Clean Vegetable and Fresh Keeping and Storage Technology of Fruits and Vegetables

  • Clean vegetable is an important part of food waste reduction, which can relieve pressure of food waste treatment and effectively reduce domestic waste by 25%~35%. Advantages and disadvantages of clean vegetables, as well as status quo of fruit and vegetable fresh keeping and storage technologies related to production of clean vegetables were mainly introduced, and relevant suggestions were put forward to promote smooth production and circulation of clean vegetables in Beijing City.
