Key Technology of Accurate Control of Quality Preservation and Loss Reduction of Potato Agricultural Products

  • Due to improper harvest, storage and surface damage, potato agricultural products are easy to infect diseases and insect pests, resulting in corruption and deterioration, which seriously damages economic interests of farmers.The main research focuses on selection of variety quality and evaluation of edible and storage quality of potato agricultural products, targeting both grain and vegetable type potatoes and sweet potatoes.Post harvest pretreatment, rapid quality detection and grading technologies and equipment for potato agricultural products with different yield scales, as well as online monitoring and quality warning systems for storage areas, were developed.Quantitative pre packaged products and storage technologies for rapid supply to the market were developed, quality evaluation, graded packaging, and accurate storage technologies and facilities for potato agricultural products were formed, and a standard system for product health quality evaluation was established.
