Research Status and Prospect of Cassava Mechanized Planting and Harvesting Equipment at Home and Abroad

Low mechanization of cassava production is one of bottlenecks restricting development of cassava industry in China.Planting machinery and harvesting machinery are two major technical problems to be solved in development of cassava production mechanization.In view of urgent need to realize mechanization of cassava production，research status of existing mechanical equipment and its key components for cassava planting and harvesting were expounded，and further research of cassava planter and harvester was prospected in order to provide reference for development of cassava industry.
