Abstract:

With process acceleration of agricultural modernization in China, agricultural unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) has become an important force to promote agricultural mechanization.China's agricultural UAV industry is developing rapidly.Industry situation at home and abroad was reviewed.In view of problems facing by China's agricultural UAV industry, policy suggestions of improving management mechanism, strengthening research of key technologies, accelerating standard system and improving socialized service system were put forward to provide suggestions for sustainable and healthy development of this industry in China.

Abstract:

Southwestern region locates in hilly and mountainous areas, with complex geographical environment, low level of mechanization of potato production, and a large proportion of planting area and output.To lift level of potato production machinery, co-ordinate agricultural machinery in southwest region of China, current situation of potato production mechanization in hilly and mountainous regions of Southwestern China was summarized from aspects of potato varieties, production status, and domestic and foreign production equipment.From planting operation, production mode, production technology, it was analyzed that potato production machinery in the southwest region should have key technologies such as miniaturization, low power consumption, digging and drag reduction, and low harvesting damage.Countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to solve problems of potato mechanized production in hilly and mountainous regions of Southwest China.

Development of Straw Pyrolysis Equipment Based on Biochar Syngas Coupling Reforming

Abstract:

In view of poor product quality and serious energy loss of current biomass pyrolysis equipment, methods such as multi-stage air distribution and gas reflux reforming were used to propose a process route for biochar syngas coupling reforming.Furnace body, compaction mechanism and multi-stage air distributing stirring and discharging mechanism were designed, and vertical moving bed biomass pyrolysis equipment was developed.Pyrolysis test was carried out with peanut shells as raw materials.Results showed that raw material processing capacity was 1312 kg/h, biochar yield was 27.8%, calorific value of pyrolysis gas was 6.3 MJ/m3, tar conversion rate was 71.3%, and all performance indicators reached design requirements.

Abstract:

Domestic and foreign literature researches were carried out on emission characteristics and control of air pollutants in aerobic composting of livestock and poultry manure.In aerobic composting of livestock manure, greenhouse gases such as CH4, N2O, and CO2 and malodorous gases such as NH3, H2S, and VOCs are generated.Among them, CH4, N2O, and NH3 are main air pollutants emitted during composting process.The emission of air pollutants in composting process is mainly affected by raw materials, composting methods, and oxygen content.Source control technology and end exhaust gas control technology could achieve effective emission reduction of air pollutants in composting process.Source control technology mainly achieves source reduction of pollutants by optimizing composting process and adding additives.The end exhaust gas control technology mainly uses biological methods, chemical washing methods, adsorption methods, etc.to achieve an effective removal of gases pollutants.On the basis of literature research, the "source control + end treatment" composting air pollutant whole process control technology route was proposed.

Design of Biomass Pellet Hot Blast Furnace and Its Application in Grain Drying Field

Abstract:

In grain drying with mechanical equipment, biomass is used to replace conventional energy fuel, which is of great significance for energy conservation, emission reduction, cost reduction and grain quality improvement.A set of biomass pellet hot blast furnace was designed and integrated with grain dryers.The hot blast temperature was adjusted by automatic temperature control system to obtain high-quality grain.Biomass pellet were automatically fed under control of time relay.Primary air inlet and secondary air inlet were distributed in the furnace.The volatiles of pellet fuel were fully burned, which improved output heat power of hot blast furnace.A fault alarm and remote monitoring system were set up to improve equipment intelligence.The performance test in the grain drying plant showed that complete set of equipment operated stably and had excellent performance indexes, which verified rationality of the design.Economic benefit analysis showed that cost of drying grain with biomass pellet hot blast furnace was low, which had obvious economic benefit and application prospect.

Influence of Different Surface Treatment Methods on Heat Dissipation of Greenhouse Heating Pipeline

Abstract:

Large multi span glass greenhouses often use smooth tube radiators as heating materials.Generally, different surface treatment methods such as plastic spraying, painting and hanging plating are often used for heating pipes.In order to reduce energy consumption and ensure heat utilization, influence of different surface treatment methods on heat dissipation of heating pipes were studied.Results showed that among three surface treatment methods, heat dissipation of plastic spraying and painting heating pipeline was larger, and metal thermal strength of plastic spraying pipeline was the largest.The research results could provide theoretical basis and empirical data for practical application of heating pipe radiator in greenhouse.

