Design and Test of Urine Compost Equipment

In order to solve technical problem that effect of source-separated urine compost was not good，a method of harmless treatment and producing liquid fertilizer of urine was proposed.The aerobic compost equipment was designed，and a production of prototype was accomplished.The parts of ozone sterilization system and compost system were introduced in detail.The urine compost experiment was carried out.Results showed that through ozone harmless treatment and urine compost by microorganisms，recovery of nutrient elements such as nitrogen and phosphorus was realized to produce liquid fertilizer.
