Performance Test of Standardized Orchard Straw Crusher

Standardized orchard planting requires planting grass between rows and regular cutting and returning to the field．In order to solve problem of mechanized mowing, a tractor mower was selected for experimental research on basis of full investigation．Results showed that utilization rate of cutting width of orchard mower was 94.6% in three working strokes, average operating efficiency was 1.28 hm²/h, fuel consumption was from 8.4 L/h to 10.2 L/h, average stubble height was 100.6 mm, and stability coefficient was 94.5%．This machine has strong reliability and can adapt to complex operating environment in orchard flexibly and meet requirements of orchard mowing operation．
