Abstract:

Design of different transmission systems of self-propelled forage harvester were introduced.Design characteristics of transmission systems for various components of representative self-propelled forage harvesters were analyzed.Research status of existing transmission methods were elaborated from five main aspects: chassis transmission, engine to main working components transmission, cracking transmission, feeding transmission, and header transmission.Advantages and disadvantages of various transmission methods were analyzed.It could provide reference for design of transmission system of self-propelled forage harvesters in the future.

Abstract:

In situation of large-scale crop cultivation in Dahewan Area of Hulun Buir, traditional method of pest and disease collection and identification based on manual experience or a single sensor will lead to low collection efficiency and limited identification range.To solve above problems, a series of improvements were proposed for overall system.Firstly, a complete "sky-air-ground-human" integrated pest and disease data collection system was proposed in data collection stage.In addition, in data identification stage, an intelligent crop pest and disease identification system was proposed according to different types of pests and diseases corresponding to varying organs of crops.Finally, in data decision and execution stage, intelligent OODA(observation-orientation-decision-action)linkage of agricultural equipment in the Dahewan was used to respond to abnormal plots in a timely manner.Experiment proved that the proposed intelligent pest and disease identification and decision-making system could operate efficiently in practical applications, and lay an excellent foundation for developing intelligent agriculture.

Abstract:

In order to support integrated application of Beidou intelligent monitoring terminal and auxiliary driving system, aiming at diversity of agricultural Beidou terminal products on market and significant difference in operation effects, comparative test of straightness accuracy of tractor Beidou terminal and ridging industry straightness accuracy of three products was carried out with reference to promotion and appraisal program.Test results showed that selected three prototypes could reach qualified level under different operating speeds and land conditions, but operating effects were significantly different.Straightness accuracy was positively correlated with operation speed, and straightness accuracy increased with increase of operation speed.Comparison test could provide a reference for revision of qualification outline.

Abstract:

Aiming at effectively understanding, sharing and utilizing multi-source and heterogeneous agricultural and rural data resources, a data organization method was proposed based on ontology.From perspective of organizing and sharing village-level data resources, method path for constructing required ontology was explored.Based on case experiments, how to apply ontology to organization and sharing of village level data resources, as well as how to apply rule-based ontology reasoning to development and utilization of village level data resources was elaborated.Finally, it proposed an application scenario outlook for ontology in management, sharing, and mining of agricultural and rural data resources.

Effects of Turning Frequency and Mixing Ratio on Trough AerobicComposting of Chicken Manure

Abstract:

In order to improve quality of trough composting products and study factors that affect quality of trough composting, a certain proportion of chicken manure(CM)and auxiliary materials(AM) were mixed as research object, and changes of four composting quality indexes, such as total nutrients, water content, temperature and pH, were measured under treatment of three different turning frequencies(every 12, 24 and 36 h to carry out a turning operation)of materials with three mixing ratios[CM∶AM(W/W), 50∶50, 60∶40 and 70∶30].Variation rule of composting material quality index during two weeks of aerobic composting were analyzed and compared.Results showed that turning frequency and mixing ratio had different degrees of influence on quality index of composting.Mixing ratio had an extremely significant effect on changes of total nutrients and water content of compost materials(P < 0.01), turning frequency had an extremely significant effect on changes of water content of compost materials(P < 0.01), and had a significant effect on changes of pH(0.01≤P≤0.05), both of which had no significant effect on changes of temperature.In addition, test results showed that under conditions of mixing ratio of 70∶30 and turning frequency of every 24 h, total nutrient content increased most obviously after composting, and physicochemical properties were stable, which was conducive to production of high-quality organic fertilizer.

Abstract:

In process of operation, integrated energy systems encounter a series of complex optimization problems such as complex conversion of multiple types of energy, coupling of multiple types of equipment, and uneven distribution of multiple demands.In recent years and in process of achieving goal of "double carbon" in China, more and more problems of optimal scheduling of biomass integrated energy systems have become hot research issues.With objective function of minimizing economic operation cost(including fuel, operation and maintenance cost)of integrated energy system and system safety as constraint, an artificial bee colony algorithm was proposed based on operation and scheduling method of biomass fuel cell(SOFC)cooling, heating and power triple-supply integrated energy system, which included biomass boiler and corresponding steam turbine, digester, SOFC and storage tank.Operation and scheduling results showed that improved artificial bee colony algorithm proposed could save 4.2% and 3.1% of operation cost.

