Abstract:
Agricultural mechanization is an important material basis for improving agricultural productivity and an important support for comprehensively promoting implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.It has played an important role in increasing grain yield and reducing losses.Important role and significance of increasing grain yield and reducing losses brought by agricultural mechanization were combed systematically.Promotion potential and key technologies of mechanization promoting grain production increase and loss reduction were analyzed deeply.Achievements of mechanization in promoting grain production increase and loss reduction were summarized.Suggestions for potential factors and weaknesses were put forward.

Abstract:
Low mechanization of cassava production is one of bottlenecks restricting development of cassava industry in China.Planting machinery and harvesting machinery are two major technical problems to be solved in development of cassava production mechanization.In view of urgent need to realize mechanization of cassava production,research status of existing mechanical equipment and its key components for cassava planting and harvesting were expounded,and further research of cassava planter and harvester was prospected in order to provide reference for development of cassava industry.

Abstract:
Beet is an important sugar crop in China and its market demand is huge.At present,beet harvest mainly depends on manual picking,which leads to large labor demand and low efficiency.In order to liberate labor and improve production efficiency,beet harvesting machinery has been popularized and used.Due to limitation of planting mode and machine performance,mechanization level of beet picking remains low.Combined with research status of beet picking harvester,based on key technology of beet picking harvester,development bottleneck of beet picking harvester was analyzed,and development trend of beet picking harvester was pointed out.

Abstract:
Chemical fertilizer is one of important agricultural inputs.There are some problems in traditional fertilizing operation,such as high labor intensity,low fertilizer utilization efficiency,environmental pollution and so on.It has been proved by practice that the way of deeply buried fertilizer at edge of seedling root can improve above situation effectively,it is beneficial to improve rice yield and reduce planting cost.It is popularized as the main agricultural technology in China in recent years,and has great significance in ensuring stability and safety of grain production.Technical mode of side deep fertilization for rice was expounded,research status and applications of side deep fertilization devices of air blown and spiral propulsion type were introduced,and development trend was put forward.

Abstract:
On basis of summarizing results of national supervision and random inspection of agricultural machinery product quality in recent years,product quality problems and causes were analyzed,and suggestions on improving quality of agricultural machinery products were put forward.According to the analysis,quality of domestic agricultural machinery products showed an upward trend year by year,and quality of agricultural machinery products would develop healthily and benign in the future.

Abstract:
Agricultural machinery test and evaluation is a technical evaluation of advanced nature,applicability,safety and reliability of agricultural machinery through scientific experiments,testing and assessment.It is a powerful guarantee for promoting popularization and application of agricultural machinery,maintaining legitimate rights and interests of agricultural machinery users,production units,sales units and other parties,and is an important technical support for healthy development of national agricultural mechanization.General situation of intelligent agricultural machinery was analyzed,and then functional framework of intelligent test and evaluation system for agricultural machinery performance was put forward.Based on functional framework,structure of intelligent system and process framework of test evaluation were proposed to provide technical and theoretical basis for construction of intelligent system for subsequent test and evaluation.

Abstract:
Agricultural machinery socialized service is inevitable trend of development of modern agricultural production.As the main body of socialized service,agricultural machinery cooperatives have demand of operation and management.In order to realize management of managed plots,scheduling management of agricultural machinery,production tracking of operations and management of agricultural materials in agricultural production trusteeship,an agricultural machinery cooperative management system was designed based on plot management.Through functional requirements analysis of cooperative management system,design of overall architecture of information system was completed,business functions of system was realized,and application prospect of system was prospected.Results showed that management of plots,maintenance and orders of cooperatives through information means could more scientifically and intuitively monitor operation quantity and quality of agricultural machinery,effectively supervise manipulator,and provide reliable data support for development decision-making of cooperatives.

Abstract:
In view of shortage of labor resources in agricultural production field and high cost of manual picking,a design scheme of fruit picking robot control system based on STM32 was proposed.The scheme mainly adopted automatic picking to realize intelligent identification and picking of mature fruits.Using STM32 single-chip microcomputer as main control chip of the system,visual recognition part adopted Open MV image processing function as the core.Feasibility of the system was analyzed through experimental verification,and results showed that the system could meet actual use requirements of users.

Abstract:
Organochlorine pesticide residues are widely concerned by the public.Current situation of pesticide residue detection technology was analyzed,and development trends of new technology were given.Accuracy of detecting organochlorine by mass spectrometry and chromatography was relatively low,respectively.With progress of technology,pretreatment and detection of organic chlorine has been made a breakthrough and improved.Integrated coupling technology of extraction and purification has improved pretreatment efficiency.Combined use of various detection technologies could make results more accurate and efficient and make detection limit lower.

