Industry-education Integrated Collaborative Talent Cultivation Based on TRIZ Theory

  • From perspective of TRIZ innovation theory, current situation of industry-education integrated collaborative talent cultivation in agricultural mechanization was analyzed.Aiming at problem of students' weak innovative thinking and innovation ability, students were encouraged to break inertia of thinking and dare to ask questions.Key methods and specific processes of TRIZ innovation theory were used to guide and inspire students to analyze problems encountered in agricultural machinery practice and propose preliminary feasible solutions to stimulate students' motivation and innovation, to enhance effect of industry-education integrated collaborative talent cultivation.
