Research on Agricultural Development in Southern Anhui under Rural Revitalization StrategyTaking Village C in the Dabie Mountains as an Example

Continuous outflow of rural laborers poses challenges to agricultural production, especially in the area with finely fragmented arable land, facing risk of abandoning farmland．Proposal of rural revitalization strategy puts forward new requirements for rural development, and cultivated land is the most vital and essential element of agricultural development．The solution to cultivation land problems is of great significance to agricultural development．Taking C village in the Dabie Mountains as an example, current situation of cultivated land utilization, reasons for abandonment and how to solve abandonment was studied．After conducting a thorough investigation, it was found that main cultivation form in the area where cultivated land was fragmented included contracted farming, substituted farming, and scattered farming．From perspective of rural social development, and focusing on four aspects: extending clan model by utilizing resources in the village, rationally contracting and subletting, promoting land preparation and re-cultivation, and promoting land integration, measures were proposed to alleviate problem of fragmentation and abandonment of cultivated land and improve utilization rate of cultivated land．
