Current Situation and Countermeasures of Farmer Training under Background of Rural RevitalizationBased on Field Survey of Typical Villages in Fangshan District of Beijing City

In order to do a good job in education and training of farmers in Beijing City under new situation, and effectively improve farmers' production and living skills and rural governance ability, a survey was carried out in Erzhan Village and Jiyang Village, Shilou Town, Fangshan District, Beijing City, to deeply understand industrial development and farmer training status of two villages, point out existing problems, and put forward policy recommendations．
