Patent Information Analysis of Mechanized Recovery Technology for Residual Film

Abstract:

Plastic film covering technology has been widely used in agricultural production, but with increasing number of years and areas covered with plastic film, residual plastic film has brought serious pollution to environment.At present, mechanized recovery is an effective technical means for treating residual film pollution.An in-depth analysis of existing patent information for mechanized recovery of residual film was conducted, and development trend of mechanized recovery technology of residual film was elaborated from aspects of application time, application area, patent holder type, and technical characteristics.Main reasons for patent invalidation and phenomenon of patent invalidation among different applicants were analyzed.Propose suggestions for promoting development of mechanized recovery technology for residual film were put forward based on existing patent technology hotspots and development trends.

Abstract:

Current situation of traditional Chinese medicine production mechanization in Shanxi Province was analyzed.Based on recent research and statistical data, problems in mechanization development in various links of traditional Chinese medicine production were analyzed.Research and analysis were conducted on major counties, cooperatives, farmers, and equipment manufacturers in production of traditional Chinese medicine.Strategies and suggestions for mechanization development of traditional Chinese medicine were proposed, providing a basis for mechanization development of traditional Chinese medicine production in Shanxi Province.

Estimation of Total Nitrogen Content in Canopy Leaves of Apple Trees Based on Hyperspectral Remote Sensing

Abstract:

Quickly and accurately obtaining total nitrogen content(LNC)of canopy leaves in large-scale orchards is a basic requirement for achieving modern precision agriculture.Canopy spectral images of two typical orchards in Jingning County, Gansu Province were collected using a drone hyperspectral imager(391.9 to 1006.2 nm), including artificially irrigated apple demonstration orchards and naturally rained apple orchards.Original spectral reflectance(OD), reciprocal spectrum(RT), logarithmic spectrum(LF), and first-order differential spectrum(FD)of 160 canopy leaf samples from two regions were comprehensively compared.Difference spectral index(DSI), soil adjusted vegetation index(SAVI), and normalized differential spectral index(NDSI)for any combination of two spectral bands were constructed, correlation between three spectral indices and leaf nitrogen content was analyzed, and a univariate linear regression model and spectral indices were used to construct the best LNC estimation model for apple canopy in two regions.Research showed that correlation between FD-SAVI(825, 536)in artificial irrigation areas and LF-SAVI(854, 392)in natural rainfall areas was the strongest, and a univariate linear regression model was constructed based on FD-SAVI and LF-SAVI.FD-SAVI-ULRM estimation model constructed in artificial irrigation areas has the highest accuracy and validation set R2 and ERMSE were 0.6601 and 0.0678; LF-SAVI-ULRM estimation model constructed in natural rainfall areas has the highest accuracy, with validation set R2 and ERMSE was 0.6746 and 0.0665.This experiment used the LNC model to draw the LNC estimation maps of apple tree canopy leaves in two experimental areas, achieving precise control and refined management of total nitrogen content of orchard leaves.

Abstract:

Visual perception system is an important part for pruning robot of dormant fruit tree, which determines pruning quality.To identify challenges and future directions of visual perception system for pruning robot, composition of pruning robot system was described firstly, and then methods of tree branches information collection and identification were summarized.Problems existing in visual perception system of pruning robot were analyzed, and key research directions were pointed out, which provided some references for future pruning robot.

Abstract:

Laboratory information management system(LIMS)combines computer network technology with laboratory management and analysis technology to achieve comprehensive management of overall environment with the laboratory as the core.Requirements of information management for agricultural product inspection and testing institutions were analyzed, and function modules of agricultural product inspection and testing institutions were designed and optimized.Operational tests have showed that LIMS could improve efficiency of agricultural product safety production testing, enhance quality of agricultural product inspection and testing, and ensure data security and reliability.