Abstract:
In recent years,Huaibin County has actively explored and practiced technical model of comprehensive utilization of straw and achieved remarkable results.Among them,typical model of“three modernizations”recycling utilization of straw forage-based materialization-fertilization is based on production of edible fungi from straw as a link,and joint development of straw breeding and organic fertilizer production,so as to realize that crop straw comes from cultivated land and finally returns to cultivated land.The closed-loop cycle of whole process,economic,social and ecological benefits are obvious.Methods and results of Huaibin County′s exploration and practice of technical model of comprehensive utilization of straw were introduced,current main problems were analyzed.It could provide references for continuous and in-depth development of comprehensive utilization of straw.
Remote Sensing Analysis of Winter Wheat Growth and Dry Hot Wind Disaster in Hebei Province Based on MODIS Data

Abstract:
Using MODND1D China′ s 500 m resolution NDVI product data,changes of NDVI in each growth period of winter wheat in Hebei Province from October 2018 to May 2019 were analyzed,and a large-area dry hot wind process in Hebei Province during winter wheat filling period on May 22,2019 was analyzed to compare changes of NDVI before and after dry hot wind.Results showed that NDVI could better reflect growth of winter wheat in each growth period and effect of dry hot wind on winter wheat filling period.When dry hot wind occurred,NDVI showed an obvious downward trend,and its downward range increased with aggravation of dry hot wind disaster.

Abstract:
Pulsed electric field(PEF)processing is a new non-thermal processing technology with electroporation effect on cells,which has a wide application value in food processing and preservation.Progress of pulsed electric field in extraction of natural active components,sterilization,degradation of harmful substances,passivation of enzymes,improvement of food quality,drying and other aspects,were summarized.Relevant literature was reviewed,problems and prospects of pulsed electric field were prospected,which provided reference for industrial application of pulsed electric field.
Comparison and Correction of Calculation Methods of Reference Crop Evapotranspiration in Luzhou City

Abstract:
In order to obtain accurate calculation results of reference crop evapotranspiration(ET0)in the areas with missing meteorological data,and to explore applicability of ET0 simple methods in Luzhou City,Penman-Monteith(PM)method was employed as standard method to compare ET0 calculated by simple methods including Hargreaves(Har)method,FAO24 Blaney-Criddle(FAO24 BC)method,Makkink(Mak)method and Priestley-Taylor(PT)method.The linear relationship and Bayesian formula were used to correct each method.Through error analysis,it was concluded that Har and PT methods had good performances with relatively small errors in study area.The RMSE was 0.5~1.1 mm/d and PE was 10%~15%,correction of linear relationship was better than the Bayesian formula.After linear correction,error of the Har and PT methods was reduced by about 50% and 80%,respectively.It could be obtained that correction effect of PT method was much better than the Har method.Therefore,PT method corrected by linear relationship was more suitable to replace PM method to calculate ET0 when meteorological data was missing,and it could provide theoretical basis and data support for estimating crop water requirements in the future.

Land Transfer Willingness of Grain Producing Farmers under Condition of Developed Socialized Services: Taking Pingdu City of Shandong Province as an Example

Abstract:
An empirical analysis was made on land transfer willingness and influencing factors of grain producing farmers under condition of developed socialized services by using ordered multi classification logistic regression analysis.Results showed that there were significant differences in farmers′ willingness to transfer land under different part-time conditions.Willingness of pure farmers to remain unchanged was relatively strong,and willingness of second part-time farmers to flow out of land was relatively strong.Main factors affecting farmers′ willingness to transfer were age of household head,education level,proportion of non-agricultural income,proportion of part-time employment,and cost of agricultural means of production.

Abstract:
Aiming at problem that pickup and feeding system of baler was blocked due to winding and accumulation of grass when picking up and feeding grass,and the machine can not work normally,two improvement schemes were put forward by using cutting principle and technical contradiction analysis in TRIZ theory,which could effectively prevent winding and accumulation of grass,avoid system blockage,and then improve picking and feeding efficiency of the baler.Through comparative analysis,scheme of hollow screw conveyor was selected.After improving design of baler prototype,field test verification was carried out.Results showed that effect of preventing blockage of pickup and feeding system was obvious,which fully proved rationality and effectiveness of application of TRIZ theory to improve pickup and feeding system of the baler.

Abstract:
Before installing tractor transmission system into whole tractor,transmission system needs to be dialyzed and filtered to remove impurities generated during installation or operation of transmission system,so as to improve service life of the transmission system.At present,dialysis and filtration methods used by different tractor manufacturers in the market are also different,selection of filters and time of filtration and dialysis are also different,and effect is naturally different.Through comparative analysis of dialysis and filtration methods commonly used in market when tractor transmission system runs in online,and according to limit value of transmission system for cleanliness of oil and actual application,filter accuracy was put forward in corresponding filtration and dialysis methods,hoping to provide some help for development of agricultural machinery industry.

