yield of leguminous bean first increased and then decreased with increasing of fertilizer amount,and the yield of W1F3 reached the highest.Compared with local irrigation and fertilization(CK),the yield increased by 3-42% and the rate of good quality increased by 2-16%,water use efficiency(WUE)was increased by 40-00%,while water and fertilizer were saved by 44-05% and 37-00% respectively.Effects of irrigation and fertilization level and their interaction on crude fiber content of the fruit was not significant.Considering effects of water and fertilizer on yield and quality,the following water and fertilizer system was recommended in the study area:irrigation once at seedling stage,with irrigation quota of 150 m3/hm2 and no fertilization; irrigation once at pumping vine stage,with irrigation quota of 180 m3/hm2and the compound fertilizer of 180 kg/hm2,seedling crouching at early flowering stage; nine irrigation at pod setting stage,with irrigation quota of 180 m3/hm2 and irrigation cycle of 6 days,fertilization with watering three times,with high potassium compound fertilizer of 180 kg/hm2 and calcium nitrate of 75 kg/hm2 applied each time.
Vulnerability Assessment of Reservoir Junction Area Based on FMECA-AHP Method

Abstract:
Risk of reservoir junction area system was analyzed by failure modes effects and criticality analysis(FMECA)method,reservoir junction area was divided into dam area,watershed area and vegetation coverage area according to impact of its failure mode on environment and personnel.Combined with actual situation of a project in Yunnan Province,3 criteria,9 first level indicators and 28 second level indicators were scientifically selected to build vulnerability evaluation index system of whole system.On this basis,the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was used to evaluate vulnerability of whole reservoir area.Results showed that vulnerability level of reservoir hub area was“general”according to calculation results,which were consistent with actual situation,proving that the method could be used for safety assessment and disaster prevention of reservoirjunction area,breaking limitation of previous single study on dam safety.
Withdrawal Mechanism of Land Contractual Management Right under Background of Rural Revitalization

Innovatively using“micro-meso-macro”framework,it was found that factors affecting farmers′ withdrawal from land contractual management rights mainly included individual characteristics at micro level,family status at meso level and withdrawal policies at macro level.Improvement of withdrawal mechanism of land contractual management right need to be improved from aspects of innovating withdrawal mode,refining laws and regulations and giving full play to the role of market subject.
Design and Experiment of Deep-pit Manure Ditch Cleaning Machine in Pig Farms

Abstract:
Deep-pit manure storage process has been widely used in large-scale pig farms.Meanwhile,there are many problems in ditch cleaning under current situations,such as high work intensity and high risk of operation in confined space.According to characteristics of liquid manure and shape and size of manure ditch,a manure ditch cleaning machine was developed,which mainly included control system,high-pressure water system and driving system.Effectiveness of manure ditch cleaning machine was verified by experiments.Test results showed that manure ditch cleaning machine has high cleaning efficiency and comprehensiveness,and has good economy and market promotion prospect.
Static Analysis of Three-dimensional Gear Contact Based on Finite Element Analysis

Abstract:
Static analysis of cylindrical contact and gear contact was carried out mainly based on finite element method.In order to analyze distribution of contact stress more accurately and efficiently,influence of meshwork type and tangential stress on contact stress was mainly considered.Three-dimensional modeling of cylinders and gears was carried out in Solidworks,and then the built three-dimensional model was imported into ANSYS Workbench in an appropriate format for mesh division,and reasonable constraint processing was applied according to requirements,and its solver based on finite element theory was used for calculation and solution.Stress distribution diagram of model under specific load was obtained.Using Hertz contact theory value and gear contact stress theory value,finite element analysis of cylindrical contact and gear contact results were compared,error and accuracy of analysis results were obtained.Analysis results showed that,meshwork type would affect analysis efficiency,and surface tangential stress would affect stress distribution in contact analysis,which made contact analysis results more accurate and improved efficiency of related workers.
Design on Multi-color Intelligent Egg Sorter

Abstract:
A multi-color intelligent egg sorter was designed.The equipment included mechanical execution system,electronic control system and shell.The cam in mechanical execution system was designed with topology optimization.Weight of cam group was reduced,power of mechanical execution system was calculated,and stepper motor was selected.Circuit board of electronic control system integrated with buttons,LCD screen and single-chip microcomputer was designed,circuit board of multicolored lights was designed,and power supply module was integrated.Egg sorting experiment was carried out on egg sorter.Results showed that there would be no interference between eggs during sorting process.Each egg was weighed accurately,with an accuracy of 0-2 g,and the weighing range was adjustable.Duck eggs and other egg products could be automatically sorted.Rubber claws ensured that broken egg rate of sorted eggs was less than 1‰,which fully met requirements of manufacturer.