Experimental Study on Potting Characteristics of Rice Seedling in Hole Tray

Abstract:

Using Peiza Taifeng hybrid rice as experimental object, hole tray seedlings were cultivated in a three-dimensional seedling greenhouse.During experiment, seedling age was 28 d, moisture content of bowl was 35.76% to 54.08%.Instrument used was the TA-XT2i texture analyzer.A study was conducted on plate compression, loading and unloading cycles, and creep tests of hole tray seedling bowl.It was found that compression deformation of plate was about 3.15 mm, and there was a significant difference in trend of pressure resistance with deformation; compression was about 4 mm, and peak value of pressure resistance increased sharply.When loading force was 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 N, average creep of seedling bowl was 0.0055, 0.0055, 0.0056, 0.0057, and 0.0059 mm.Experimental results showed that pressure resistance and deformation of bowl body exhibited nonlinear changes; during compression process of flat plate, there was no obvious yield failure point on bowl body; seedling bowl exhibited strong plastic deformation ability when facing external loading and unloading.Burgers model ccould effectively characterize compressive creep characteristics of tray seedling bowl.Mechanical properties of various rice seed hole tray seedlings were analyzed.It was found that relationship between pressure resistance and deformation of different hole tray seedling bowl bodies followed a nonlinear curve.This study could provide theoretical reference for design optimization of rice transplanters.

Abstract:

To clarify suitable strains of Morchella esculenta for cultivation in Guanzhong Plain of Shaanxi Province, 10 strains of Morchella esculenta were collected in the experiment, and analyzed from three aspects: agronomic traits, yield, and main nutritional components of Morchella esculenta fruiting bodies.Results showed that, there was a significant difference in fruiting body yield of Morchella esculenta cultivated with 10 different strains, and strains 401 and 8 had obvious advantages in fresh and dry weight compared to other varieties.There were differences in agronomic traits among sub entities.from perspectives of size, quality, and commerciality, strain 8 and strain 401 had significant advantages over other strains.Main nutritional content of fruiting body of Morchella esculenta varies, with 10 varieties of Morchella esculenta had higher crude fiber, polysaccharide content, and total amino acid content, while lower fat content.Strains 401 and 8 were relatively suitable for facility cultivation in Guanzhong Plain of Shaanxi Province.

Experiment and Application of Fast Dehumidifier in Greenhouses

Abstract:

In response to high humidity inside greenhouse, a regenerative dehumidifier was used to conduct dehumidification tests in greenhouse.Experiment was mainly divided into three parts: the first part was to lay dehumidification pipelines according to internal environment of greenhouse; the second part was to install temperature and humidity sensors inside greenhouse; the third part was to conduct a dehumidification test using a dehumidifier.Results showed that from 10: 00 to 16: 00, humidity inside greenhouse decreased from about 85% to below 60%, and humidity retention effect was better than that without ventilation and dehumidification facilities in greenhouse.

Abstract:

Abstract:

With rapid development of China's "three electricity" technology, new energy electric agricultural machinery has also mushroomed rapidly.The proposal of one source multipurpose is an innovative development model to solve problems of seasonal idleness, low utilization rate and inability to interact with new power system of rural power grid.It has characteristics of clean and environmental protection, high degree of mathematical intelligence and easy networking.Focused on key technologies, application scenarios, implementation paths, business models and other problems and development prospects of new energy electric agricultural machinery one source multipurpose, network questionnaire surveys for domestic agricultural machinery, agriculture, electricity, power grids and other related practitioners were conducted.From perspective of development potential of one source multipurpose and cognitive situation of integration of rural power grids and agricultural machinery, based on research results, one source multipurpose enabling electric energy substitution potential, application scenarios, comprehensive benefits of integration of rural power grids and agricultural machinery was studied and discussed.Implementation path and business model of one source multipurpose was analyzed.Key technologies and supporting policy suggestions for one source multipurpose agricultural machinery integration innovation model were proposed.Conclusions showed that, development model of one source multipurpose of new energy electric agricultural machinery has good economic and environmental benefits, and its development prospects were generally optimistic.It has positive significance for implementing dual carbon goals and rural revitalization strategies.In the future, it is still necessary to carry out collaborative research and application of key technologies for integration and interaction between new energy electric agricultural machinery and power grid, and explore a sustainable and mutually beneficial business model.

