Land Transfer Willingness of Grain Producing Farmers under Condition of Developed Socialized Services: Taking Pingdu City of Shandong Province as an Example

An empirical analysis was made on land transfer willingness and influencing factors of grain producing farmers under condition of developed socialized services by using ordered multi classification logistic regression analysis.Results showed that there were significant differences in farmers′ willingness to transfer land under different part-time conditions.Willingness of pure farmers to remain unchanged was relatively strong，and willingness of second part-time farmers to flow out of land was relatively strong.Main factors affecting farmers′ willingness to transfer were age of household head，education level，proportion of non-agricultural income，proportion of part-time employment，and cost of agricultural means of production.