Design ideas and contents,practice,summary and analysis of ideological and political education for Precision Agriculture course were introduced,taking ideological and political education course development project of Huazhong Agricultural University as an example.Based on teaching goals of the course,which were“mastering professional knowledge,improving professional skills and expanding international outlook”,the ideological and political education goals of“cultivating patriotism,enhancing scientific literacy and strengthening profession confidence”,were proposed.Through practice of the project,experience and shortcomings accumulated in the process of project construction were concluded,which provided a reference for development of ideological and political education of similar courses for agricultural universities in China.

Effects of Drought Stress and Re-watering on Photosynthetic Characteristics of Maize Seedlings

Abstract:
Effects of different treatments of drought stress and re-watering on photosynthesis of maize were studied to optimize measures of restraining growth of maize seedlings.The maize variety,Zhengdan 958 was used as material.Hydroponics was used to study photosynthetic physiological indexes of maize seedlings under different treatments of drought stress and re-watering,such as content of photosynthetic pigments,photosynthetic parameters,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters etc.With increasing of drought stress cycles,contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid decreased first and then increased,and increased first and then decreased,respectively.The maximum photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm),actual photochemical efficiency(ΦPSⅡ)and photochemical quenching coefficient(qP)of PSⅡ decreased first and then increased,while non photochemical quenching coefficient(qN)increased first and then decreased.Under drought stress,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),transpiration rate(Tr)and water use efficiency(WUE)of maize decreased significantly,while intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)increased significantly(P<0-05).The maximum net photosynthetic rate(Pnmax),apparent quantum efficiency(AQE)and dark respiration rate(Rd)decreased significantly,while light compensation point(LCP)increased significantly(P<0-05).After re-watering,the chlorophyll content,Pnmax,AQE,LCP and light saturation point(LSP)showed increasing trends,while Rd showed a decreasing trend.Pn,Gs,Tr,Ci,WUE,Fv/Fm,ΦPSⅡ,qP and qN increased with the extension of re-watering gradually,showing a certain compensation effect.However,Pn and WUE were still very low after treatments of 3 times of drought stress and re-watering,and even decreased to a negative value when 3 days after re-watering.The compensatory water absorption was significant under treatments of 2 times of drought stress and re-watering,while the treatments of 3 times of drought stress and re-watering might cause some damage to maize seedlings,compensation effect was limited after re-watering.In conclusion,times of drought stress should be strictly controlled in restraining growth of maize seedlings,in order to avoid damage to plants and affect growth of seedlings.
Effect Test of Maifan Stone on Fish Vegetable Symbiosis System

Abstract:
Maifan stone and ceramsite particles were used as substrates for soilless culture and aquaculture water filtration in fish vegetable symbiosis system respectively.Plant height,root length,aboveground fresh weight and chlorophyll content of lettuce,survival rate,weight gain rate of snakehead,and pH value,dissolved oxygen content of water quality were measured.Test results showed that growth and development of lettuce and snakehead could be improved by adding maifan stone in fish vegetable symbiosis system.Compared with control group,root length,plant height,weight and chlorophyll content of test group increased by 18-4%,15-0%,21-9% and 45-8% respectively.In the process of snakehead culture,compared with control group,pH increased by 0-42,dissolved oxygen content by 0-69 mg/L,mortality reduced by 7-6%,and weight gain increased by 23-68% of test group.Test proofed that maifan stone was stable in fish vegetable symbiosis system,and had good effect on growth and development of vegetables and snakehead,and water conservation.

Based on basic research logic of“phenomenon-problem-path”,current situation of“video+agricultural products”sales was combed,four specific marketing methods of“social interaction,monomial information,e-commerce platform,embedded composites”were summarized.Practical dilemmas,namely,the disorder of network market,fierce market competition,homogeneity of content production,explosion of information and data,simplification of profit model,particularity of agricultural products and complexity of quality assurance were also analyzed.On this basis,four key measures of strengthening“supervision and management,brand building,profitability and quality management”were put forward to help optimize and upgrade the marketing mode of“video+agricultural products”,further smooth sales channels of agricultural products and fully promote high-quality development of agriculture and rural economy.

Consumers′ Online Purchase Behavior of Agricultural Products and Influencing Factors under Digital Economy:Taking Xuzhou as an Example

Abstract:
Based on survey data of 408 consumers′ online purchase behavior of agricultural products in Xuzhou City in 2020,types of agricultural products purchased online,online purchase frequency of agricultural products and current situation of e-commerce platform selection under digital economy were firstly studied.Advantages and disadvantages of different e-commerce purchasing channels were compared.Then influencing factors of online purchase frequency of agricultural products by ordinal multinomial Logistic model were empirically tested.Finally,some advice to promote development of e-commerce of agricultural products was put forward.
