Research Progress of Common Detection Methods and Rapid Detection Technology of Clenbuterol in Food

  • Clenbuterol can accelerate growth of lean meat in livestock and poultry, which poses a great threat to people's health.Research progress of existing detection methods of clenbuterol was summarized.Advantages and disadvantages of sensory detection methods, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and high-performance liquid chromatography were mainly introduced.Rapid detection methods of clenbuterol were mainly analyzed.Optimization and improvement measures of common clenbuterol colloidal gold rapid detection cards were introduced.It could provide a basis for follow-up continuous in-depth research and development of new rapid detection technology, ensure safety of meat products on the tip of consumers' tongue, and promote sustainable development of meat processing industry.
