Design of Water and Fertilizer Integration System Based on Internet of Things

  • In order to realize real-time and accurate adjustment of fertilizer conductivity and pH, improve accuracy of proportioning and remote intelligence of water-fertilizer integration, an IoT-based water-fertilizer integration control system was designed.The system adopted IoT module idea to collect environmental information for soil temperature and humidity, air temperature and humidity, EC value and pH value.It could realize data wireless transmission to the cloud by Zigbee technology and NB-IoT technology, control fertilizer application and irrigation area by remote control relay, realize data storage and monitoring by web server and human-computer interaction interface.Experimental results showed that the system had accurate data collection, stable data transmission, real-time abnormal alarms, and achieved accurate proportioning of water and fertilizer solutions during irrigation.The system is an important inspiration in improving yield, saving resources and enhancing efficiency.
