Exploration and Practice of Ideological and Political Teaching of “Food Quality and Safety Management”

Taking ideological and political teaching reform of the course "Food Quality and Safety Management" of food inspection and testing technology specialty as an example, ideological and political elements were organically integrated into teaching design of curriculum, and ways and means of infiltrating ideological and political elements in teaching and assessment methods of curriculum were explored．Teaching of professional knowledge was integrated with spiritual guidance at the level of ideals and beliefs, teaching effect of ideological and political reform of curriculum was improved, and teaching goal of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents with excellent moral character and professional ability were achieved．