Abstract:

Based on rational utilization of agricultural waste, protection of ecological environment and promotion of sustainable development of agriculture, using literature method, recycling mode of fruit-mushroom-bird waste and its benefits were summarized.Structure of fruit-mushroom-bird waste cycle mode was introduced, that was, cultivation of fruit trees and raising of bird were connected by cultivation and utilization of edible fungi.Recycling process and path of fruit-mushroom-bird waste were expounded.According to recycling process of production input-recycling utilization-product output, substance conversion and energy transfer were realized.Environmental economy, ecological benefits and social benefits brought by this method were analyzed in detail, in order to provide reference for utilization and promotion of agricultural waste resources.

Texturization Characteristics of Walnut Protein by High Moisture Extrusion

Abstract:

Using degreased walnut protein powder as raw material, a self-developed SLJ36-24 plant protein extruder was used to investigate effects of five extrusion parameters on quality and characteristics of walnut protein extruder, including water intake, feeding amount, extrusion temperature, screw rotation speed and cooling temperature.Results showed that influence of moisture content and extrusion temperature on product quality characteristics was the most significant, followed by screw speed and cooling temperature.After response surface optimization, the optimum process parameters for extrusion-organized walnut protein were as follows: moisture content 48.6%, extrusion temperature 130 °C, screw rotation speed 281 r/min, cooling temperature 68 °C.Under these process conditions, extrusion-organized walnut protein products had uniform texture, good fiber structure, elasticity, and ideal quality characteristics.

Abstract:

At present, intelligent irrigation control system mostly adopts timing control, that is, equipment works when it reaches start time, and stops when it reaches irrigation duration.Automatic irrigation has been realized to a certain extent.However, due to different water requirements of crops in different growth periods, it is difficult for irrigation control system to generate irrigation schemes consistent with needs of crops.Intelligent irrigation technology of greenhouse has started relatively late in our country, and has not been widely used, and its control mode and control strategy are different in those areas where intelligent irrigation has been used.Taking intelligent irrigation control system as starting point, composition and problems of greenhouse intelligent irrigation control system were expounded, and its future development was prospected.

Abstract:

In agricultural production, water and fertilizer are two essential elements.Water and fertilizer coupling organically combines water and fertilizer, and achieves goal of high yield and high quality of crops through their synergistic effect.Based on analysis of current situation of water resources shortage and unreasonable fertilizer application, development process, definition and irrigation mode of water and fertilizer coupling were reviewed, and research progress of effects of water and fertilizer coupling on eggplant growth morphology, photosynthetic characteristics, yield and quality were elaborated, which indicated that water and fertilizer coupling was an effective measure to save water and fertilizer resources, reduce environmental pollution, and achieve high-efficiency and high-quality yield of eggplant.Exploring coupling mechanism of water and fertilizer for eggplant, constructing a multi-factor coupling model of water and fertilizer, and seeking the best ratio of water and fertilizer to achieve precise irrigation could provide reference for guiding rational management of water and fertilizer for eggplant and making it grow efficiently and with high quality.

Abstract:

Research on interrelationship between construction of well-facilitated farmland and county economic development has always been a major topic in field of national food security.On basis of summarizing and analyzing relevant literature, based on investigation and analysis of major grain producing counties in Henan Province, Jilin Province, and Heilongjiang Province, with Baofeng County in Henan Province as research object, path selection and mode characteristics of constructing well-facilitated farmland were analyzed.It aims to provide a model that can be used for reference for transformation of low and medium yielding fields, construction of well-facilitated farmland, development of rural industrial integration depending on grain production, and transition of county economy in China.Baofeng's innovation and path selection can be summarized into five major features.Firstly, it coordinated construction planning and project implementation of well-facilitated farmland, and implemented technologies with high standard.Secondly, it combined land consolidation, infrastructure and supporting system construction with regional industrial development, which drived more investment projects to build industrial demonstration parks with well-facilitated farmland construction as the traction.Thirdly, it relied on green ecological high-quality agricultural products to develop grain and oil processing industrial parks, promoting integration of primary, secondary and tertiary industries.Fourthly, it improved soft support system matched with hard indicators of well-facilitated farmland, and built an operational system structure covering different layers of decision-making(shareholders), support(service companies), management and production.Fifthly, it improved management mechanism at levels of technology introduction, fund raising, land transfer, organization management and market extension, so that all participants could realize optimization and reorganization of elements in grain production, circulation processing and industrial integration.By means of its own resource conditions and location advantages, Baofeng has been exploring a development path that organically combined well-facilitated farmland construction, rural revitalization and green development in large grain producing counties, which has achieved remarkable results and was of great significance.

