Comprehensive Evaluation of Apricot Planting Layout in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps

Apricot is an important variety of forestry and fruit industry in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps（XPCC）．Based on ecological suitability evaluation, comparative advantage analysis and cost benefit on market demand analysis of apricot, comprehensive evaluation of apricot planting layout of XPCC was carried out．Research results indicated that excellent planting areas for apricots were concentrated in key production areas such as the First, Third, and Fourth Agricultural Divisions．Evaluation results were consistent with overall production situation, providing quantifiable reference for optimizing apricot planting layout of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps．
