Operation and Management Mode of Agricultural Engineering LaboratoryTaking Engineering College of Nanjing Agricultural University as an Example

The college's teaching team of Engineering College of Nanjing Agricultural University, reformed practical teaching tasks of agricultural engineering-related majors, such as syllabus, teaching methods, experiments, innovation ability training, and so on． Combined with actual situation of agricultural engineering laboratory, through continuous exploration and practice, an experimental teaching mode of "student-centered, strengthening foundation, paying attention to ability, promoting innovation and improving quality" has been formed in experimental teaching center． It was proved that this management mode was conducive to practical teaching management and experimental equipment maintenance, and it had effectivness in laboratory management practice．
