Effects of Different Hormone Treatments on Shoot Tip Germination and Proliferation of "Hongyan" Strawberry

Effects of different disinfection time and exogenous hormones on disinfection, shoot tip germination and multiplication of 'Hongyan' strawberry stolons were studied．Results showed that the best combination of disinfection time was 75% alcohol for 30 s, and then rinsed with 0.1% mercuric chloride for 10 min, and the optimum combination of initial germinating hormone was 1.00 mg/l 6-BA and 0.20 mg/l NAA, germinating rate could reach 100.00%．At concentration of 0.50 mg/l 6-BA and 0.10 mg/l KT, growth of strawberry seedlings was better and multiplication coefficient was 3.0．