Abstract:

Cutting characteristics of lower branches of hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera were tested.Shear strength of its xylem was measured to be about(4.98±0.52) MPa, and shear strength of its phloem reached(15.99±4.47)MPa.Dynamic process of cutting hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera stems with a simulated saw blade based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA was studied, and theoretical optimal cutting line speed has been determined to be 60 m/s at a walking speed of 3 km/h to 5 km/h.A dual disk saw cutting table suitable for low loss stubble leveling of hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera with a working cutting pair of 2 meters was developed.In order to solve problem of uneven feeding load caused by uneven biomass of hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera, an automatic feeding load monitoring and walking speed matching control system and an intelligent control device were designed and developed.Through field experiments and performance tests, self-propelled hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera harvester developed could meet requirements of adaptive control of operating speed based on feed load and low loss flat stubble harvesting.

Abstract:

According to agronomic requirements and seed characteristics of flower and leaf industrial hemp, 2BYM-3 precision planter for flower and leaf industrial hemp was studied.Structure adopted a new type of small seed air suction seeder, an electric negative pressure fan, an independent parallel four bar copying mechanism combined with a pole wheel copying mechanism, a synchronous and quantitative fertilization mechanism for seed and fertilizer, a stainless steel fertilizer box, and an electronic monitoring system.It could complete multiple operations such as side deep fertilization, precision seeding, and soil covering and compaction in one go.

Path Tracking of Improved Pure Pursuit Model of Wheeled Harvester Based on PSO Algorithm

Abstract:

In order to improve path tracking accuracy of wheeled harvester, a pure pursuit path tracking algorithm with prediction characteristics based on particle swarm improvement was proposed.A kinematic model of wheeled harvester was established, and a pure pursuit path tracking algorithm based on kinematic model of wheeled harvester was derived.Based on harvester heading error and lateral error, an affiliation function with prediction characteristics was constructed, and optimal forward-looking distance was determined in real time by particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm using adaptive weighting coefficients.A straight path tracking road test and an "8" curve path tracking road test were conducted using a corn harvester as experimental platform.Experimental results showed that at a speed of 1.5 m/s, the maximum lateral error of linear path tracking was 4.39 cm, and the maximum heading error was 2.31 °; at a speed of 1 m/s, the maximum lateral error of curve path tracking was 5.24 cm, and the maximum heading error was 2.41 °.The improved path tracking algorithm has good path tracking performance for both straight and curved paths, meeting requirements of field operation of wheeled harvesters.

Abstract:

Abstract:

Application of modern information technology in teaching mode and teaching means provides a new idea for teaching of basic courses of applied engineering in Xinjiang Agricultural University.Combining advantages of Xuexitong and Dingtalk, taking the course of Complex Function and Integral Transformation of electrical major as an example, starting from teaching status of the course, teaching research of Xuexitong + Dingtalk based on mixed teaching was carried out.Teaching results showed that 90.5% of students recognized mixed teaching method of Xuexitong + Dingtalk, and final examination results were greatly improved compared with the same difficulty test questions of previous sessions.Teaching practice research could also improve teaching effectiveness and teaching quality of applied engineering basic courses.

Effects of Different Substrates on Growth of Small Bulbs under Conditions of Factory Three-Dimensional Lilium davidii var. unicolor Scale Planting

Abstract:

In order to improve scale planting and breeding technology of Lilium davidii var. unicolor under factory three-dimensional conditions, response of propagation effect of different layers of scale bulbs of Lilium davidii var. unicolor to addition of different substrates was studied, substrate type and scale level with more production and application value were selected, and it could provide scientific data support for demonstration and promotion of factory three-dimensional scale breeding technology of Lilium davidii var. unicolor.Results showed that suspected incidence rate of vermiculite treated scales was the lowest, suspected incidence rate of vermiculite treated scales increased rapidly from 25 to 50 days, and suspected incidence rate of vermiculite treated scales decreased slowly from 50 to 75 days.Suspected incidence rate of outer scales was the highest, and suspected incidence rate of inner scales was the lowest.When treated with vermiculite for 75 days, differentiation rate of middle layer scales reached the highest of 93.23%, and differentiation rate of middle and inner layer scales was higher than that of outer layer.The highest differentiation number of small bulbs in middle layer of scale was 2.21 per piece, and there was a small difference in number of small bulbs differentiated between inner and middle layers of scale.Average fresh weight of a single scale bulb treated with vermiculite was 0.68 g, average number of roots was 0.77, number of fruiting bulbs per scale was 4.03, proportion of bulbs with a circumference greater than 2 cm was 60.33%, and reproduction coefficient was 2.68.

