Current Situation and Countermeasures of Mechanization of Tobacco Field Production in Bijie City

Bijie City, a typical hilly area, is one of main tobacco producing areas in Guizhou Province．In order to understand use current situation of agricultural machineries in field production of tobacco in Bijie City fully, and further find out constraining factors on mechanization of tobacco field production, current situation of use of agricultural machinery in 15 tobacco planting base units in 8 districts and counties of Bijie City was investigated and analyzed．On this basis, development strategies for mechanization of tobacco field production in Bijie City were proposed, which included combining actual situation of Bijie City, establishing a tobacco agricultural machinery research and development platform, promoting transformation of suitable mechanized tobacco fields, adhering to principle of balancing construction and management, strengthening construction of agricultural machinery talent teams, establishing a reasonable evaluation system, improving tobacco agricultural machinery access system and reasonable scrapping system, and improving agricultural machinery service system, to provide reference for mechanization development of tobacco field production in Bijie City and hilly and mountainous areas．
