Current Situation of Rural Land Circulation in Zhongxian County of Chongqing City under Background of Rural Rvitalization

In order to understand current situation of rural land circulation in western China, taking Zhongxian County, Chongqing City as an example, on-site research results showed that, land circulation in the study area was characterized by subcontracting and leasing, small scale and low price．Besides, there were some problems such as irregular circulation mode, imperfect circulation service．Measures were put forward, such as regulating transaction process and circulation mode to speed up circulation, improving transaction circulation institutions to guide circulation, strengthening circulation guidance services and supervision to assist in circulation, and innovating and encouraging multiple measures to promote circulation, so as to further boost implementation of rural revitalization strategy．