Design and Test of Ramie Automatic Stripping Machine

Abstract:
In view of high operating strength,poor work safety,and low work efficiency of existing ramie stripping machine,especially ramie tip and base end of multi-roller direct feed stripping machine is not clean and stripping drum is easy to twist,a technical scheme for an automatic ramie stripping machine integrating multiple stripping processes such as pressing,scraping,beating,clamping and combing,was proposed,and a design test was carried out on ramie automatic stripping machine.The machine did not need manual reverse pulling and stripping,and could realize continuous stripping which solved problems of unclean stripping at the end of ramie,entanglement of stripping drum,and high impurity content.The raw ramie productivity of whole machine was 58 kg/h,fiber percentage of fresh ramie stem was 6.3%,and percentage of ramie impurities content was 1.32%,reaching second-class ramie fiber standard,and length of processable ramie stem was greater than or equal to 800 mm(remove leaves).

Abstract:
In order to recycle and reuse human feces in rural ecological toilets,a fast and environmentally friendly treatment method was proposed.Aerobic fermentation treatment equipment was designed,a production of prototype was accomplished.The parts such as premixing system,fermentation system,deodorization system and intelligent control system were introduced in detail.Aerobic fermentation experiment was carried out.Results showed that aerobic fermentation treatment equipment had a high speed of sterilization and fermentation,high compost maturity,novel structure and simple operation,which had good market application prospect.

Effects of Nitrogen and Phosphorus Fertilizer Amounts on Wheat Yield

Abstract:
At present,reasonably controlling amount of chemical fertilizer has become the only way for agricultural development.In order to effectively reduce amount of chemical fertilizer,improve soil fertility level and increase crop yield,effects of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer on wheat yield under different green fertilizer varieties were analyzed by field split plot experiment.Results showed that when nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer were reduced to 120 kg N/hm2 and 80 kg P2O5/hm2 respectively,wheat yield could reach the highest value,which showed that this fertilization treatment had good application effect and value,and could be popularized in agricultural production.

Based on survey data of five towns and villages in Huanxian County of Gansu Province,combined with development status of mutton sheep in Huanxian County,the binary Logit model was used to conduct an empirical analysis on influencing factors of farmers′ breeding willingness.Results showed that,number of labor force,whether there was sufficient fodder,natural environment,breeding years,mutton sheep breeds,government subsidies and mutton sheep price had a significant positive impact on farmers′ breeding willingness,among which number of labor force,natural factors,mutton sheep breeds and mutton sheep price had the most significant impact on farmers′ breeding willingness.Disease risk had a significant negative effect on farmers′ breeding willingness.To make more farmers participate in the mutton sheep breeding industry,promote farmers to increase production and income,and promote modernization development of mutton sheep industry in Huanxian County,the government should strengthen insurance subsidies for forage grass,enhance discourse power and bargaining power of farmers in sales process,improve farmers′ awareness of breeding and other relevant suggestions.
Development Status and Suggestions of Konjac Leisure Food Industry in Shaanxi Province

Abstract:
There are some advantages in konjac leisure food industry in Shaanxi,such as industrial policy support,raw material resource endowment,regional characteristic industry,konjac leisure food development technology.But there are some problems,including insufficient supply of raw materials and insufficient attention at production end,serious product homogenization and low entry threshold,increasing production scale coexists with lagging product and technology renewal,and there are many difficulties in development of leading enterprises.Development trend and technological innovation were analyzed,some development suggestions were put forward,focusing on konjac regional characteristic industries,supporting establishment of konjac leisure food industry innovation alliance,supporting expansion and strengthening of leading enterprises,and cracking bottle neck of industrial development with science and technology.
Countermeasures of Rural Human Settlement Environment Governance in Heilongjiang Province under Background of Rural Revitalization

Abstract:
Rural human settlement environment governance plays an important role in rural revitalization.Based on current stage of rural human settlement environment governance in Heilongjiang Province,the key is to develop rural industry and improve“blood-making”ability of rural economy.Based on characteristics of rural resource allocation in Heilongjiang,dominant position of farmers was emphasized,rural vegetable garden economy should be developed,and a new model of rural human settlement environment governance should be constructed.In order to ensure smooth implementation of rural environmental governance in cold areas,jointly realize win-win economic social and ecological benefits,and build a beautiful and ecologically livable village suitable for a well-off society,some advice was given,including standardizing,beautifying and greening rural courtyards,introducing straw biological treatment technology into courtyard economy,promoting double pit alternating dry latrines,improving supporting policies and legal support.

Abstract:
At present,edible fungi is mainly natural logistics or normal temperature logistics and characteristics of freshness and perishability determine the need to study modern logistics technology of edible fungi storage and preservation.Problems existing in logistics of edible fungi storage and preservation were analyzed.Modern logistics model of edible fungi was constructed by referring to logistics model led by logistics enterprises,production enterprises,wholesale markets and retail enterprises.To provide theoretical reference for modern logistics system of edible fungi,development strategy of modern logistics for edible fungi storage and preservation,from four aspects:logistics concept,logistics development,management system and professional cooperatives,was put forward.