Extraction Conditions Optimization and Antioxidant Capacity Research of Polyphenols from Inonotus obliquus

Abstract:

Polyphenols were extracted by ultrasonic-microwave co-extraction with sclerotia of Inonotus obliquus.Extraction conditions of polyphenols from Inonotus obliquus were optimized by single factor and multi-factor experiments, and antioxidant capacity of polyphenols was determined.Results showed that optimal extraction conditions were as follows: ethanol volume fraction of 50%, solid-liquid ratio of 1∶60, microwave power of 400 W, ultrasonic power of 350 W and extraction time of 240 s.Under these conditions, extraction rate of polyphenols was 2.943%.Polyphenols extracted by this method had good antioxidant capacity.The IC50 of DPPH free radical scavenging was 9.03 μg/mL, and the IC50 of hydroxyl free radical scavenging was 2.03 mg/mL.This method is a practical, effective and rapid method for the extraction of polyphenols from Inonotus obliquus

Abstract:

Clenbuterol can accelerate growth of lean meat in livestock and poultry, which poses a great threat to people's health.Research progress of existing detection methods of clenbuterol was summarized.Advantages and disadvantages of sensory detection methods, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and high-performance liquid chromatography were mainly introduced.Rapid detection methods of clenbuterol were mainly analyzed.Optimization and improvement measures of common clenbuterol colloidal gold rapid detection cards were introduced.It could provide a basis for follow-up continuous in-depth research and development of new rapid detection technology, ensure safety of meat products on the tip of consumers' tongue, and promote sustainable development of meat processing industry.

Abstract:

Water and fertilizer coupling can effectively exert synergistic effect of water and fertilizer, and supply crops for absorption, assimilation and utilization through the best ratio of water and nutrients, so as to achieve purpose of saving water and fertilizer, adjusting quality and increasing production.Water and fertilizer coupling were summarized from development process, definition and effect classification.Then research progress of watermelon growth and development, physiological characteristics, yield and quality in response to the technology were separately described, indicating that coupling of water and fertilizer was an effective way to produce watermelon with high efficiency and high quality.Therefore, through in-depth research and exploration of water and fertilizer coupling mechanism of watermelon to reveal optimal management mode of water and nutrient in farmland system, which could provide a theoretical basis for guiding comprehensive regulation of water and fertilizer, as well as water-saving, fertilizer-saving, high-quality and high-yielding cultivation of watermelon.

Abstract:

With deepening of agricultural supply side structural reform, Heze's agriculture has developed rapidly and healthily, driving Heze to transform from a large agricultural city to a strong agricultural city.However, current situation of utilization of agricultural water resources in Heze City is not optimistic.There are some problems, such as lack of policy guidance, insufficient basic guarantee, inadequate supervision and so on, which lead to low overall utilization rate of agricultural water resources.Current situation of agricultural water resources utilization in Heze City was analyzed, and scientific countermeasures to strengthen utilization of agricultural water resources were put forward, hoping to make a certain contribution to healthy and sustainable development of agricultural water resources in Heze City.

Analysis of Agricultural Land in the Third National Land Survey and Countermeasures for Cultivated Land Protection

Abstract:

Since the third national land survey, although the area of agricultural land has increased, the number of cultivated land has decreased compared with the second adjustment period. The state proposes to implement hard measures of "long teeth" for cultivated land protection, strictly abide by the red line of 120 million hm2 of cultivated land, and prevent non-agricultural and non grain transformation of cultivated land. Two county-level databases were selected to analyze planting attributes and restoration attributes of database from perspective of investigation, and a conclusion was obtained that there were large differences in cultivated land planting between plain areas and mountainous areas and different directions of cultivated land circulation due to location reasons. Finally, three countermeasures for cultivated land protection were put forward.

