Development Status and Suggestions of Konjac Leisure Food Industry in Shaanxi Province

  • There are some advantages in konjac leisure food industry in Shaanxi,such as industrial policy support,raw material resource endowment,regional characteristic industry,konjac leisure food development technology.But there are some problems,including insufficient supply of raw materials and insufficient attention at production end,serious product homogenization and low entry threshold,increasing production scale coexists with lagging product and technology renewal,and there are many difficulties in development of leading enterprises.Development trend and technological innovation were analyzed,some development suggestions were put forward,focusing on konjac regional characteristic industries,supporting establishment of konjac leisure food industry innovation alliance,supporting expansion and strengthening of leading enterprises,and cracking bottle neck of industrial development with science and technology.
