The Xinjiang cotton meteorological data service platform was established by meteorological site live database, meteorological grid database, meteorological early warning database, historical meteorological database, farmland microclimate site database, service product database, and cotton climate suitability evaluation database, to achieve cotton monitoring and forecasting, disaster warning, climate charts, cotton technical services, my cotton five functions, and carry out location-based grid real-time data, query of forecast and early warning data, statistics of historical meteorological data and refined meteorology serve agricultural service products．The purpose was to promote precise, personalized, and digital development of cotton meteorological services in Xinjiang, and to improve level of cotton meteorological services in Xinjiang．