Abstract:

Continuous outflow of rural laborers poses challenges to agricultural production, especially in the area with finely fragmented arable land, facing risk of abandoning farmland.Proposal of rural revitalization strategy puts forward new requirements for rural development, and cultivated land is the most vital and essential element of agricultural development.The solution to cultivation land problems is of great significance to agricultural development.Taking C village in the Dabie Mountains as an example, current situation of cultivated land utilization, reasons for abandonment and how to solve abandonment was studied.After conducting a thorough investigation, it was found that main cultivation form in the area where cultivated land was fragmented included contracted farming, substituted farming, and scattered farming.From perspective of rural social development, and focusing on four aspects: extending clan model by utilizing resources in the village, rationally contracting and subletting, promoting land preparation and re-cultivation, and promoting land integration, measures were proposed to alleviate problem of fragmentation and abandonment of cultivated land and improve utilization rate of cultivated land.

Abstract:

Excessive subsoiling resistance is one of important reasons that restrict effect of subsoiling operation and popularization of subsoiling machines.The subsoiling resistance is mainly caused by subsoiler, thus it will contribute to promotion of subsoiling, energy conservation and consumption reduction with improving subsoiler structures meanwhile reducing working resistance.Digging bamboo rat (Rhizomyidae) and antlion (Myrmeleon sagax) larvae were used as bionic objects.Structure of bamboo rat paw and antlion larvae was obtained by three-dimensional scanner Konica Minolta Vivid 910, hereby three-dimensional surface of bamboo rat paw and antlion larvae back was established.Excellent excavation curves were extracted by reverse engineering, solid models of slant column subsoilers were established.For targets of subsoiling depth, width and penetrating angle, a series of bionic slant column subsoilers was designed.In the meanwhile, a kind of design method was put forword for shovel shaft of slant column subsoilers.Simulation of subsoiling resistance by EDEM software showed that bionic design of subsoilers’ shovel shaft and shovel pointed could effectively reduce subsoiling resistance, and the maximum reduction rate was 12.92%.Design of bionic slant column subsoiler would provide a new design idea for its structural optimization.

In order to meet needs of agricultural production in Chaoyang City of Liaoning Province, a film spreading planter was designed, which could complete operations of laying drip irrigation belt, film spreading, three-dimensional soil covering of four lines in the air, sowing and pressing in the ditch on the film at one time.Through field test, all performance indexes met requirements of industry standard of film spreading planter (JB/T 7732—2006).

Rigidity and Strength Analysis and Topology Optimization of Agricultural Vehicles Brake Pedal Based on Abaqus

Abstract:

In order to verify whether the rigidity characteristics and strength characteristics of a new type of agricultural vehicle brake pedal were qualified, Creo software was used to establish its simulation analysis model, and then based on Abaqus software, it was used to set materials, add constraints, load concentrated forces and divide meshes.The displacement deformation and stress distribution of the pedal under lateral load of 100 N and the normal load of 500, 2 000 and 2 500 N were analyzed.Results showed that sum of lateral displacement, displacement under normal direction of 500 N, permanent deformation generated by 2 000 N and the maximum stress under 2 500 N all met requirements of working conditions.Topology optimization analysis of brake pedal was carried out, and static analysis of model after structural optimization was carried out.Results showed that it met requirements of working condition standard and could be used as the basis for lightweight design of brake pedal of this type of agricultural vehicle.

The variable light transmission smart film material was applied to planting of peach trees in low latitude plateau.Comparative test results showed that application of material could promote growth rate of flower buds and fruit setting rate of experimental group, promote development of fruit epidermis, improve fruit quality, increase peach yield and improve economic properties of peach trees.The variable light transmission smart film material board can improve light environment of orchard, realize double harvest of fruit quality and yield, increase economic benefits of fruit growers and help improvement of the industry.