Abstract:

Growth habits, cultivation conditions, seeding and seedling, planting density, pruning and shaping, fertilization and irrigation, pest control and other aspects of pecan were systematically studied, and a set of high yield cultivation and management technology system for pecan in different regions of China was summarized.By adopting reasonable cultivation measures, survival rate, growth potential, flowering fruit rate, single fruit weight and yield of pecan could be significantly improved, quality and flavor of pecan could be improved, and economic and social benefits could be increased, which provided scientific basis and technical guidance for promotion and development of pecan.

Tractive Performance of Wheeled Tractor Based on OECD Code Test Reports

Abstract:

Tractor is core of agricultural machinery industry, and tractive performance is one of important performance of tractor.Through research on tractive performance of OECD code test reports, it was shown that, under four-wheel drive and no counterweight conditions, 85.1% of tractors have a maximum traction ratio greater than 400 N/kW, 86.5% of tractors have a maximum traction power percentage greater than 75%, and average maximum traction ratio fuel consumption was 274.59 g/(kW·h).Heavy tractors have better traction performance than large tractors and also better than medium-sized tractors.94.6% of tractors have a minimum usage specific mass greater than 44 kg/kW, and a minimum usage specific mass of 50 kg/kW to 55 kg/kW was optimal range for maximizing tractor traction performance.Different gear shifting methods affected traction performance of tractors.The maximum traction ratio of continuously variable transmission tractors was greater, and the maximum traction ratio fuel consumption of power shift transmission tractors was lower.Both traction performance was better than mechanical transmission tractors.

Abstract:

Aiming at problems such as ground wheel slip and inaccurate manual sowing amount adjustment, a wheat intelligent seeder based on PID control was developed.When control system of seeder was working, speed of seeder was obtained by speed sensor.Based on travel speed, unit area sowing amount, and relevant parameters of seeder, given value of seeding wheel speed was calculated, and a PID controller was used to control seeding wheel speed.Experimental results showed that, error between actual sowing amount per unit area and set sowing amount per unit area was less than 2% under different working conditions, which met agronomic requirements of precision sowing of wheat.Intelligent seeding system has the highest control accuracy and good stability under medium and high speed operation conditions.Results of field test showed that, the maximum error between actual sowing amount per unit area and set sowing amount per unit area of wheat planter was 2.33%, which was slightly larger than indoor test result, mainly caused by field working environment and other factors.Intelligent wheat seeder based on PID control can improve sowing precision effectively.

Abstract:

In order to solve problem of flipping on grain drying field, a suspended grain flipping and drying machine was designed, which could perform flipping operations on various grains.Experimental test results showed that depth of grain flipping was 150 mm, and operational efficiency was 6750 m2/h.Its innovation lies in the use of rubber grain plows and rubber grain distribution boards, with advantage of high efficiency and saving labor costs.

Abstract:

Grain drying is a critical element in production chain and plays a key role in ensuring national food security.However, progress of drying industry toward high-quality development is hampered by outdated dying techniques that lack effective measures for carbon reduction and emissions.Starting from current status of mechanized grain drying technology, main reasons for high energy consumption in grain drying were analyzed from perspectives of heating methods in drying systems, drying process design, and drying control technology.The focus was on comparing mechanized drying technology with energy-saving improvement methods.Research and development process of drying theory and intelligent regulation was reviewed, characteristics and progress of intelligent technology for grain drying were discussed, and problems of information perception difficulties, poor algorithm accuracy, and single control strategy in intelligent grain drying were analyzed.Suggestions for future development of industry, including innovative research paradigms in grain drying theory, design and process optimization of drying equipment, and construction of an intelligent control method system for drying, have been proposed, providing reference for innovation of new technologies for energy conservation and emission reduction in grain drying and high-quality development of industry.