Abstract:

Yangfan No.1 is a new hybrid tomato variety bred by Yangling Vocational and Technical College using YZ13-003 as female parent and YZ15-019 as male parent.This variety is an indeterminate pink-fruited variety with medium-early maturity, suitable for fresh consumption.The plant grows upright with moderate vigor and moderate leaf quantity.The first inflorescence is borne on the 7th to 9th leaf, and adjacent inflorescences are spaced 3 leaves apart.The fruits are easy to set, round in shape, have fine flower setting, no green shoulders, firm texture, and uniform size, with an average weight of about 250 grams per fruit.The commercial yield is superior, and flavor is excellent.It is suitable for cultivation in protected environments during spring and autumn seasons.

Symbiotic Evolution of Two Subjects of Agricultural Production Trusteeship Based on Lokta-Volterra Model

Abstract:

Based on symbiosis theory, Lokta Volterra dynamic model for symbiotic evolution of two entities, a managed farmer and a managed service organization, was constructed to explore equilibrium results of symbiotic evolution of two entities under different symbiotic coefficients.On this basis, numerical simulation was used to simulate symbiotic evolution mode of two entities.Research results indicated that under different symbiotic environments, entrusted farmers and entrusted service organizations would form three symbiotic modes: parasitic symbiosis, biased symbiosis, and reciprocal symbiosis, and these three modes had dynamic evolution characteristics.Equilibrium result of symbiotic evolution between entrusted farmers and entrusted service organizations depended on symbiotic coefficient.Trusteeship farmers and trusteeship service organizations could only achieve optimal development state under a mutually beneficial symbiotic model.Based on model results, corresponding policy recommendations were proposed.

Abstract:

It is Bijie City's unique climate and geographical advantages that ten miles of different days and land is not three feet flat, that have nurtured resources of Chinese medicinal materials in Bijie City, making it a variety of varieties, large quantity and high quality, known as the "Chinese herbal medicine breeding basin" reputation.The purpose was to find out development status of traditional Chinese herbal medicine industry in Bijie City, provide reference for relevant departments to make decisions and basis for development of Chinese herbal medicine industry in Bijie City, accelerating pace of rural revitalization.Development situation of traditional Chinese medicinal industry in Bijie City was investigated by field investigation, visiting business entities and consulting relevant literature.Development of traditional Chinese medicinal industry in Bijie City was greatly improved, obvious advantages of single product, and gradually growing of main businessand so on.However, there were 7 prominent problems, including a lack of excellent varieties, incomplete good and traditional lines, and lagging deep processing technology.The helpful suggestions were put forward, including strengthening industrial technology research of Chinese medicinal, constructing quality assurance system of Chinese medicinal materials, and establishing research and development technology system of Chinese medicinal materials.

Industrial revitalization is an important foundation for rural revitalization, and industrial revitalization needs to be based on local characteristics and give play to local advantages.Relying on honeysuckle characteristic planting industry, Zhengcheng Township, Pingyi County, actively promotes goal of rural prosperity and consolidates foundation for comprehensive revitalization of countryside.Based on field investigation, internal conditions and external environment of development of honeysuckle industry in Zhengcheng Town were analyzed by using SWOT analysis method.At the same time, in view of problems existing in industrial development, development strategy of Zhengcheng Town's honeysuckle industry was proposed from three aspects: based on scale effect, focusing on extending industrial chain and promoting digital construction, so as to promote high-quality development of honeysuckle industry.

Abstract:

Ankang City is main tea producing area in southern Shaanxi Province with superior natural environment conditions.Although successful poverty alleviation of Ankang City benefits from vigorous development of tea industry, current development of tea industry has fallen into a "bottleneck period", and external natural ecological environment and internal industrial structure and other problems have seriously affected sustainable development of Ankang tea industry.Based on analysis of internal and external environment of Ankang tea industry, from perspective of industrial value chain, problems existing in upper, middle and downstream links of tea industry were analyzed, including low degree of standardization of tea bases, lack of professional talents, single product form, weak brand effect, etc.In view of existing problems, corresponding countermeasures were put forward, that was, to increase standardization construction of base, introduce and cultivate compound talents, make full use of resources to expand industrial chain, and enhance brand effect by utilizing Selenium-rich characteristics, so as to help smooth transformation and development of ankang tea industry and help rural revitalization.
