Discussion on 5G + Industrial Internet Empowering Smart Agriculture

In digital era, development pace of China's agricultural production is somewhat slow compared to other industries．Production and organization methods of traditional staple grain agriculture in China have reached a turning point of transformation．The four key links of cultivation, planting, management and harvesting in production urgently need to be transformed in a more intensive and efficient way．The problem of unmanned production operations throughout main grain production process needs to be solved．At present, based on 5G technology, coupled with application of intelligent and unmanned technologies related to production of staple grains, it is expected to solve many practical problems in agricultural production process of grains．