Effect of Biogas Slurry on Control of Leaf Hopper and Downy Mildew in Vitis vinifera L

Abstract:

Control effect of spraying biogas slurry with different concentration on grape leaf hopper and grape downy mildew was studied.There were 6 treatments in field and greenhouse experiments.Inoculation test of downy mildew pathogen and observation test of leaf hopper harm was carried out by spraying biogas slurry with different concentrations from grape leaf opening stage.Experimental results showed that different concentrations of biogas slurry spraying had a certain effect on the harm of grape leaf hopper.Compared with T0 without biogas slurry spraying, harm of exposed land leaf hopper was significantly reduced, and gradually decreased with the increasing of biogas slurry spraying concentration.The harm rate of biogas slurry spraying leaf hopper was 17.40%, and the control effect was 49.12%.Spraying grape leaves with different concentration of biogas slurry has the control effect on grape downy mildew in different cultivation environments (open field and greenhouse), and 80% biogas slurry has the most significant control effect, which was 58.54% and 50.56%, respectively.Results revealed role of biogas slurry in the control of grape diseases and insect pests, which was conducive to comprehensive utilization of biogas slurry in grape cultivation.

In order to explore effect of different subsoiling machines on growth and yield of wheat and further confirm effect of subsoiling on growth of wheat, different types of subsoiling machines were tested in Gaocheng District of Shijiazhuang City.Results showed that there was no significant difference in plant height between four treatments and control group, which was 66~68 cm.Number of ears treated by wing shovel subsoiler was the highest, 6.3% higher than that of control group.Number of grains per ear in wing shovel subsoiler treatment was the highest, 1.9% higher than that of control group.Quality of 1000 seeds treated by vibratory subsoiling machine was the highest, which was 11.3% higher than that of control group.Theoretical output of vibratory subsoiler treatment was the highest, 10.5% higher than that of control group.Results showed that subsoiling could significantly promote growth and yield of wheat.

Analysis of Meteorological Conditions for Experimental Planting of Shangsi Glutinous Rice in Fangcheng District of Fangchenggang City

Abstract:

It is an important way to effectively improve land utilization rate to explore planting of Shangsi glutinous rice in Fangcheng District.In order to find meteorological support technology for glutinous rice adaptation, a comparison experiment was carried out in Fangcheng District in different sowing period of glutinous rice, and growth characteristics, yield structure and meteorological conditions of Shangsi glutinous rice were analyzed based on parallel meteorological observation data of test area and origin.Results showed that it was feasible to transplant Shangsi glutinous rice to Fangcheng District and other coastal areas.The main meteorological disasters affecting planting of Shangsi glutinous rice in Fangcheng District were rainstorm, high temperature and typhoon.Temperature difference between day and night and sunshine duration were important meteorological factors determining yield of sweet glutinous rice.Glutinous rice should be planted 3~5 d earlier than hybrid rice in Fangcheng District.

Abstract:

Jujube is an important variety of forestry and fruit industry in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps(XPCC), which plays an important role in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region and China.Based on ecological suitability evaluation, comparative advantage analysis and cost benefit on market demand analysis of jujube, comprehensive evaluation of jujube planting layout of XPCC was carried out.Evaluation results showed that the First Division, the Second Division, the Third Division and the Fourteenth Division were excellent, which were consistent with actual production.It could provide a quantitative reference for optimization of jujube planting layout in XPCC.

Research on Improving Customer Satisfaction of Agricultural Products Regional Public Brands-Taking Qingzhou Honey Peach as an Example

Abstract:

In order to improve consumer satisfaction of Qingzhou Honey Peach, combined with classical theory CCSI model, an empirical analysis on customer satisfaction of Qingzhou Honey Peach was made by using factor analysis method according to six secondary indicators and sixteen tertiary indicators of perceived quality, brand image, perceived value, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and customer complaint.Results showed that comprehensive score of customer satisfaction of Qingzhou Honey Peach was in the"general"level.In ranking of various public factors satisfaction, customer loyalty and brand image had the lowest scores.It should be mainly started that strengthening customer loyalty and brand image building of Qingzhou Honey Peach, seeking construction path to improve its customer satisfaction and build a good brand.
