Excavation and Analysis of Ideological and Political Elements Contained in Course of Food Microbiology

Importance and necessity of combining professional courses with ideological and political education was systematically introduced．Focused on ideological and political elements contained in Food Microbiology and organically integrated some typical cases with knowledge points in the course．It was expounded how to realize high efficiency of ideological and political construction of curriculum from aspects of reforming teaching methods, innovating teaching concepts and improving ideological and political awareness of teachers．It could provide reference for ideological and political construction in subsequent professional courses, and provide reference and inspiration for teachers to explore ideological and political elements from knowledge points of professional courses．
