Weining County, Bijie City, Guizhou Province, is a typical hilly and mountainous area with complex terrain, small and scattered land, and low agricultural mechanization rate and land output rate．In recent years, with development of agricultural mechanization, agricultural machinery professional cooperatives in Weining County have developed rapidly．However, problems such as service functions, technical management, capital investment, maintenance and repair, and information blockage hindered development of agricultural machinery professional cooperatives in Weining County．Through a large amount of research, countermeasures for developing agricultural machinery professional cooperatives in hilly and mountainous areas were proposed, promoting healthy and rapid development of agricultural machinery professional cooperatives in hilly and mountainous areas, and providing a strong guarantee for realization of whole process of mechanization of agriculture in hilly and mountainous areas．
