Study and Practice of Skill Competition to Improve Quality of Professional Talents Training Taking Competition of Numerical Control Machine Tool Assembly and Adjustment and Technical Transformation as an Example

Under background of vocational education reform，skill competition is an important form of technical education and practical education in higher vocational colleges，and an important starting point for cultivation of technical and skilled talents.Taking the numerical control machine tool assembly and adjustment and technical transformation competition of Yangling Vocational and Technical College as an example，problems existing in talent training were analyzed.To cultivate more technical and skilled talents with the spirit of craftsmen in a big country，targeted solutions were put forward and put into practice.
