Design of Power Shift Device for Mountain Full Crawler Tractor

In view of current problems of complex structure, low automation level, and high manufacturing cost of power shift transmission, a simple version of power shift device was designed based on mountain full crawler tractor transmission．It was mainly composed of hydraulic clutch and planetary wheel mechanism, had a simple structure, reduced manufacturing costs, realized power shift function of tractor's traditional manual transmission, greatly solved problem of power interruption and reduced impact load in shifting process, and improved shifting quality．
