Big Data Analysis of Diesel Engine Coolant Temperature Distribution under Actual Operating Conditions of Agricultural Machinery with Internet of Vehicles

  • Remote data terminal was installed on agricultural machinery, and operating parameters of diesel engine were collected under actual working conditions of agricultural machinery, forming big data.Temperature range of diesel engine coolant was divided into four intervals, namely diesel engine warm-up coolant temperature range, diesel engine low-temperature operating coolant temperature range, diesel engine medium temperature operating coolant temperature range, and diesel engine overheating coolant temperature range.Distribution of diesel engine coolant temperature in each temperature range and influence of coolant thermostat opening temperature on coolant temperature distribution were statistically analyzed, and measures to optimize coolant temperature distribution were proposed.
