Design on Key Components of Fresh Corn Harvester

In view of current problems of high labor intensity of manual harvesting and high damage rate of ordinary corn harvester during fresh corn harvesting, principle of bionic ear picking was used to develop fresh corn harvesters, key components such as clamping device, ear-picking device, and cutting device were designed and studied, and their parameters were determined．Field experiment showed that it could meet requirements of fresh corn harvesting, and had prospect of promotion and application．
