藤茶二氢杨梅素口服液制备工艺优化

Preparation Technology Optimization of Dihydromyricetin Oral Liquid from Ampelopsis grossedentata

  • 摘要: 以藤茶为原料,制备二氢杨梅素口服液。采用热水浸提工艺,重结晶5次,得二氢杨梅素纯度为95%。利用单因素和正交试验,通过感官评价得出适宜制作口服液的最佳工艺参数:0.03%二氢杨梅素添加量,0.20%甘草酸一钾,0.18%羧甲基纤维素钠,0.03%柠檬酸。该配方调配的口服液,无色、澄清透明,酸甜适口、有甘草特有的香气且回甘。成品经检测,二氢杨梅素含量为0.028g/100mL,各项指标均符合《中国药典》2015版中合剂的质量标准。

     

    Abstract: Dihydromyricetin oral liquid was prepared from the Ampelopsis grossedentata.The purity of dihydromyricetin was 95% after five recrystallization by hot water extraction.Optimum technological parameters for preparation of oral liquid were obtained by single factor and orthogonal design through sensory evaluation:0.03% dihydromyricetin,0.20% potassium glycyrrhizinate,0.18% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose,and 0.03% citric acid.The oral liquid formulated by this formula was colorless,clear and transparent,sweet and sour,with the characteristic aroma of licorice and sweet.The content of dihydromyricetin in the finished product was 0.028 g/100 mL,and all indexes met quality standard of mixture in“Chinese Pharmacopoeia”2015.
