Problems and Research Progress of Enzyme Inhibition Rapid Detection of Pesticide Residues

  • Problems, research and application of enzyme inhibition method were analyzed from aspects of detection standards, sample pretreatment, enzymes and kit products, and equipment, based on background of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticide residues in agricultural products in China, combined with detection principle of enzyme inhibition method. How to improve enzyme inhibition rapid detection method in the future had been prospected. It could provide a reference for improving level of rapid detection in food safety in China.
