Countermeasures of Rural Human Settlement Environment Governance in Heilongjiang Province under Background of Rural Revitalization

Rural human settlement environment governance plays an important role in rural revitalization.Based on current stage of rural human settlement environment governance in Heilongjiang Province，the key is to develop rural industry and improve“blood-making”ability of rural economy.Based on characteristics of rural resource allocation in Heilongjiang，dominant position of farmers was emphasized，rural vegetable garden economy should be developed，and a new model of rural human settlement environment governance should be constructed.In order to ensure smooth implementation of rural environmental governance in cold areas，jointly realize win-win economic social and ecological benefits，and build a beautiful and ecologically livable village suitable for a well-off society，some advice was given，including standardizing，beautifying and greening rural courtyards，introducing straw biological treatment technology into courtyard economy，promoting double pit alternating dry latrines，improving supporting policies and legal support.
