Low-loss Harvesting Technology of Potato

Potato is an important dry grain crop, which plays a positive role in ensuring food security．In its production process, mechanized harvesting is the key link to promote efficient production．At present, potato chips will be damaged in process of mechanized potato harvesting, which is easy to cause potato chips to rot, affecting overall quality and yield, and limiting popularization and application of potato mechanized harvesting technology to a certain extent．Research status of potato harvesting equipment at home and abroad were elaborated, harvesting technologies such as anti wrapping, excavation, potato soil separation, potato harvesting, as well as mechanical damage to potatoes during process, were explored and analyzed in order to improve efficiency of potato harvesting．