Abstract:

Foodborne pathogens are an important cause of foodborne diseases, and early screening technology can not meet requirements of rapid and accurate detection of foodborne pathogens.Aptamer is widely used because of their advantages such as small size, easy modification, high affinity and heat stability.Researchers have developed many detection methods for foodborne pathogens by using aptamer sensor for rapid screening of foodborne pathogens.Common detection methods of foodborne pathogens were introduced, screening procedures of aptamer were summarized, application of aptamer sensors in detection of foodborne pathogens were listed, and its development trend in response to rapid and efficient detection requirements of samples were analyzed, in order to provide more ideas for improvement of detection methods of foodborne pathogens.

Abstract:

Excessive use of organophosphorus(OP)and carbamate(CM)pesticides has seriously threatened human safety and health, and their detection remains limited by complex operations.A broad-spectrum and one-step rapid detection method for OP and CM pesticides was established by using digitally-controlled inkjet printing technology and cholinesterase inhibition method.Experimental results showed that test card has advantages of fast detection, good sensitivity, good stability, and high repeatability, which was suitable for real-time detection in various occasions, and has great application potential in POC detection.

Abstract:

A set of related technologies for water treatment of rural sewage pond, namely, pretreatment + hypoxia biochemical + compound constructed wetland, was studied.Sewage pond was separated into three zones, and rural sewage passed through pretreatment zone, anoxic biochemical zone and aquatic plant stabilization zone successively.Through filtration, coagulation, microbial degradation, wetland substrate adsorption and plant absorption, water body of sewage pond can be efficiently purified and rural ecological environment can be improved.

Adoption agriculture is one of concrete manifestations of sharing economy, relying on organic combination of internet, government and its own services.Adoption agriculture started late in Urumqi, Xinjiang.At present, scope of adoption agriculture has expanded to various agricultural production fields such as fruits and vegetables, poultry and livestock, and vegetation.Since 2020, farming and reading gardens has been used in management system.With support of natural environment, consumer groups, consumption concepts and other regional advantages, compared with previous adoption mode, its new production mode and diversified entertainment projects have been favored by consumers.Under joint operation of consumers and operators, income of employees in farming and reading gardens will be increased and sustainable development of agriculture will be realized.In process of development, it is easy to be affected by consumer cognition, diversified needs, operating procedures and other factors, resulting in insufficient publicity, low scientific and technological productivity, poor network integration and other problems.Then, improvement measures for operation of farming and reading gardens were put forward on how to enhance regional influence, actively improve infrastructure construction, integrate with scientific and technological production, and cultivate high-quality agricultural talents.

Loss Composition of Fresh Agricultural Products E-commerce Transactions-Based on Research and Analysis of Pear Country Pear Source Fruit and Vegetable Farmers' Cooperative in Laiyang City

Abstract:

In recent years, fresh agricultural products e-commerce has developed rapidly, and growth of fresh agricultural products sales through e-commerce has become an important way to revitalize rural industries and increase farmers' income.However, high loss rate of fresh agricultural products has been a serious constraint to development of e-commerce sales model.Taking Pear Country Pear Source Fruit and Vegetable Farmers' Cooperative in Laiyang City of Shandong Province as an example, field research on status and causes of its loss formation in process of e-commerce transactions was conducted.Through statistical analysis, processes and reasons for loss of Laiyang pear were sorted out, and research data was horizontally compared between loss rates of each process, calculating proportion of losses in each process.Analysis showed that agricultural product losses in e-commerce transactions mainly occured in harvesting, sorting, warehousing, and distribution stages, with warehousing and harvesting stages accounting for a larger proportion of losses.Therefore, post harvest management of fresh agricultural products should further strengthen standardization and information construction, and reduce loss rate of harvesting, storage, and distribution process of fresh products through different measures.
